Abstract
本发明提供了一种新型高弹性衬布的制作方法,包括坯布制作:在单面纬边圆机上分别用具有高弹力且粗细相同的S捻丝和Z捻丝各一根,并将S捻丝和Z捻丝在纬边针织圆机上交织成坯布;还包括如下处理:(1)将坯布置于高温高压染缸中进行染整;(2)将染整好的坯布通过定型机进行高温定型;(3)将定型好的坯布,在双点涂布机上涂布热熔胶;(4)将涂有热熔胶的坯布进行焙烘烧结、冷却后形成高弹性衬布。本发明将粗细相同的S捻丝和Z捻丝各一根编织成坯布,并经过处理后形成高弹性衬布;本发明衬布四面弹力均匀且特别好,不易起雪花点且使用手感更加柔软丰满,比传统纬编做成的衬布性能优越很多,且生产简单方便,降低了企业的生产成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种衬布,尤其涉及一种新型高弹性衬布的制作方法。
背景技术
服装衬布是服装辅料的一大种类,它在服装上起骨架作用。衬布是以机织物、针织物和非织造布为基布,采用(或不采用)热塑性高分子化合物,经过专门机械进行特殊整理加工,用于服装的内层起到补强、挺括等作用的,与面料粘合(或非粘合)的专用服装辅料。一般情况下衬布是不能被直接看到的,但凡是需要形成硬挺、饱满手感、平滑过渡、补强的位置,都是覆盖衬布的。
目前市场上生产的衬布大多数质量一般,弹性较差,其原因是市场上的衬布基本上都是通过一根相同纱丝通过编织机编织成坯布,导致坯布的各方面性能都很差,而现有的改变方法是在原全涤丝中加入一定比例的氨纶或尼龙成分,其操作麻烦且成本较高,不利于企业生产,不值得提倡生产。
通过单根纱丝编织成的坯布,使用效果差且在使用过程中特别容易起雪花点,给使用者带来了不必要的麻烦,也影响了服装的整体使用效果,急需进行改变。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种新型高弹性衬布的制作方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案为:
一种新型高弹性衬布的制作方法,包括坯布制作,所述坯布的制作方法如下:在单面纬边圆机上分别用具有高弹力且粗细相同的S捻丝和Z捻丝各一根,并将所述S捻丝和Z捻丝在纬边针织圆机上交织成所述坯布;
还包括对所述坯布进行如下处理:
(1)将所述坯布置于高温高压染缸中进行染整;
(2)将染整好的所述坯布通过定型机进行高温定型;
(3)将定型好的所述坯布,在双点涂布机上涂布热熔胶;
(4)将涂有热熔胶的所述坯布进行焙烘烧结、冷却后形成所述高弹性衬布。
本发明其中一个优选的方案为,所述S捻丝和Z捻丝为涤纶DTZ。
本发明其中一个优选的方案为,所述S捻丝和Z捻丝的粗细范围为50D-300D。
本发明其中一个优选的方案为,所述坯布的幅宽为1.3M-1.8M。
本发明其中一个优选的方案为,所述坯布于所述染缸内通过130度高压进行处理。
本发明其中一个优选的方案为,在双点涂布机上涂布热熔胶时,涂布量范围为5克/平方米-30克/平方米。
本发明其中一个优选的方案为,所述热熔胶为高粘合性能PA、PES或TPU热熔胶。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:将粗细相同的S捻丝和Z捻丝各一根编织成坯布,并经过处理后形成高弹性衬布;本发明高弹性衬布主要运用在服装上,衬布四面弹力均匀且特别好,不易起雪花点且使用手感更加柔软丰满,比传统的纬编做成的衬布性能优越很多,且生产简单方便,极大降低了企业的生产成本。

具体实施方式
为了便于理解本发明,下文将结合较佳的实施例对本发明作更全面、细致地描述,但本发明的保护范围并不限于以下具体的实施例。
除非另有定义,下文中所使用的所有专业术语与本领域技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中所使用的专业术语只是为了描述具体实施例的目的,并不是旨在限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种新型高弹性衬布的制作方法,包括坯布制作,坯布的制作方法如下:在单面纬边圆机上分别用具有高弹力且粗细相同的S捻丝10和Z捻丝20各一根,并将S捻丝10和Z捻丝20在纬边针织圆机上交织成坯布,本实施例中S捻丝10和Z捻丝20采用纬编的方式进行编织,编织成坯布后,还需要对坯布进行如下处理:
(1)将坯布置于高温高压染缸中进行染整;
(2)将染整好的坯布通过定型机进行高温定型;
(3)将定型好的坯布,在双点涂布机上涂布热熔胶;
(4)将涂有热熔胶的坯布进行焙烘烧结、冷却后形成高弹性衬布。
本发明实施例中,将编织好的坯布置于染缸内通过130度高压进行处理,通过预设的燃料对坯布进行染整,在染缸中染整约30min后将坯布通过烘房烘干,进一步的,坯布染整烘干完成后,通过定型机进行高温拉幅定型,接着对定型完成的坯布进行冷切后,在双点涂布机上涂布热熔胶,热熔胶为高粘合性能PA、PES或TPU热熔胶,在双点涂布机上涂布热熔胶时,涂布量范围为5-30克/平方米,对涂布完热熔胶的坯布通过撒粉机对涂有热熔胶的坯布进行均匀撒胶粉,胶粉为共聚酯胶粉与共聚酰胺胶粉,胶粉中混有硬挺整理剂,接着通过吸粉装置将坯布表面未涂布浆料的部分的胶粉吸去;进一步地,将涂有热熔胶和胶粉的坯布进行传送进烘干箱内进行焙烘烧结,冷却后形成高弹性衬布。
本发明其中一个优选实施例为,S捻丝10和Z捻丝20为涤纶DTZ。
本发明其中一个优选实施例为,S捻丝10和Z捻丝20的粗细范围为50D-300D,优选为100D。
本发明其中一个优选实施例为,坯布的幅宽为1.3M-1.8M。
本发明其中一个优选实施例为,坯布在双点涂布机上涂布热熔胶时,涂布量范围为5克/平方米-30克/平方米。

1.一种新型高弹性衬布的制作方法,其特征在于:包括坯布制作,所述坯布的制作方法如下:在单面纬边圆机上分别用具有高弹力且粗细相同的S捻丝和Z捻丝各一根,并将所述S捻丝和Z捻丝在纬边针织圆机上交织成所述坯布;
还包括对所述坯布进行如下处理:
(1)将所述坯布置于高温高压染缸中进行染整;
(2)将染整好的所述坯布通过定型机进行高温定型;
(3)将定型好的所述坯布,在双点涂布机上涂布热熔胶;
(4)将涂有热熔胶的所述坯布进行焙烘烧结、冷却后形成所述高弹性衬布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高弹性衬布的制作方法,其特征在于,所述S捻丝和Z捻丝为涤纶DTY。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型高弹性衬布的制作方法,其特征在于,所述S捻丝和Z捻丝的粗细范围为50D-300D。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高弹性衬布的制作方法,其特征在于,所述坯布的幅宽为1.3M-1.8M。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高弹性衬布的制作方法,其特征在于,所述坯布于所述染缸内通过130度高压进行处理。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高弹性衬布的制作方法,其特征在于,在双点涂布机上涂布热熔胶时,涂布量范围为5克/平方米-30克/平方米。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的一种新型高弹性衬布的制作方法,其特征在于,所述热熔胶为高粘合性能PA、PES或TPU热熔胶。
