本发明属于模具技术领域,涉及一种铝塑热压水冷循环模具,包括上模板和下模板,所述下模板上设有用来让铝件和塑件粗略定位的若干静挡块和用来让铝件和塑件侧向夹紧的夹紧装置,所述上模板内设有加热管,所述下模板内设有循环水路。铝塑结合件成型方法步骤为:将塑件放置在下模板上定位,然后将点好胶的铝件安放于由静挡块围成的加工区域内进行粘接,夹紧装置启动,让铝件和塑件侧向夹紧,加热管加热使上模板的温度维持在118~124℃,循环水路通冷却水让下模板的温度维持在18~22℃,然后合模,压合90s后开模,夹紧装置松开,取出铝塑结合件。本发明采用上模加热,下模冷却的方式,使铝塑结合件在模内就加速固化,无变形异常,质量可靠。

铝塑热压水冷循环模具及铝塑结合件成型方法
技术领域
本发明涉及模具技术领域,特别涉及一种铝塑热压水冷循环模具及铝塑结合件成型方法。
背景技术
铝作为金属材料,在很小的体积上进行精加工困难,容易变形,没有塑胶件方便;塑胶件注塑加工复杂结构方便,但是强度不如金属材料。铝塑结合壳体具有两者的优势,被越来越多的笔记本电脑壳体所采用。
我公司生产的一种Hopper 12LTE铝合金背盖,Bonding热压塑胶支架后,转轴侧变形度超SPEC 1.0mm。因为Bonding工艺中的受热区域比较大,此会造成产品整体受热。因铝、塑两种材料的线胀系数以及热传导不一致,热残余应力导致变形。
因此有必要设计一种新的模具来降低铝塑结合壳体受热后冷却变形的问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种铝塑热压水冷循环模具及铝塑结合件成型方法,能够降低铝塑结合壳体受热后冷却变形的问题。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现上述目的:一种铝塑热压水冷循环模具,包括上模板和下模板,所述下模板上设有用来让铝件和塑件粗略定位的若干静挡块和用来让铝件和塑件侧向夹紧的夹紧装置,所述上模板内设有加热管,所述下模板内设有循环水路。
具体的,所述夹紧装置包括固定于所述下模板的夹紧气缸以及由所述夹紧气缸驱动的动挡板。
进一步的,所述下模板上设有用来引导动挡板沿着夹紧气缸的主轴方向伸缩的滑轨。
具体的,所述下模板上设有若干立柱,所述上模板上设有若干配合立柱的导套。
具体的,所述下模板的下方还设有脱料装置,所述脱料装置包括若干脱料气缸,所述脱料气缸驱动用来将铝塑结合件从下模板上顶起的顶头。
进一步的,所述脱料气缸通过气动开关驱动。
一种铝塑结合件成型方法,步骤包括:将塑件放置在下模板上定位,然后将点好胶的铝件安放于由静挡块围成的加工区域内进行粘接,夹紧装置启动,让铝件和塑件侧向夹紧,加热管加热使上模板的温度维持在118~124℃,循环水路通冷却水让下模板的温度维持在18~22℃,然后合模,压合90s后开模,夹紧装置松开,取出铝塑结合件。
采用上述技术方案,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:
本发明采用上模加热,下模冷却的方式,使铝塑结合件在模内就加速固化,无变形异常,质量可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例:
如图1至图3所示,本发明的一种铝塑热压水冷循环模具,包括上模板1和下模板2,下模板2上设有用来让铝件和塑件粗略定位的若干静挡块22和用来让铝件和塑件侧向夹紧的夹紧装置3,上模板1内设有加热管(未画出),下模板2内设有循环水路21。工作时,将塑件放置在下模板2上定位,然后将点好胶的铝件安放于由静挡块22围成的加工区域内以AB胶进行粘接,夹紧装置3启动,让铝件和塑件侧向夹紧,防止间隙太大以致连接不良,加热管加热使上模板1的温度维持在118~124℃,循环水路21通冷却水让下模板2的温度维持在18~22℃,然后上模板1下降与下模板2合模,压合90s后开模,夹紧装置3松开,取出铝塑结合件。经过反复实验,生产铝塑结合背板3000pcs后变形度小于1.0mm的标准,说明改进效果稳定。本发明采用上模加热,下模冷却的方式,使铝塑结合件在模内就加速固化,无变形异常,质量可靠。
如图1至图3所示,夹紧装置3包括固定于下模板2的夹紧气缸31以及由夹紧气缸31驱动的动挡板32。使用时,动挡板32与下模板2上相对位置的静挡块22配合,让铝件和塑件靠近,使接缝处减小,这样压合后两者的结合情况才能符合标准。动挡板32可以用一个夹紧气缸31驱动,也可以用多个夹紧气缸31同时驱动。
如图1和图2所示,下模板2上设有用来引导动挡板32沿着夹紧气缸31的主轴方向伸缩的滑轨23。动挡板32滑轨23能够降低夹紧气缸31主轴的磨损,对延长其使用寿命有积极效果。滑轨23一般可用平行设置的2~3个。
如图1和图2所示,下模板2上设有若干立柱24,上模板1上设有若干配合立柱24的导套11。立柱24与导套11的配合能让上模板1与下模板2的合模位置准确。
如图1至图3所示,下模板2的下方还设有脱料装置4,脱料装置4包括若干脱料气缸41,脱料气缸41驱动用来将铝塑结合件从下模板2上顶起的顶头(未画出)。某些笔记本电脑的壳体是带边壳体,在下模冷却的情况下容易包在下模上,这就需要顶头从下方将其顶出才能成功脱料。
如图2和图3所示,脱料气缸41通过气动开关42驱动。气动开关42可以一次性驱动多个脱料气缸41同时动作,这样可以防止铝塑结合件脱料力不均而导致新的问题。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种铝塑热压水冷循环模具,包括上模板和下模板,所述下模板上设有用来让铝件和塑件粗略定位的若干静挡块和用来让铝件和塑件侧向夹紧的夹紧装置,其特征在于:所述上模板内设有加热管,所述下模板内设有循环水路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝塑热压水冷循环模具,其特征在于:所述夹紧装置包括固定于所述下模板的夹紧气缸以及由所述夹紧气缸驱动的动挡板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的铝塑热压水冷循环模具,其特征在于:所述下模板上设有用来引导动挡板沿着夹紧气缸的主轴方向伸缩的滑轨。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铝塑热压水冷循环模具,其特征在于:所述下模板上设有若干立柱,所述上模板上设有若干配合立柱的导套。
5.根据权利要求1所述的铝塑热压水冷循环模具,其特征在于:所述下模板的下方还设有脱料装置,所述脱料装置包括若干脱料气缸,所述脱料气缸驱动用来将铝塑结合件从下模板上顶起的顶头。
6.根据权利要求5所述的铝塑热压水冷循环模具,其特征在于:所述脱料气缸通过气动开关驱动。
7.一种使用权利要求1~6任一所述铝塑热压水冷循环模具的铝塑结合件成型方法,其特征在于步骤包括:将塑件放置在下模板上定位,然后将点好胶的铝件安放于由静挡块围成的加工区域内进行粘接,夹紧装置启动,让铝件和塑件侧向夹紧,加热管加热使上模板的温度维持在118~124℃,循环水路通冷却水让下模板的温度维持在18~22℃,然后合模,压合90s后开模,夹紧装置松开,取出铝塑结合件。
