Abstract
本发明公开了一种建筑外墙用无机防火保温板及其制备方法,该保温板包括以下重量份的原料:珍珠岩5‑20份,岩棉20‑30份,水泥25‑40份,粉煤灰10‑20份,羧甲基纤维素1‑10份,阻燃剂10‑20份,减水剂1‑5份。本发明的保温板的导热系数低,具有较高的阻燃特性和机械强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑保温板技术领域,特别是涉及一种建筑外墙用无机防火保温板及其制备方法。
背景技术
建筑外墙外保温***是利用保温板与保护层、固定材料构成并适用于安装外墙外表面的非承重保温构造总成。目前常用的保温板有无机保温板、有机保温板以及复合保温板,而无机防火保温板的成本低廉,且在使用过程中不产生有害物质,其阻燃效果高而备受市场的青睐。
无机防火保温板是以无机材料为主,加入外加剂和水制成浆料,经过预制成型,具有防火、保温的板材。但是目前市场上所使用的无机防火保温板与保护层以及墙体直接的结合能力较差,其保温效果不理想,导热系数相对较高。因此开发一款保温效果好且轻质的无机防火保温板是目前亟待要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种建筑外墙用无机防火保温板。本发明提高了粉煤灰的利用率,大大减轻了保温板的重量,同时降低了其导热系数,所制备的保温板与建筑墙体、保温层的结合能力较强,减少了固定材料的使用量。
本发明的另一目的是提供了该保温板的制备方法。
一种建筑外墙用无机防火保温板,包括以下重量份的原料:
珍珠岩5-20份,
岩棉20-30份,
水泥25-40份,
粉煤灰10-20份,
羧甲基纤维素1-10份,
阻燃剂10-20份,
减水剂1-5份。
优选的,所述建筑外墙用无机防火保温板包括以下重量份的原料:
珍珠岩8-12份,
岩棉20-25份,
水泥30-38份,
粉煤灰10-16份,
羧甲基纤维素5-10份,
阻燃剂10-20份,
减水剂3-5份。
优选的,所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁。
优选的,所述减水剂为萘磺酸盐减水剂。
一种建筑外墙用无机防火保温板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例称取原料,混合后放入粉碎机中粉碎至150-250目;
(2)在粉碎后的混合原料粉中加入15-20wt%的水,充分搅拌混合10-24h;
(3)将混合后的浆料置于装入模具中固化3-5h;
(4)将固化好的材料在烘干至含水量12%以下,即得到不同尺寸规格的建筑外墙用无机防火保温板。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明采用大量的粉煤灰与珍珠岩、岩棉以及水泥相结合,大大降低了保温板的重量,同时添加了羧甲基纤维素进一步提高保温板的保温效果,降低其导热系数;本发明的无机防火保温板的成本低廉、生产工艺简单,适于大规模量产。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步阐述。
实施例1
一种建筑外墙用无机防火保温板包括以下重量份的原料:
珍珠岩10份,岩棉23份,水泥35份,粉煤灰15份,羧甲基纤维素8份,氢氧化镁阻燃剂15份,萘磺酸盐减水剂4份。
该保温板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例称取原料,混合后放入粉碎机中粉碎至200目;
(2)在粉碎后的混合原料粉中加入15wt%的水,充分搅拌混合20h;
(3)将混合后的浆料置于装入模具中固化5h;
(4)将固化好的材料在烘干至含水量12%以下,即得到不同尺寸规格的建筑外墙用无机防火保温板。
实施例2
一种建筑外墙用无机防火保温板包括以下重量份的原料:
珍珠岩8份,岩棉20份,水泥30份,粉煤灰10份,羧甲基纤维素5份,氢氧化镁阻燃剂10份,萘磺酸盐减水剂3份。
该保温板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例称取原料,混合后放入粉碎机中粉碎至200目;
(2)在粉碎后的混合原料粉中加入20wt%的水,充分搅拌混合20h;
(3)将混合后的浆料置于装入模具中固化3h;
(4)将固化好的材料在烘干至含水量12%以下,即得到不同尺寸规格的建筑外墙用无机防火保温板。
实施例3
一种建筑外墙用无机防火保温板包括以下重量份的原料:
珍珠岩12份,岩棉25份,水泥38份,粉煤灰16份,羧甲基纤维素10份,氢氧化镁阻燃剂20份,萘磺酸盐减水剂5份。
该保温板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例称取原料,混合后放入粉碎机中粉碎至200目;
(2)在粉碎后的混合原料粉中加入20wt%的水,充分搅拌混合20h;
(3)将混合后的浆料置于装入模具中固化3h;
(4)将固化好的材料在烘干至含水量12%以下,即得到不同尺寸规格的建筑外墙用无机防火保温板。
根据《DB13T 1704-2013建筑外墙用无机防火保温板》的行业标准对发明实施例1-3制备的保温板进行检测,检测结果如表1所示。

珍珠岩5-20份,
岩棉20-30份,
水泥25-40份,
粉煤灰10-20份,
羧甲基纤维素1-10份,
阻燃剂10-20份,
减水剂1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑外墙用无机防火保温板,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:
珍珠岩8-12份,
岩棉20-25份,
水泥30-38份,
粉煤灰10-16份,
羧甲基纤维素5-10份,
阻燃剂10-20份,
减水剂3-5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的建筑外墙用无机防火保温板,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁。
4.根据权利要求1所述的建筑外墙用无机防火保温板,其特征在于,所述减水剂为萘磺酸盐减水剂。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的建筑外墙用无机防火保温板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例称取原料,混合后放入粉碎机中粉碎至150-250目;
(2)在粉碎后的混合原料粉中加入15-20wt%的水,充分搅拌混合10-24h;
(3)将混合后的浆料置于装入模具中固化3-5h;
(4)将固化好的材料在烘干至含水量12%以下,即得到不同尺寸规格的建筑外墙用无机防火保温板。
