本发明公开了一种耐高温带式无纺布及其生产方法,采用涤纶纤维和玻璃纤维混合制作成带式无纺布的经纱和纬纱,再用所述经纱和纬纱织造成带式无纺布,之后对所述带式无纺布使用特制溶液进行浸渍处理,浸渍处理中使用的特制溶液按重量份包括环氧树脂30‑40份、硅烷偶联剂3‑6份、纳米氧化镁4‑6份、二氧化硅5‑7份、石墨粉8‑12份、醋酸乙酯10‑15份、抗氧化剂1‑3份、水40‑60份。本发明提高了带式无纺布的耐高温指标,提高了带式无纺布的整体性能,避免了带式无纺布因性能较差,容易出现损坏,节省资源,提高了带式无纺布的过滤效果,特制溶液使用的原料价廉易得,降低浸渍处理的操作难度,节约成本。

本发明涉及带式无纺布生产技术领域,具体涉及一种耐高温带式无纺布及其生产方法。
背景技术
带式无纺布是由天然纤维和合成纤维织造而成的过滤介质,主要用于固液分离与工业除尘。合成纤维主要有丙纶,涤纶,锦纶,维纶等,其中以涤纶和丙纶最为常用,以固液分离为主,广义的工业带式无纺布也包括各种金属材料编织网比如不锈钢丝、镍丝、黄铜丝。
而工业带式无纺布在生产制造的过程中需要用到带式无纺布作为生产基材,其生产完成后的带式无纺布主要用于袋式除尘器、过滤机、压滤机等设备,带式无纺布的性能对设备的影响较大,而目前使用的带式无纺布存在着一些缺陷,带式无纺布的耐高温指标较差,导致在高温的工作环境中设备的使用效果不佳,使得带式无纺布的使用寿命较短,过滤效果较差,造成资源浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述的不足,提供一种耐高温带式无纺布及其生产方法。
为实现上述目的,根据本发明的一个方面,本发明提供了一种耐高温带式无纺布,采用涤纶纤维和玻璃纤维混合制作成带式无纺布的经纱和纬纱,再用所述经纱和纬纱织造成带式无纺布,之后对所述带式无纺布使用特制溶液进行浸渍处理,浸渍处理中使用的特制溶液按重量份包括环氧树脂30-40份、硅烷偶联剂3-6份、纳米氧化镁4-6份、二氧化硅5-7份、石墨粉8-12份、醋酸乙酯10-15份、抗氧化剂1-3份、水40-60份。
进一步,所述特制溶液按重量份包括环氧树脂35份、硅烷偶联剂4.5份、纳米氧化镁5份、二氧化硅6份、石墨粉10份、醋酸乙酯13份、抗氧化剂2份、水50份。
进一步,所述涤纶纤维与所述玻璃纤维的重量份之比为3:1。
进一步,所述硅烷偶联剂优选为三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂。
根据本发明的另一个方面,提供了一种耐高温带式无纺布的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1,准备原料:准备带式无纺布制作使用的涤纶纤维和玻璃纤维,并准备浸渍使用的特制溶液;
步骤2,带式无纺布制作:将涤纶纤维制作成经纱,将玻璃纤维制作成纬纱,经纱和纬纱首先进行浸润乳液的处理,之后通过喷砂织布机将经纱和纬纱制作成带式无纺布;
步骤3,浸渍处理:将所述步骤2制作的带式无纺布放置在所述步骤1准备的特制溶液中,浸渍速度优选为3-4m/min;
步骤4,烘干处理:对步骤3浸渍后的带式无纺布进行烘干处理,烘干温度设置在200-240℃,烘干的时间为20-30分钟;
步骤5,带式无纺布定型:对带式无纺布进行两次热处理,使得经纱与纬纱分布均匀,并按照要求对带式无纺布进行裁切,得到成品带式无纺布。
本发明公开了一种耐高温带式无纺布及其生产方法,对比现有技术,具有如下的有益效果:
1、本发明通过配置特制溶液对带式无纺布进行浸渍处理,提高了无纺布的耐高温指标,且特制溶液还提高了无纺布的整体性能,避免了无纺布因性能较差,容易出现损坏,节省资源;
2、本发明通过对浸渍后的无纺布进行定型处理,热处理操作提高无纺布的均匀性,从而提高了无纺布的过滤效果,使得设备的过滤性能提高,且特制溶液使用的原料价廉易得,降低浸渍处理的操作难度,节约成本。
