In the embodiment of the invention, the chemical tank clamp 4 can be used for fixing chemical tanks 8 with different sizes; placing a chemical tank 8 between two arc-shaped frame plates 4-5, four circular shafts 4-6 and four rubber sleeves 4-7, rotating a clamping control panel 4-1 for adjustment, rotating the clamping control panel 4-1 to control a bidirectional threaded rod 4-2 to rotate, and limiting two L-shaped movable seats 4-3 under the action of two displacement controllers 3, so that the bidirectional threaded rod 4-2 rotates to drive the two L-shaped movable seats 4-3 to move oppositely or reversely; the two L-shaped movable seats 4-3 move oppositely or move reversely to drive the two vertical frame plates 4-4 and the two arc frame plates 4-5 to clamp and fix different chemical engineering tanks 8, the four circular shafts 4-6 and the four rubber sleeves 4-7 are used for assisting and fixing the chemical engineering tanks 8 through the four rubber sleeves 4-7, and the friction force of the four rubber sleeves 4-7 can enhance the fixing effect on the chemical engineering tanks 8.

As shown in fig. 1 to 15, in the cleaning device for chemical equipment according to the embodiment of the present invention, the sprayer 5 includes a pumping rod 5-1, a guide plate 5-2, a pumping plate 5-3, a pumping water tank 5-4, a water tank fixing frame 5-5, a pumping pipe 5-6 with a check valve, and a spray pipe 5-7 with a check valve; the rear end of the pumping rod 5-1 is rotatably matched in the middle of the bidirectional threaded rod 4-2; the middle part of the pressure-drawing rod 5-1 is in sliding fit with the guide plate 5-2, the guide plate 5-2 is fixedly connected with the rear end of the pressure-drawing water tank 5-4, the front end of the pressure-drawing rod 5-1 is fixedly connected with the pressure-drawing plate 5-3, and the pressure-drawing plate 5-3 is in sealed sliding fit with the inside of the pressure-drawing water tank 5-4; the pressure pumping water tank 5-4 is fixedly connected to the vertical frame 6 through a water tank fixing frame 5-5; the front end of the pressure pumping water tank 5-4 is fixedly connected and communicated with a pipe orifice at one end of the water pumping pipe 5-6 and the water spraying pipe 5-7; and the pipe orifice at the other end of the water spray pipe 5-7 is positioned right in front of the movable seat 2-3-7.
In the embodiment of the invention, the sprayer 5 can be started under the control of the bidirectional threaded rod 4-2, the bidirectional threaded rod 4-2 is driven by the two displacement controllers 3 to move back and forth, the bidirectional threaded rod 4-2 moves backwards to drive the pumping rod 5-1 to move backwards, the pumping rod 5-1 drives the pumping plate 5-3 to slide backwards in the pumping water tank 5-4, and outside spray water is pumped into the pumping water tank 5-4 through the pumping pipe 5-6; the bidirectional threaded rod 4-2 moves forwards to drive the pumping rod 5-1 to move forwards, the pumping rod 5-1 moves forwards to drive the pumping plate 5-3 to slide forwards in the pumping water tank 5-4, spray water pumped into the pumping water tank 5-4 is extruded out through the spray pipe 5-7 and sprayed into the chemical tank 8 through the spray pipe 5-7, combination of spray washing and rotary cleaning of the cleaning component 2 is achieved, and cleaning effect on the interior of the chemical tank 8 is enhanced.

The chemical equipment cleaning device according to claim 4, wherein the chemical tank clamp (4) comprises a clamping control disc (4-1), a bidirectional threaded rod (4-2), an L-shaped movable seat (4-3), a vertical frame plate (4-4), an arc frame plate (4-5), a circular shaft (4-6) and a rubber sleeve (4-7); one end of the bidirectional threaded rod (4-2) is provided with left-handed threads, and the other end of the bidirectional threaded rod (4-2) is provided with right-handed threads; the left end and the right end of the bidirectional threaded rod (4-2) are respectively fixedly connected with a clamping control disc (4-1); the left end and the right end of the bidirectional threaded rod (4-2) are respectively connected with a vertical plate of an L-shaped movable seat (4-3) through threads, the middle parts of transverse plates of the two L-shaped movable seats (4-3) are respectively connected onto a vertical frame plate (4-4) in a sliding fit manner, the two vertical frame plates (4-4) are respectively fixedly connected with the inner end of a displacement controller (3), and the inner ends of the transverse plates of the two L-shaped movable seats (4-3) are respectively fixedly connected with an arc frame plate (4-5); the upper end and the lower end of the inner sides of the two arc-shaped frame plates (4-5) are respectively and fixedly connected with a round shaft (4-6), and the middle parts of the four round shafts (4-6) are respectively and fixedly connected with a rubber sleeve (4-7); the two L-shaped movable seats (4-3) are positioned between the two clamping control discs (4-1).

The chemical equipment cleaning device according to claim 5, wherein the sprayer (5) comprises a pumping rod (5-1), a guide plate (5-2), a pumping plate (5-3), a pumping water tank (5-4), a water tank fixing frame (5-5), a pumping pipe (5-6) with a one-way valve and a spray pipe (5-7) with a one-way valve; the rear end of the drawing and pressing rod (5-1) is rotatably matched in the middle of the bidirectional threaded rod (4-2); the middle part of the pressure-drawing rod (5-1) is in sliding fit with the guide plate (5-2), the guide plate (5-2) is fixedly connected with the rear end of the pressure-drawing water tank (5-4), the front end of the pressure-drawing rod (5-1) is fixedly connected with the pressure-drawing plate (5-3), and the pressure-drawing plate (5-3) is in sealed sliding fit with the inside of the pressure-drawing water tank (5-4); the pressure-pumping water tank (5-4) is fixedly connected to the vertical frame (6) through a water tank fixing frame (5-5); the front end of the pressure pumping water tank (5-4) is fixedly connected and communicated with a pipe orifice at one end of the water pumping pipe (5-6) and the water spraying pipe (5-7); the other end pipe orifice of the water spray pipe (5-7) is positioned right in front of the movable seat (2-3-7).
