Abstract
本发明公开了一种真皮包覆的驾驶员安全气囊总成,包括气囊本体、气囊盖板、真皮层及标志,真皮层通过特种胶水粘贴在气囊盖板表面上,标志通过热熔焊工艺固定在真皮包覆后的气囊盖板上,气囊盖板通过卡接结构固定在气囊本体上,为保证气囊起爆顺利,气囊盖板及真皮层上分别设有弱化线结构和弱化线结构。该总成是在注塑安全气囊盖板上包覆一层带有装饰缝纫线的真皮,真皮外表面平整光滑,内表面设有弱化线结构,与气囊盖板内弱化线位置完全重合。通过特种胶水将真皮与氟化工艺处理后的气囊盖板在治具上进行压合,使两者黏结在一起,以确保黏结性能、外观状态和起爆性能都满足要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种真皮包覆的驾驶员安全气囊总成。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,对汽车的品质要求愈加挑剔,真皮内饰已成为用户选车的基本条件。当前真皮座椅、真皮仪表板均已成为很多车型的标准配置,但受制于安全气囊的展开性能要求,真皮在撕裂线区域弱化及真皮包覆等生产工艺水平,真皮驾驶员安全气囊(方向盘位置)在国内车型上却鲜有配置。
发明内容
本发明提供一种真皮包覆的驾驶员安全气囊总成,不仅外观造型高档美观,触摸手感良好,有效提升内饰整体的档次感,而且在起爆试验中表现优异,可以有效保护驾驶员的安全。
本发明包括气囊本体、气囊盖板、真皮层及标志,真皮层通过特种胶水粘贴在气囊盖板表面上,标志通过热熔焊工艺固定在真皮包覆后的气囊盖板上,气囊盖板通过卡接结构固定在气囊本体上,为保证气囊起爆顺利,气囊盖板及真皮层上分别设有弱化线结构和弱化线结构。
本发明是在注塑安全气囊盖板上包覆一层带有装饰缝纫线的Nappa真皮,真皮外表面平整光滑,内表面设有弱化线结构,与气囊盖板内弱化线位置完全重合。通过特种胶水将真皮与氟化工艺处理后的气囊盖板在治具上进行压合,使两者黏结在一起,以确保黏结性能、外观状态和起爆性能都满足要求。
本发明的有益效果:
1、外观造型高档美观,喇叭按压手感更好,与其它真皮内饰相呼应,提升内饰整体的档次感。
2、可以通过更换真皮材质、颜色、纹理来满足个人的个性需求。
3、可以在真皮层上装饰不同颜色不同风格的缝线,来搭配不同颜色风格车型,使内饰颜色风格更多样化。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1、图2、图3和图4所示,本实施例包括气囊本体1、气囊盖板2、真皮层3及标志4,真皮层3通过特种胶水粘贴在气囊盖板2表面上,标志4通过热熔焊工艺固定在真皮包覆后的气囊盖板2上,气囊盖板2通过卡接结构固定在气囊本体1上,为保证气囊起爆顺利,气囊盖板2及真皮层3上分别设有弱化线6结构和弱化线5结构。
本发明的制造方法包含如下步骤:
1、通过注塑工艺制造出带有弱化线的气囊盖板2,气囊盖板2上弱化线6深度为0.4mm-0.7mm,布局呈“H”型,有利于气囊起爆时盖板顺利撕裂;气囊盖板2上带有缝纫线专用凹槽;
2、使用氟化工艺处理气囊盖板2,来提高盖板的粘贴附着性能;
3、对真皮层3进行预收缩工艺处理,将真皮层3的变形量控制在设计范围内,然后进行真皮裁切;
4、将裁切好的真皮层3放入定位工装内,使用高速CNC刀具加工弱化孔,确保弱化孔深度均匀且真皮外观表面无痕迹,弱化孔连接起来形成真皮层的弱化线5。所述真皮层3厚度为1mm,弱化孔线5深度为0.8mm,布局与气囊盖板2上的弱化线6一致。
5、使用涂胶治具在真皮层内表面均匀涂抹特种胶水;
6、待胶水凝固后,在缝纫治具上用线将三块真皮缝合到一起;
6、在预包覆治具上将缝合好的真皮层3手工包覆到气囊盖板2上,该过程使用加热工具将凝固后的胶水局部熔融,使真皮初步黏贴在盖板上,完成预包覆。包覆过程中真皮上缝纫线翻折部分需对准盖板上凹槽,同时确保真皮层弱化线5与盖板弱化线6位置高度重合,以免影响气囊展开性能;
7、将预包覆好的气囊盖板放入压合工装内,使用加热设备均匀加热使胶水全部熔融,通过滑块压合预包覆好的气囊盖板并保压一段时间,确保真皮包覆到位,完成最终包覆;
8、通过热熔焊工艺将标志4焊接到包覆后的气囊盖板上;
9、将气囊盖板装配到气囊本体1上。

1.一种真皮包覆的驾驶员安全气囊总成,其特征在于:包括气囊本体(1),气囊盖板(2)、真皮层(3)及标志(4),真皮层(3)通过特种胶水粘贴在气囊盖板(2)表面上,标志(4)通过热熔焊工艺固定在真皮包覆后的气囊盖板(2)上,气囊盖板(2)通过卡接结构固定在气囊本体(1)上,囊盖板(2)及真皮层(3)上分别设有弱化线(6)结构和弱化线(5)结构。
