本发明涉及车用辅助产品技术领域,具体的是一种多效汽油清净剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽油主要成分为C5~C12脂肪烃和环烷烃类,以及一定量芳香烃。我国汽油以催化裂化汽油馏分为主,烯烃尤其是二烯烃含量相对较高,烷基化含量较少,在自然条件下长时间放置的稳定性较差,容易氧化产生胶质,因此使用国产汽油容易生成沉积物,致使汽车出现怠速抖动、噪音增大、油耗增加、排放恶化、严重时出现起动困难,甚至无法起动。
提高汽油质量可通过以下两种方法,其一是改进石油炼制工艺,提高支链烷烃的产率,减少稀烃的含量,以提高燃油辛烷值和抗氧化性能;另外合理添加清净剂也是一种直接有效的解决办法。
发动机运转时,喷油嘴温度在100℃左右,进气阀温度在200-300℃之间。在这样的温度下,燃油中的不稳定成份,极易产生氧化缩合反应,生成胶质和积碳,沉淀在进气阀和喷油嘴上,先进的高增压发动机和使用GDI燃油直喷技术的发动机更容易产生积碳。堆积在进气阀上的沉积物,会造成进气通道截面积减少,进气效率降低,功率下降,严重时会使阀门动作迟缓,关闭不严。喷油嘴积碳,会使喷油不畅,燃油雾化质量下降,导致燃油进入燃烧室后,难以完全燃烧,造成发动机启动困难,怠速不稳,以及油耗加大,尾气排放恶化,特别在冬天,这些状况更加明显。
传统的解决方法是将发动机拆解后进行清洗,不但费时,更重要的是先进的增压技术和GDI技术使发动机更加精密,拆解清洗可能会带来许多后续的问题,因此可以免拆清洗的燃油***除碳剂(燃油添加剂)逐渐成为我们清洗积碳的必要手段。迄今为止,汽油清净剂经过了以下几代的发展。
第一、二代清净添加剂:应用于1950-1990年代,其时主流车型为“化油器发动机”,所对应的为“低温积碳”问题,使用常规清净剂即可解决问题(化学成分为聚异丁烯酰亚胺);
第三代清净添加剂(俗称燃油宝):应用于1990-2010年代,随着电喷汽油发动机逐渐取代化油器式发动机,对燃油清净性有了更高的要求,在原有汽油清净剂的基础上,开发了新一代的汽油清净剂。它是一种集清净、分散、抗氧、防锈、破乳多种功能于一体的复合燃料添加剂,不仅解决了喷油嘴的积炭问题,还解决进气阀的积炭问题。加入到汽油中既能有效地抑制燃油***内部生成沉积物,又能迅速清除燃油***已生成的沉积物,从而确保发动机正常工作。目前已被世界各国广泛使用,这类添加剂的组成最为复杂,多以PIBA(聚异丁烯胺)为主,除以上两代添加剂组分外,还添加了破乳化剂和被称为油载体(Carner-fluids)的物质。针对的主流车型为多点电喷(歧管喷射)发动机,主要解决的是进气道部位的喷油嘴、进气阀积碳,需要持续添加,容易造成燃烧室沉积,其化学成分为PIBA(聚异丁烯胺)居多。
***清净添加剂(俗称直喷宝):2010年至今,主流车型为缸内直喷发动机,应使用的清洗添加剂专门解决高温区中的喷油嘴、燃烧室和活塞的积碳问题,其化学成分为PEA(聚醚胺)。它除了具有目前汽油清净剂所具有的功能外,在随汽油进入燃烧室后由于本身容易分解,还可以有效降低CCD(燃烧室沉积物)的形成,但其主要成分合成成本较高。
缸内直喷车型加入传统燃油宝的危害:由于缸内直喷***的核心结构特点,是将燃油喷嘴从进气道转移至燃烧室。汽油直接喷射在燃烧室中,要求添加剂在高温环境下能有效溶解积碳,并且不产生沉积物,能满足该性能清洗添加剂的化学成分目前只有PEA(异构聚醚胺)。
传统燃油宝主要成分以PIBA(聚异丁烯胺)居多,这种添加剂对普通电喷车的进气积碳可以有效清除,但会在燃烧室形成新的积碳,因此不可在直喷车上使用,易于引发缸内喷嘴雾化不良、缸内散热不良及爆震倾向。
以往汽油清净剂更多注重对积碳清理和抑制沉积物生成方面的作用,对发动机的保护、尾气排放和经济性方面兼顾不够,本发明通过多种助剂协同作用,制备一种能抑制和清除积碳、提升发动机动力、降低尾气排放、静态和运行态下保护发动机、同时成本低廉(低于成品汽油)的多效(多功能)汽油清净剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可有效抑制和清除积碳、提升发动机动力、降低尾气排放、静态和运行态下保护发动机、同时成本低廉的多效汽油清净剂。
本发明提供的多效汽油清净剂,其成分的质量百分比为:20%-50%的积碳清除抑制剂、1%-15%的辛烷值改进剂、1%-10%的动力提升剂、0.1%-3%的静态缓蚀剂、0.01%-0.1%的动态抗磨剂、1%-3%的抗氧化剂、20%-50%的助溶剂。
进一步,所述积碳清除抑制剂为甲醇、丁醇、脂肪酸甲酯和分子量为1000-2000的端氨基聚醚的混合物,其成分的质量百分比为:20%-40%的甲醇、10%-30%的丁醇、10%-30%的脂肪酸甲酯、10%-20%的端氨基聚醚。
进一步,所述辛烷值改进剂为甲基叔丁基醚,具有优良的抗爆性,可提高辛烷值,且与汽油的混溶性好,吸水少,对环境无污染。
进一步,所述辛烷值改进剂的质量百分比为3%-7%。

进一步,所述静态缓蚀剂为二乙醇胺,二乙醇胺是重要的缓蚀剂,可减缓发动机的腐蚀。
进一步,所述动态抗磨剂为硼酸酯,硼酸脂在发动机的摩擦金属表面形成非均相极压膜,膜的无机成分为B2O3和FeO,具有较高的强度,起到了极压润滑的作用。
进一步,所述抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基苯酚,具有良好的抗氧化能力。
进一步,所述助溶剂为航空煤油,增加本发明产品各组分以及和汽油之间的溶解性。
上述多效汽油清净剂的加工方法,包括如下步骤:选材,按照各组分的质量百分含量分别是20%-50%的积碳清除抑制剂、1%-15%的辛烷值改进剂、1%-10%的动力提升剂、0.1%-3%的静态缓蚀剂、0.01%-0.1%的动态抗磨剂、1%-3%的抗氧化剂、20%-50%的助溶剂进行选取,并按质量百分比之和为1进行称取;混合,将选材后的各试剂加入反应釜,打开搅拌装置,搅拌2-3h,然后装入包装桶中。
本发明采用上述技术方案,多效汽油清净剂能够溶解汽油在常温下氧化形成的胶质物和沥青质,清洁油箱、油路和气门通道,并抑制汽油继续氧化;添加到汽油汽油中掺烧时,能够清除燃烧室中积碳,并抑制积碳继续沉积;通过4-6次的添加能够消除油箱、油路和燃烧室内部的胶质和积碳沉积物,长时间使用,能持续清洁和保护油箱、油路和燃烧室;明显提升动力、降低油耗;保护发动机不受腐蚀;降低尾气排放;该多效汽油清净剂最优化添加比例为30%,保证动力性能完全达到或超过国家汽油标准,能够有效的降低氮氧化合物的排放,富氧助溶剂配合动力提升剂可使汽油充分燃烧,降低一氧化碳、碳氢化物和二氧化碳排放50%以上,降低PM2.5排放50%以上;采用成本低廉的以甲醇为主的混合醇,不但可以起辅助清除胶质和积碳的作用,而且使本发明多效汽油清净剂成本低于成品汽油,并可作为燃料替代部分汽油。
与常用的聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺相比,本发明所用分子量1000-2000的端氨基聚醚能清除油路和燃烧室胶质和积碳,克服了聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺不能清除燃烧室积碳的弊病;所用抗氧化剂2,6-二叔丁基苯酚能够防止汽油中不饱和烯烃在常温下被氧化成胶质沉积在油箱和油路中;所用辛烷值改进剂和动力提升剂协同作用,提高汽油辛烷值并使之燃烧充分,能够明显提高汽油动力性能5%-10%,从而降低油耗;所用静态缓蚀剂能够保护发动机金属部件常温状态免于发生电化学腐蚀;动态抗磨剂是新型硼系极压抗磨剂,可在燃烧过程中在气缸表面形成保护膜,防止气缸过度磨损;静态缓蚀剂和动态抗磨剂相结合,保护发动机无论是静止状态还是运行状态都不会发生腐蚀或磨损;以甲醇为主的混合醇成本低廉,可以起辅助清除胶质和积碳的作用,脂肪酸甲酯可增加润滑作用,减少发动机磨损,富氧助溶剂配合动力提升剂可使汽油充分雾化并燃烧,降低二氧化碳和PM2.5排放。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例的多效汽油清净剂,其成分包括积碳清除抑制剂、辛烷值改进剂、动力提升剂、静态缓蚀剂、动态抗磨剂、抗氧化剂、助溶剂,其成分的质量百分比为:积碳清除抑制剂35%、辛烷值改进剂7%、动力提升剂5%、静态缓蚀剂3%、动态抗磨剂0.1%、抗氧化剂3%、助溶剂46.9%;具体的,辛烷值改进剂为甲基叔丁基醚,动力提升剂为水合肼,静态缓蚀剂为二乙醇胺,动态抗磨剂为硼酸酯,抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基苯酚,助溶剂为航空煤油;积碳清除抑制剂为甲醇、丁醇、脂肪酸甲酯和分子量为1000-2000的端氨基聚醚的混合物,其各成分占积碳清除抑制剂的质量百分比为:40%的甲醇、20%的丁醇、20%的脂肪酸甲酯、20%的端氨基聚醚。
实施例2
本实施例的多效汽油清净剂,其成分包括积碳清除抑制剂、辛烷值改进剂、动力提升剂、静态缓蚀剂、动态抗磨剂、抗氧化剂、助溶剂,其成分的质量百分比为:积碳清除抑制剂31.8%、辛烷值改进剂5%、动力提升剂10%、静态缓蚀剂0.1%、动态抗磨剂0.1%、抗氧化剂3%、助溶剂50%;具体的,辛烷值改进剂为甲基叔丁基醚,动力提升剂为水合肼,静态缓蚀剂为二乙醇胺,动态抗磨剂为硼酸酯,抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基苯酚,助溶剂为航空煤油;积碳清除抑制剂为甲醇、丁醇、脂肪酸甲酯和分子量为1000-2000的端氨基聚醚的混合物,其各成分占积碳清除抑制剂的质量百分比为:30%的甲醇、30%的丁醇、30%的脂肪酸甲酯、10%的端氨基聚醚。
实施例3
本实施例的多效汽油清净剂,其成分包括积碳清除抑制剂、辛烷值改进剂、动力提升剂、静态缓蚀剂、动态抗磨剂、抗氧化剂、助溶剂,其成分的质量百分比为:积碳清除抑制剂45%、辛烷值改进剂3%、动力提升剂1%、静态缓蚀剂1%、动态抗磨剂0.1%、抗氧化剂2%、助溶剂47.9%;具体的,辛烷值改进剂为甲基叔丁基醚,动力提升剂为水合肼,静态缓蚀剂为二乙醇胺,动态抗磨剂为硼酸酯,抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基苯酚,助溶剂为航空煤油;积碳清除抑制剂为甲醇、丁醇、脂肪酸甲酯和分子量为1000-2000的端氨基聚醚的混合物,其各成分占积碳清除抑制剂的质量百分比为:20%的甲醇、30%的丁醇、30%的脂肪酸甲酯、20%的端氨基聚醚。
实施例4
本实施例的多效汽油清净剂,其成分包括积碳清除抑制剂、辛烷值改进剂、动力提升剂、静态缓蚀剂、动态抗磨剂、抗氧化剂、助溶剂,其成分的质量百分比为:积碳清除抑制剂50%、辛烷值改进剂15%、动力提升剂10%、静态缓蚀剂2%、动态抗磨剂0.01%、抗氧化剂1%、助溶剂21.99%;具体的,辛烷值改进剂为甲基叔丁基醚,动力提升剂为水合肼,静态缓蚀剂为二乙醇胺,动态抗磨剂为硼酸酯,抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基苯酚,助溶剂为航空煤油;积碳清除抑制剂为甲醇、丁醇、脂肪酸甲酯和分子量为1000-2000的端氨基聚醚的混合物,其各成分占积碳清除抑制剂的质量百分比为:40%的甲醇、20%的丁醇、30%的脂肪酸甲酯、10%的端氨基聚醚。
实施例5
上述多效汽油清净剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:选材,按照各组分的质量百分含量分别是35%的积碳清除抑制剂、7%的辛烷值改进剂、5%的动力提升剂、3%的静态缓蚀剂、0.1%的动态抗磨剂、3%的抗氧化剂、46.9%的助溶剂进行选取,并按质量百分比之和为1进行称取;混合,将选材后的各试剂加入反应釜,打开搅拌装置,搅拌2-3h,然后装入包装桶中。

Claims (10)

1.一种多效汽油清净剂,其特征在于,其成分的质量百分比为:20%-50%的积碳清除抑制剂、1%-15%的辛烷值改进剂、1%-10%的动力提升剂、0.1%-3%的静态缓蚀剂、0.01%-0.1%的动态抗磨剂、1%-3%的抗氧化剂、20%-50%的助溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多效汽油清净剂,其特征在于,所述积碳清除抑制剂为甲醇、丁醇、脂肪酸甲酯和分子量为1000-2000的端氨基聚醚的混合物,其成分的质量百分比为:20%-40%的甲醇、10%-30%的丁醇、10%-30%的脂肪酸甲酯、10%-20%的端氨基聚醚。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的多效汽油清净剂,其特征在于,所述辛烷值改进剂为甲基叔丁基醚。
4.根据权利要求3所述的多效汽油清净剂,其特征在于,所述辛烷值改进剂的质量百分比为3%-7%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的多效汽油清净剂,其特征在于,所述动力提升剂为水合肼。
6.根据权利要求5所述的多效汽油清净剂,其特征在于,所述静态缓蚀剂为二乙醇胺。
7.根据权利要求6所述的多效汽油清净剂,其特征在于,所述动态抗磨剂为硼酸酯。
8.根据权利要求7所述的多效汽油清净剂,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基苯酚,具有良好的抗氧化能力。
9.根据权利要求8所述的多效汽油清净剂,其特征在于,所述助溶剂为航空煤油。
10.根据权利要求1所述的多效汽油清净剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:选材,按照各组分的质量百分含量分别是20%-50%的积碳清除抑制剂、1%-15%的辛烷值改进剂、1%-10%的动力提升剂、0.1%-3%的静态缓蚀剂、0.01%-0.1%的动态抗磨剂、1%-3%的抗氧化剂、20%-50%的助溶剂进行选取,并按质量百分比之和为1进行称取;混合,将选材后的各试剂加入反应釜,打开搅拌装置,搅拌2-3h,然后装入包装桶中。
