现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分为背光型液晶显示装置,其包括壳体、设于壳体内的液晶显示面板、分别设于液晶显示面板的上偏光片及下偏光片以及设于壳体内的背光模组(Backlight module)。传统的液晶显示面板的结构是由一彩膜基板(ColorFilter)、一薄膜晶体管阵列基板(Thin Film Transistor Array Substrate,TFT ArraySubstrate)以及一配置于两基板间的液晶层(Liquid Crystal Layer)所构成。液晶显示装置的工作原理是利用液晶的双折射特性,通过向薄膜晶体管阵列基板及彩膜基板施加电压控制液晶的转动,使背光模组发出的光线经过下偏光片偏光后产生的线偏振光随着液晶发生旋转,从上偏光片射出以实现显示,上偏光片及下偏光片的偏光轴垂直,两者加上液晶显示面板起到光开关(或光阀)的作用。
随着显示技术的不断伐善,显示装置趋向大尺寸及大屏占比的方向发展,其中,屏占比是表示显示装置能够进行显示的区域的面积与总面积的比值。为了提升屏占比,现有技术中会将手机的前置摄像头放入显示装置的可视区域内,并在显示装置上对应前置摄像头的位置整体进行挖孔,但此种采用此种设计的显示装置在熄屏状态也即待机状态下前置摄像头可见,影响显示装置的整体感。
为解决这一技术问题,现有技术提出一种液晶显示装置,不在上偏光片、下偏光片及液晶显示面板的液晶层上对应前置摄像头挖孔,但保留在彩膜基板上的彩色滤光层中对应前置摄像头挖空,当液晶显示装置处于熄屏状态时,液晶层中的液晶不发生偏转,由于上偏光片及下偏光片的偏光轴垂直,因此光线无法穿过液晶显示装置对应前置摄像头的区域使得前置摄像头不可见,需要使用前置摄像头时,只需要对液晶层对应前置摄像头的区域进行驱动即可使得光线能够穿过液晶显示装置对应前置摄像头的区域,然而此种液晶显示装置中由于彩色滤光层对应前置摄像头挖孔,因此液晶显示装置中对应前置摄像头的区域无法进行彩色显示。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶显示装置,摄像头对应的区域能够进行彩色显示,产品品质较高。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种液晶显示装置,包括液晶显示面板、分别设于液晶显示面板两侧的上偏光片及下偏光片及设于下偏光片远离液晶显示面板一侧的背光模组;
所述液晶显示面板包括相对设置的阵列基板与彩膜基板以及设于阵列基板与彩膜基板之间的液晶层;所述彩膜基板包括彩色滤光层;
所述背光模组包括背光模组本体及开孔区光源;所述背光模组本体设有第一开孔;所述开孔区光源设于背光模组本体上且与第一开孔相对应,所述开孔区光源具有朝向液晶显示面板对应第一开孔的区域的出光面,所述开孔区光源用于朝向液晶显示面板对应第一开孔的区域依序发射红光、绿光及蓝光;所述彩色滤光层设有与第一开孔对应的第二开孔;所述上偏光片及下偏光片均覆盖第一开孔。
所述阵列基板包括第一衬底以及设于第一衬底靠近液晶层一侧的多个薄膜晶体管及多个像素电极;所述第一衬底包括与第一开孔对应的摄像头区、位于摄像头区外的显示区及位于显示区外的框胶区;所述多个像素电极包括位于摄像头区内的多个第一像素电极,所述多个薄膜晶体管包括位于框胶区内的多个第一薄膜晶体管,每一第一薄膜晶体管对应与多个第一像素电极中的至少一个电性连接。
所述开孔区光源呈环状,包括依次间隔设置的多个子光源,每一子光源具有朝向液晶显示面板对应第一开孔的区域的出光面,每一子光源用于朝向液晶显示面板对应第一开孔的区域依序发射红光、绿光及蓝光。
所述开孔区光源位于背光模组本体靠近液晶显示面板的一侧且围绕于第一开孔的外侧。
所述第一开孔为圆孔;每一子光源的出光面中心点射出的光线与第一开孔的中心线相交;每一子光源的出光方向与垂直于液晶显示面板所在平面的方向间的夹角满足:
a≤arctan[(l+r)/h];其中,a为子光源的出光方向与垂直于液晶显示面板所在平面的方向间的夹角,l为子光源的中心与背光模组本体围成第一开孔的侧壁之间的距离,r为第一开孔的半径,h为子光源的中心与液晶显示面板之间的距离。
所述开孔区光源位于背光模组本体围成第一开孔的侧壁上。
所述第一开孔为圆孔;每一子光源的出光面中心点射出的光线与第一开孔的中心线相交;每一子光源的出光方向与垂直于液晶显示面板所在平面的方向间的夹角满足:
a’≤arctan(l’/h’);其中,a’为子光源的出光方向与垂直于液晶显示面板所在平面的方向间的夹角,l’为子光源的中心与第一开孔的中心线之间的距离,h’为子光源的中心与液晶显示面板之间的距离。
所述子光源为能够依序发射红光、绿光及蓝光的三色LED;或者,所述子光源包括依次设置的红光LED、绿光LED及蓝光LED。
所述液晶显示装置还包括设于上偏光片远离液晶显示面板一侧的盖板、位于盖板与上偏光片之间的光学胶以及设于下偏光片远离液晶显示面板一侧且与第一开孔对应的摄像头。
所述上偏光片的偏光轴与下偏光片的偏光轴垂直。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的液晶显示装置包括液晶显示面板、分别设于液晶显示面板两侧的上偏光片及下偏光片及设于下偏光片远离液晶显示面板一侧的背光模组,背光模组包括背光模组本体及开孔区光源,背光模组本体设有第一开孔,开孔区光源设于背光模组本体上且与第一开孔相对应,开孔区光源具有朝向液晶显示面板对应第一开孔的区域的出光面,用于朝向液晶显示面板对应第一开孔的区域依序发射红光、绿光及蓝光,彩色滤光层设有与第一开孔对应的第二开孔,使得液晶显示装置中对应摄像头的区域能够实现正常的彩色显示,产品品质较高。

为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图1至图4,本发明的第一实施例的液晶显示装置包括液晶显示面板10、分别设于液晶显示面板10两侧的上偏光片20及下偏光片30及设于下偏光片30远离液晶显示面板10一侧的背光模组40。
请参阅图1,所述液晶显示面板10包括相对设置的阵列基板11与彩膜基板12以及设于阵列基板11与彩膜基板12之间的液晶层13。所述彩膜基板12包括彩色滤光层121。
请参阅图1及图2,所述背光模组40包括背光模组本体41及开孔区光源42。所述背光模组本体41设有第一开孔411。所述开孔区光源42设于背光模组本体41上且与第一开孔411相对应,所述开孔区光源42具有朝向液晶显示面板10对应第一开孔411的区域的出光面,所述开孔区光源42用于朝向液晶显示面板10对应第一开孔411的区域依序发射红光、绿光及蓝光。所述彩色滤光层121设有与第一开孔411对应的第二开孔1211。所述上偏光片20及下偏光片30均覆盖第一开孔411。
具体地,请参阅图1及图4,所述阵列基板11包括第一衬底111以及设于第一衬底111靠近液晶层13一侧的多个薄膜晶体管112及多个像素电极113。所述第一衬底111包括与第一开孔411对应的摄像头区1111、位于摄像头区1111外的显示区1112及位于显示区1112外的框胶区1113。所述多个像素电极113包括位于摄像头区1111内的多个第一像素电极1131,所述多个薄膜晶体管112包括位于框胶区1113内的多个第一薄膜晶体管1121,每一第一薄膜晶体管1121对应与多个第一像素电极1131中的至少一个电性连接而对与其电性连接的第一像素电极1131进行驱动。
优选地,请参阅图4,所述多个第一像素电极1131呈阵列式排布,每一行第一像素电极1131对应与一第一薄膜晶体管1121电性连接。
进一步地,请参阅图1,所述多个像素电极113还包括位于显示区1112内的多个第二像素电极1132,所述多个薄膜晶体管112还包括位于显示区1112内的多个第二薄膜晶体管1122,每一第二薄膜晶体管1122对应与一第二像素电极1132电性连接而对其进行驱动。
更进一步地,请参阅图1,所述阵列基板11还包括绝缘层114,所述绝缘层114覆盖多个薄膜晶体管112及第一衬底111,多个像素电极113均位于绝缘层114上。
具体地,请参阅图1,所述彩膜基板12还包括第二衬底122,彩色滤光层121设于第二衬底122靠近液晶层13的一侧。
具体地,请参阅图1及图2,所述开孔区光源42呈环状,包括依次间隔设置的多个子光源421,每一子光源421具有朝向液晶显示面板10对应第一开孔411的区域的出光面,每一子光源421用于朝向液晶显示面板10对应第一开孔411的区域依序发射红光、绿光及蓝光。
进一步地,请参阅图1及图2,在本发明的第一实施例中,所述开孔区光源42位于背光模组本体41靠近液晶显示面板10的一侧且围绕于第一开孔411的外侧。
更进一步地,请参阅图1至图3,所述第一开孔411为圆孔。请参阅图3,每一子光源421的出光面中心点射出的光线与第一开孔411的中心线相交。为了保证显示时液晶显示面板10对应第一开孔411的区域的亮度均匀,在本发明的第一实施例中,每一子光源421的出光方向与垂直于液晶显示面板10所在平面的方向间的夹角也即每一子光源421相对于垂直于液晶显示面板10所在平面的方向的倾斜角满足:
a≤arctan[(l+r)/h]。其中,a为子光源421的出光方向与垂直于液晶显示面板10所在平面的方向间的夹角,l为子光源421的中心与背光模组本体41围成第一开孔411的侧壁之间的距离,r为第一开孔411的半径,h为子光源421的中心与液晶显示面板10之间的距离。
具体地,所述子光源421可以为能够依序发射红光、绿光及蓝光的三色发光二极管(LED)。或者,所述子光源421包括依次设置的红光LED、绿光LED及蓝光LED,通过使得红光LED、绿光LED及蓝光LED依次交替单独发光实现子光源421能够依序发生红光、绿光及蓝光。
具体地,所述背光模组本体41可以为迷你LED(mini-LED)直下式背光模组,包括直下式背光源及设于直下式背光源上方的扩散片(未图示),扩散片上设有第一开孔411,开孔区光源42设于扩散片上,该背光模组本体41也可以是常用的侧入式背光模组,包括导光板及设于导光板一侧的侧入式背光源(未图示),导光板上设有第一开孔411,开孔区光源42设于导光板上。
具体地,请参阅图1,所述显示装置还包括设于上偏光片20远离液晶显示面板10一侧的盖板50、位于盖板50与上偏光片20之间的光学胶60以及设于下偏光片30远离液晶显示面板10一侧且与第一开孔411对应的摄像头70,摄像头70可以位于背光模组40远离液晶显示面板10一侧,或者也可以全部或部分容置在背光模组本体41的第一开孔411内。
具体地,所述上偏光片20的偏光轴与下偏光片30的偏光轴垂直。
请参阅图5及图6,本发明的第二实施例的液晶显示装置与上述第一实施例的区别在于,所述开孔区光源42位于背光模组本体41围成第一开孔411的侧壁上。
具体地,请参阅图5及图6,所述第一开孔411为圆孔。每一子光源421的出光面中心点射出的光线与第一开孔411的中心线相交。为了保证显示时液晶显示面板10对应第一开孔411的区域的亮度均匀,在本发明的第二实施例中,每一子光源421的出光方向与垂直于液晶显示面板10所在平面的方向间的夹角也即每一子光源421相对于垂直于液晶显示面板10所在平面的方向的倾斜角满足:
a’≤arctan(l’/h’)。其中,a’为子光源421的出光方向与垂直于液晶显示面板10所在平面的方向间的夹角,l’为子光源421的中心与第一开孔411的中心线之间的距离,h’为子光源421的中心与液晶显示面板10之间的距离,其余均与第一实施例相同。
进一步地,在本发明的第二实施例中,采用芯片级封装(CSP)等封装方式将开孔区光源42设置在背光模组本体41围成第一开孔411的侧壁上,需要注意的是,本发明的第二实施例在具体制作时,通过封装方法控制开孔区光源42的每一子光源421的出光面朝向液晶显示面板10对应第一开孔411的区域,并且在整体的模组设计时,包覆在背光模组40外侧的边框需要与背光模组本体41围成第一开孔411的侧壁之间预留一定的间距,例如大于0.2mm,以放置开孔区光源42的多个子光源421。
需要说明的是,本发明的液晶显示装置通过在背光模组40的背光模组本体41上设置第一开孔411,并在背光模组本体41上对应第一开孔411设置开孔区光源42,开孔区光源42具有朝向液晶显示面板10对应第一开孔411的区域的出光面,用于朝向液晶显示面板10对应第一开孔411的区域依序发射红光、绿光及蓝光,与此同时彩色滤光层121上对应第一开孔411设置第二开孔1211,而上偏光片20及下偏光片30覆盖第一开孔411,使得本发明的显示装置在熄屏状态下,液晶层13中的液晶分子不发生偏转,光线经下偏光片30对应第一开孔411的区域的偏光作用而产生的线偏振光经过液晶层13后无法穿过上偏光片20对应第一开孔411的区域,使得对应第一开孔411设置的摄像头70不会被使用者观察到,提升液晶显示装置熄屏时的整体感,提升产品的品质;在需要利用摄像头70进行拍摄时也即需要摄像头70捕捉光线时,对液晶层13中对应第一开孔411的液晶分子进行驱动,光线经上偏光片20对应第一开孔411的区域的偏光作用而产生的线偏振光穿过彩色滤光层121的第二开孔1211射入液晶层13对应第一开孔411的区域,随着液晶层13中对应第一开孔411的液晶分子发生偏转而能够穿过下偏光片30对应第一开孔411的区域,而后经过第一开孔411射入摄像头70中,实现摄像头70对上偏光片20一侧的光线进行捕捉,且本发明具体将用于驱动对应第一开孔411的多个第一像素电极1131的多个第一薄膜晶体管1121设置在第一衬底111的框胶区1113,且一个第一薄膜晶体管1121至少与一个第一像素电极1131对应电性连接,也即阵列基板11上对应第一开孔411的区域并不设置薄膜晶体管,从而提升了液晶显示面板10对应第一开孔411区域的开口率,提高需要利用摄像头70进行拍摄时摄像头70的进光量,提升成像质量;而在正常显示的状态下,虽然彩色滤光层121对应第一开孔411设有第二开孔1211,但本发明利用开孔区光源42向液晶显示面板10对应第一开孔411的区域依序发射红光、绿光及蓝光,从而采用场色序法(FSC)技术,通过时间分隔的方式,使得液晶显示面板10中分别与多个第一像素电极1131对应的多个像素能够分时显示红色、绿色及蓝色而进行叠加,最终显示特定的颜色,使得液晶显示装置中摄像头70对应的区域也能够实现彩色显示,提升产品的品质。
综上所述,本发明的液晶显示装置包括液晶显示面板、分别设于液晶显示面板两侧的上偏光片及下偏光片及设于下偏光片远离液晶显示面板一侧的背光模组,背光模组包括背光模组本体及开孔区光源,背光模组本体设有第一开孔,开孔区光源设于背光模组本体上且与第一开孔相对应,开孔区光源具有朝向液晶显示面板对应第一开孔的区域的出光面,用于朝向液晶显示面板对应第一开孔的区域依序发射红光、绿光及蓝光,彩色滤光层设有与第一开孔对应的第二开孔,使得液晶显示装置中对应摄像头的区域能够实现正常的彩色显示,产品品质较高。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种液晶显示装置,其特征在于,包括液晶显示面板(10)、分别设于液晶显示面板(10)两侧的上偏光片(20)及下偏光片(30)及设于下偏光片(30)远离液晶显示面板(10)一侧的背光模组(40);
所述液晶显示面板(10)包括相对设置的阵列基板(11)与彩膜基板(12)以及设于阵列基板(11)与彩膜基板(12)之间的液晶层(13);所述彩膜基板(12)包括彩色滤光层(121);
所述背光模组(40)包括背光模组本体(41)及开孔区光源(42);所述背光模组本体(41)设有第一开孔(411);所述开孔区光源(42)设于背光模组本体(41)上且与第一开孔(411)相对应,所述开孔区光源(42)具有朝向液晶显示面板(10)对应第一开孔(411)的区域的出光面,所述开孔区光源(42)用于朝向液晶显示面板(10)对应第一开孔(411)的区域依序发射红光、绿光及蓝光;所述彩色滤光层(121)设有与第一开孔(411)对应的第二开孔(1211);所述上偏光片(20)及下偏光片(30)均覆盖第一开孔(411)。
2.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述阵列基板(11)包括第一衬底(111)以及设于第一衬底(111)靠近液晶层(13)一侧的多个薄膜晶体管(112)及多个像素电极(113);所述第一衬底(111)包括与第一开孔(411)对应的摄像头区(1111)、位于摄像头区(1111)外的显示区(1112)及位于显示区(1112)外的框胶区(1113);所述多个像素电极(113)包括位于摄像头区(1111)内的多个第一像素电极(1131),所述多个薄膜晶体管(112)包括位于框胶区(1113)内的多个第一薄膜晶体管(1121),每一第一薄膜晶体管(1121)对应与多个第一像素电极(1131)中的至少一个电性连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述开孔区光源(42)呈环状,包括依次间隔设置的多个子光源(421),每一子光源(421)具有朝向液晶显示面板(10)对应第一开孔(411)的区域的出光面,每一子光源(421)用于朝向液晶显示面板(10)对应第一开孔(411)的区域依序发射红光、绿光及蓝光。
4.如权利要求3所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述开孔区光源(42)位于背光模组本体(41)靠近液晶显示面板(10)的一侧且围绕于第一开孔(411)的外侧。
5.如权利要求4所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一开孔(411)为圆孔;每一子光源(421)的出光面中心点射出的光线与第一开孔(411)的中心线相交;每一子光源(421)的出光方向与垂直于液晶显示面板(10)所在平面的方向间的夹角满足:
a≤arctan[(l+r)/h];其中,a为子光源(421)的出光方向与垂直于液晶显示面板(10)所在平面的方向间的夹角,l为子光源(421)的中心与背光模组本体(41)围成第一开孔(411)的侧壁之间的距离,r为第一开孔(411)的半径,h为子光源(421)的中心与液晶显示面板(10)之间的距离。
6.如权利要求3所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述开孔区光源(42)位于背光模组本体(41)围成第一开孔(411)的侧壁上。
7.如权利要求6所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一开孔(411)为圆孔;每一子光源(421)的出光面中心点射出的光线与第一开孔(411)的中心线相交;每一子光源(421)的出光方向与垂直于液晶显示面板(10)所在平面的方向间的夹角满足:
a’≤arctan(l’/h’);其中,a’为子光源(421)的出光方向与垂直于液晶显示面板(10)所在平面的方向间的夹角,l’为子光源(421)的中心与第一开孔(411)的中心线之间的距离,h’为子光源(421)的中心与液晶显示面板(10)之间的距离。
8.如权利要求3所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述子光源(421)为能够依序发射红光、绿光及蓝光的三色LED;或者,所述子光源(421)包括依次设置的红光LED、绿光LED及蓝光LED。
9.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,还包括设于上偏光片(20)远离液晶显示面板(10)一侧的盖板(50)、位于盖板(50)与上偏光片(20)之间的光学胶(60)以及设于下偏光片(30)远离液晶显示面板(10)一侧且与第一开孔(411)对应的摄像头(70)。
10.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述上偏光片(20)的偏光轴与下偏光片(30)的偏光轴垂直。
