在本发明的另一个有利的构型方案中规定:通过喷涂或通过粉末烧结制造装饰层。在喷涂时,例如,提供了半模具,其对要制造的装饰层的轮廓进行塑造。借助于喷头,然后将制造装饰层的材料涂覆在模具上。由此产生了特别高的设计自由度,从而可以以简单的方式实现各种赋形。在粉末烧结(英文称为Powder Slush(粉末搪塑)或Slush Moulding(搪塑成型))的情况下,装饰层通过原型(Urformen)制作。在此也可实现在光学和触觉上吸引人的表面,因为可以将不同的粒面、例如以类似皮革的方式引入到所使用的模具中。作为原始材料,可以使用例如PVC或例如基于氨基甲酸酯、烯烃或聚酯的热塑性弹性体。首先,加热模具。然后将经加热的模具与塑料粉末放在一起,塑料粉末粘附在模具壁上并烧结。通过转动和旋转模具,得到装饰层的均匀厚度。随后,可以倒出多余的粉末。然后加热粘附的粉末以使其完全凝胶化。在冷却模具之后,然后可以移除装饰层。与旋转熔合工艺不同,这里不产生空心体,而是具有模具形状的厚壁箔。
本发明的另一有利实施方式规定:载体由纤维增强的热塑性塑料制成。优选使用长纤维增强聚丙烯。相对于短纤维增强热塑性塑料,长纤维增强热塑性塑料具有更高的抗冲击韧性并且它们的蠕变倾向也显著更低,这有利于它们在提高的质量要求情况下的应用,例如在汽车工业中的内部区域。
优选地,泡沫塑料层由聚氨酯泡沫制造。装饰层也可以例如基于聚氨酯来制造。
根据本发明的机动车的内部单元包括载体,该载体具有封闭的前侧,载体在自身的后侧上具有螺钉凸台,螺钉凸台的钻孔在载体的前侧的方向上以载体区段来被封闭,该载体区段与载体的其余部分相比具有减小的壁厚,其中在封闭的前侧上安置泡沫塑料层。根据本发明的方法的有利构型方案被视为是根据本发明的内部单元的有利构型方案,并且反之亦然。
本发明还涉及一种螺钉连接装置,其包括根据本发明的内部单元和根据本发明的内部单元的有利实施方式以及至少一个附件,该附件借助被拧入到螺钉凸台的钻孔中的螺钉而被固定在内部单元上。

具体实施方式
螺钉连接装置1在图1中以示意性侧剖视图示出。螺钉连接装置1包括内部单元2和附件3,附件3通过螺钉4固定在内部单元2上。内部单元2具有多层结构。在此,内部单元2包括注塑成型的载体5、泡沫塑料层6和装饰层7。载体5还具有螺钉凸台8,其用作用于螺钉4的旋入管套或螺纹管,借助该螺钉使附件3在内部单元2上被拧紧。
内部单元2可以是例如仪表面板载体,其中附件3可以是例如被拧紧到仪表面板载体上的装饰条。装饰层7的背离泡沫塑料层6的一侧在此形成乘客可以看到的可见侧。通过设置集成的螺钉凸台8,附件3可以特别容易地固定在内部单元2上。
在图2中,内部单元2以示意性侧剖视图被单独示出。如已经提到的,载体5通过注塑成型制造,优选由长纤维增强聚丙烯制造。在此,制造具有封闭的前侧9的载体5,其中螺钉凸台8在注塑成型方法的过程中在载体5的后侧10上作为载体5的一体化组成部分被制造。螺钉凸台8的钻孔11优选在注塑成型方法的过程中直接一起制造。
在图3中,以放大的剖视图示出了图2中标记的区域B。在通过注塑成型制造载体5时,螺钉凸台8的钻孔11在前侧9的方向上以载体区段12封闭,载体区段12与载体5的其余部分相比具有显着减小的壁厚13。因此,借助注塑成型制造的载体5的整个前侧9不具有任何通孔。这是重要的,使得在进一步制造内部单元2时,制造泡沫塑料层6的泡沫塑料材料不会通过载体5而压穿。
装饰层7可以例如通过喷涂或通过粉末烧结来制造。例如,将装饰层7放入这里未示出的底模中,随后将泡沫塑料层6施加到装饰层7上。在这里同样未示出的上冲模中,容纳载体5,其中接着将底模和上冲模合上。由此制造了内部单元2形式的封闭的表皮泡沫载体(Haut-Schaum-

在制造内部单元2之后,可以例如借助冲压工具穿透封闭螺钉凸台8的钻孔11的载体区段12。然而替代地,也可以使载体区段12保持完好无损。优选地,装饰层7在布置在螺钉凸台8的钻孔11上方的区域中被穿通(durchstochen)。一方面,螺钉4稍后可以更容易地被引导穿过装饰层7。另一方面可容易看出螺钉4必须在装饰层7上在哪个位置处通过。
装饰层可以例如具有1.5mm的厚度,其中封闭钻孔11的载体区段12可以例如具有仅0.2mm的厚度。
为了制造图1中所示的螺钉连接装置1,仅需将螺钉4通过螺钉凸台8的钻孔11上方的预先被穿通的装饰层7引入。泡沫塑料层6在此可以相对容易地借助螺钉4被穿透。这同样适用于载体区段12,因为该载体区段具有所述的非常小的壁厚13。螺钉4优选地是自攻螺钉,使得其自身将螺纹成形到螺钉凸台8的钻孔11中。可以由此省略用于螺钉凸台8的钻孔11的螺纹切割的单独制造步骤。由于设置螺钉凸台8,附件3因此可以借助螺钉4以特别简单且快速的方式固定在内部单元2上。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于制造机动车的内部单元(2)的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
-通过注塑成型制造具有封闭的前侧(9)的载体(5),其中在所述载体(5)的后侧(10)上制造螺钉凸台(8),所述螺钉凸台(8)的钻孔(11)在所述载体(5)的所述前侧(9)的方向上以载体区段(12)被封闭,所述载体区段与所述载体的其余部分相比具有减小的壁厚(13);
-在所述载体(5)的所述封闭的前侧(9)上制造泡沫塑料层(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,
其特征在于,
在制造所述泡沫塑料层(6)后,借助冲压工具穿透封闭所述螺钉凸台(8)的所述钻孔(11)的所述载体区段(12)。
3.根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的方法,
其特征在于,
在所述泡沫塑料层(6)的背离所述载体(5)的一侧上制造装饰层(7)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,
其特征在于,
所述装饰层(7)在所述螺钉凸台(8)的所述钻孔(11)的区域中被穿通。
5.根据权利要求3所述的方法,
其特征在于,
所述装饰层(7)借助喷涂或借助粉末烧结来制造。
6.根据权利要求4所述的方法,
其特征在于,
所述装饰层(7)借助喷涂或借助粉末烧结来制造。
7.根据前述权利要求1、2、4、5或6所述的方法,
其特征在于,
所述载体(5)由纤维增强的热塑性塑料来制造。

11.机动车的内部单元(2),所述内部单元包括载体(5),所述载体具有封闭的前侧(9),所述载体在自身的后侧(10)上具有螺钉凸台(8),所述螺钉凸台的钻孔(11)在所述载体(5)的所述前侧(9)的方向上以载体区段(12)来被封闭,所述载体区段与所述载体(5)的其余部分相比具有减小的壁厚(13),其中在所述封闭的前侧(9)上安置泡沫塑料层(6)。
12.螺钉连接装置(1),所述螺钉连接装置包括根据权利要求9所述的内部单元(2)和至少一个附件(3),所述附件(3)借助被拧入到螺钉凸台(8)的钻孔(11)中的螺钉(4)而被固定在所述内部单元(2)上。
