本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体是一种纳米复合纺织品整理剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
纱线是一种纺织品,用各种纺织纤维加工成一定细度的产品,用于织布、制绳、制线、针织和刺绣等,分为短纤维纱,连续长丝等。纱线的细度有多种表示方法,例如号数、公制支数、英制支数、旦尼尔等(见支数)。纱线的捻度用每米或每英寸的捻回数表示。毛纱及毛线一般用于纺织羊毛衫、毛裤、毛背心、围巾、帽子及手套和编织各种春秋季节服饰用品,除保暖外还有装饰作用。
传统的纱线织成的衣物容易掉色,色彩不够鲜艳,且强度较低,容易破损。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纳米复合纺织品整理剂及其制备方法和应用,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种纳米复合纺织品整理剂,包括以下重量份数的原料:纳米二氧化钛1-5份、纳米氧化锌1-5份、吐温80 10-20份、壳聚糖2-6份、脱乙酰壳多糖15-25份、***氢钠1-5份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠3-9份、六偏磷酸钠5-10份、去离子水500-800份。
更进一步的,纳米二氧化钛2-4份、纳米氧化锌2-4份、吐温80 12-18份、壳聚糖3-5份、脱乙酰壳多糖18-22份、***氢钠2-4份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠4-8份、六偏磷酸钠6-9份、去离子水600-700份。
更进一步的,纳米二氧化钛3份、纳米氧化锌3份、吐温80 15份、壳聚糖4份、脱乙酰壳多糖20份、***氢钠3份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠6份、六偏磷酸钠8份、去离子水650份。
一种根据权利纳米复合纺织品整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)称取各组分原料,备用;(2)取一半去离子水,加入吐温80、脱乙酰壳多糖,搅拌均匀,得到混合液A;(3)将纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化锌投入混合液A中,微波震荡5-10min,得到混合液B;(4)取剩余一半的去离子水,加入壳聚糖、***氢钠,密封加热搅拌5-15min,加热温度50-60℃,得到混合液C;(5)将混合液B与混合液C混合,投入分散机中分散10-20min,得到混合液D;(6)将乙二胺四乙酸二钠、六偏磷酸钠投入混合液D中,密封加热搅拌3-8min,加热温度55-70℃,冷却后,即得。
更进一步的,步骤(3)中,微波震荡时间为8min。
更进一步的,步骤(4)中,搅拌时间为10min,加热温度为55℃。
更进一步的,步骤(5)中,分散时间为15min。
更进一步的,步骤(6)中,加热时间为5min,加热温度为60℃。

采用本发明提供的技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:本发明制备方法简单,制备原料易得,成本较低,易于推广,利用本发明浸润处理过的纱线,着色力强,颜料不易脱落,相比于传统纱线,色彩更加鲜艳,制得的衣物强度高,不易起球。

实施例1
一种纳米复合纺织品整理剂,包括以下原料:纳米二氧化钛1g、纳米氧化锌1g、吐温8010g、壳聚糖2g、脱乙酰壳多糖15g、***氢钠1g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠3g、六偏磷酸钠5g、去离子水500g。
一种根据权利纳米复合纺织品整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)称取各组分原料,备用;(2)取一半去离子水,加入吐温80、脱乙酰壳多糖,搅拌均匀,得到混合液A;(3)将纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化锌投入混合液A中,微波震荡6min,得到混合液B;(4)取剩余一半的去离子水,加入壳聚糖、***氢钠,密封加热搅拌8min,加热温度52℃,得到混合液C;(5)将混合液B与混合液C混合,投入分散机中分散12min,得到混合液D;(6)将乙二胺四乙酸二钠、六偏磷酸钠投入混合液D中,密封加热搅拌4min,加热温度60℃,冷却后,即得。

一种根据权利纳米复合纺织品整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)称取各组分原料,备用;(2)取一半去离子水,加入吐温80、脱乙酰壳多糖,搅拌均匀,得到混合液A;(3)将纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化锌投入混合液A中,微波震荡7min,得到混合液B;(4)取剩余一半的去离子水,加入壳聚糖、***氢钠,密封加热搅拌14min,加热温度58℃,得到混合液C;(5)将混合液B与混合液C混合,投入分散机中分散18min,得到混合液D;(6)将乙二胺四乙酸二钠、六偏磷酸钠投入混合液D中,密封加热搅拌7min,加热温度70℃,冷却后,即得。
