Abstract
本发明属于包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种易揭膜。一种热封强度恒定且封口封合牢固的易揭膜基材膜,由外到内依次包括共挤而成的电晕层、中间层、热封层,所述电晕层的材料是PP和茂金属HDPE的共混物,PP和茂金属HDPE的重量比为20‑50:100,所述中间层的材料为茂金属HDPE,熔融指数为0.5‑1g/10min,所述热封层的材料为乙烯丙烯丁烯三元共聚物。本发明与pp杯材热封时,在能满足食品安全的前提下,热封强度在15‑29N/15MM,方便消费者揭开盖膜,方便消费者的使用,可以耐121℃的蒸煮。

技术领域
本发明属于包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种易揭膜。
背景技术
易揭膜材料已广泛应用于各种包装,用于PP类材质制成的碗状、杯状、桶状和盒状容器的盖膜。或者与HDPE的TYVEK热封,市面上常用的封口膜热封强度随热封温度的升高而增大,当把容器封合牢固时,而此盖膜已经不能揭开。市面上还有用流延方式做的高温蒸煮易揭膜,要求订单量较大,不好转换配方。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种制备方便、可以密封包装容器的热封强度恒定且封口封合牢固的易揭膜基材膜,并提供其制备方法,还提供一种采用了该基材膜作为热封层的易揭膜。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种热封强度恒定且封口封合牢固的易揭膜基材膜,由外到内依次包括共挤而成的电晕层、中间层、热封层,其特征在于,所述电晕层材料是PP和茂金属HDPE的共混物,PP和茂金属HDPE的重量比为20-50:100,所述中间层材料为茂金属HDPE,熔融指数为0.5-1g/10min,所述热封层材料为乙烯丙烯丁烯三元共聚物。
进一步的,所述电晕层材料的熔体温度为190-240℃。
进一步的,所述中间层材料的熔体温度为200-240℃。
进一步的,所述热封层材料的熔体温度为200-240℃。
进一步的,所述热封层厚度为6-15μm。
一种上述热封强度恒定且封口封合牢固的易揭膜基材膜的制备方法:采用三层共挤出工艺,将电晕层、中间层、热封层对应的原料树脂分别加入各自的挤出机料筒中,控制电晕层树脂的熔体温度为190-240℃,中间层树脂的熔体温度为200-240℃,热封层树脂的熔体温度为200-240℃,熔融的塑料挤出后经吹涨冷却,牵引定型,再经过电晕处理,得到所述易揭膜基材膜。
一种所述易揭膜基材膜的易揭膜。本发明的基材膜是作为易揭膜的最下层(即热封层),即与盒体或杯体直接热封到一起的层,基材膜上一般复合阻隔层薄膜、阻隔层上复合印刷层薄膜。阻隔层和印刷层的材质,基材膜、阻隔层、印刷层的复合工艺属于本领域常规技术,本次不做详细说明。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、该产品相比于常规产品具有更优良的耐温性能,在不改变产品性能的前提下,其耐温性能可达到121度,因此对于食品安全而言,能更好的满足客户对杀菌的要求,保证食品的安全。
2、本发明与pp杯材热封时,在能满足食品安全的前提下,热封稳定性好,热封强度在15-29N/15MM,方便消费者揭开盖膜,方便消费者的使用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细的说明,实施例仅是本发明的优选实施方式,不是对本发明的限定。
本发明中,熔融指数按照弹性体熔融指数测试标准ASTM D1238测定,PP实验条件为2.16Kg,230℃。茂金属HDPE实验条件为2.16Kg,190℃。本发明对材料熔融指数的限定可以确保本发明吹膜成型后的材料使用效果,以及加工过程的使用工艺。
实施例1
一种热封强度恒定且封口封合牢固的易揭膜基材膜,由外到内依次包括共挤而成的电晕层、中间层、热封层,其中,电晕层材料是PP和茂金属HDPE的共混物,PP和茂金属HDPE的重量比为20:100,熔体温度为200℃。中间层材料为茂金属HDPE,熔融指数为0.5g/10min,熔体温度为200℃,所述热封层材料为乙烯丙烯丁烯三元共聚物,熔体温度为200℃。
本实施例的基材膜总厚度为70μm,电晕层、中间层、热封层的厚度占比是:35%、55%、10%。
上述基材膜的制备方法为:
采用三层共挤出工艺,将电晕层、中间层、热封层对应的原料树脂分别加入各自的挤出机料筒中,控制电晕层树脂的熔体温度为200℃,中间层树脂的熔体温度为200℃,热封层树脂的熔体温度为200℃,熔融的塑料挤出后经吹涨冷却,牵引定型,再经过电晕处理,得到所述易揭膜基材膜。
一种热封强度恒定且封口封合牢固的易揭膜,由印刷层、阻隔层和上述的基材膜由外到内用胶黏剂依次粘合而成。其中印刷层材质为PET,阻隔层材质为尼龙(NY)。
实施例2
一种热封强度恒定且封口封合牢固的易揭膜基材膜,由外到内依次包括共挤而成的电晕层、中间层、热封层,其中,电晕层材料是PP和茂金属HDPE的共混物,PP和茂金属HDPE的重量比为50:100,熔体温度为240℃。中间层材料为茂金属HDPE,熔融指数为1g/10min,熔体温度为240℃,所述热封层材料为乙烯丙烯丁烯三元共聚物,熔体温度为240℃。
本实施例的基材膜总厚度为70μm,电晕层、中间层、热封层的厚度占比分别是:35%、50%、15%。
上述基材膜的制备方法为:
采用三层共挤出工艺,将电晕层、中间层、热封层对应的原料树脂分别加入各自的挤出机料筒中,控制电晕层树脂的熔体温度为240℃,中间层树脂的熔体温度为240℃,热封层树脂的熔体温度为240℃,熔融的塑料挤出后经吹涨冷却,牵引定型,再经过电晕处理,得到所述易揭膜基材膜。一种热封强度恒定且封口封合牢固的易揭膜,由印刷层、阻隔层和上述的基材膜由外到内用胶黏剂依次粘合而成。其中印刷层材质为PET,阻隔层材质为AL。
实施例3
一种热封强度恒定且封口封合牢固的易揭膜基材膜,由外到内依次包括共挤而成的电晕层、中间层、热封层,其中,电晕层材料是PP和茂金属HDPE的共混物,PP和茂金属HDPE的重量比为30:100,熔体温度为210℃。中间层材料为茂金属HDPE,熔融指数为0.8g/10min,熔体温度为210℃,所述热封层材料为乙烯丙烯丁烯三元共聚物,熔体温度为210℃。
本实施例的基材膜总厚度为70μm,电晕层、中间层、热封层的厚度分别是:35%、53%、12%。
上述基材膜的制备方法为:
采用三层共挤出工艺,将电晕层、中间层、热封层对应的原料树脂分别加入各自的挤出机料筒中,控制电晕层树脂的熔体温度为210℃,中间层树脂的熔体温度为210℃,热封层树脂的熔体温度为210℃,熔融的塑料挤出后经吹涨冷却,牵引定型,再经过电晕处理,得到所述易揭膜基材膜。一种热封强度恒定且封口封合牢固的易揭膜,由印刷层、阻隔层和上述的基材膜由外到内用胶黏剂依次粘合而成。其中印刷层材质为NY,阻隔层材质为NY。
将实施例1所制备的基材膜与PP片材热封,进行热封强度的测试,结果如下:
由上表可见,本发明的基材膜与PP片材热封,在170-230℃,2Kg压力,0.5秒的热封条件下,热封强度可达到5-12N/15mm,常温放置2年7个月后,热封强度也保持在5-11.8N/15mm。可见,本发明基材膜与PP片材热封稳定性好。
将实施例1所制备的基材膜与阻隔层尼龙NY和印刷层PET用胶黏剂贴合在一起,得到一种易揭膜,基材膜、阻隔层NY、印刷层PET厚度分别为:70μm、15μm、12μm,进行热封强度的测试,结果如下:
由上表可见,本发明的基材膜作为热封层,制备成的PET12μm/NY15μm/实施例1的基材膜70μm的三层复合结构的易揭膜,与PP杯材热封,4Kg压力,3秒,热封刀温度150-230℃的热封条件下,热封强度为20-25.6N/15mm,消费者可以容易的揭开盖膜。另外,在常温放置2年7个月后、在食用油中浸泡2个月后、在食用油中浸泡8个月后、在食用油中浸泡2年7个月后、在水中浸泡2个月后、在水中浸泡8个月后、在水中浸泡2年7个月后,热封强度分别为20.3-26.4N/15mm、15.8-35.6N/15mm、15.7-29.9N/15mm、15.2-25.9N/15mm、17.8-26.6N/15mm、17-29.7N/15mm、14.9-24.8N/15mm。可见,本发明的基材膜在150-230℃的温度范围内都可以热封,且与PP基材的热封强度相对恒定。
将实施例1~3所制备的易揭膜与PP杯材热封,热封温度设定为170℃,得到一种易揭盖PP杯,在121度高温蒸煮锅中,蒸煮30分钟,测试其各种性能,结果显示:可保持复合膜原有的阻气、阻氧隔性能,复合膜与杯体的易揭性能,其他与正常状态下基本一致,没有明显的变形及缩样等。可见,本发明的基材膜具有耐高温蒸煮的优点。
Claims (3)
1.一种热封强度恒定且封口封合牢固的易揭膜基材膜,由外到内依次包括共挤而成的电晕层、中间层、热封层,其特征在于,所述电晕层材料是PP和茂金属HDPE的共混物,PP和茂金属HDPE的重量比为20:100,熔体温度为200℃;所述中间层材料为茂金属HDPE,熔融指数为0.5g/10min,熔体温度为200℃;所述热封层材料为乙烯丙烯丁烯三元共聚物,熔体温度为200℃;所述基材膜总厚度为70μm,所述电晕层、中间层、热封层的厚度占比是:35%、55%、10%;
所述易揭膜基材膜与PP片材热封,在170-230℃,2Kg压力,0.5秒的热封条件下,热封强度达到5-12N/15mm。
2.一种权利要求1所述热封强度恒定且封口封合牢固的易揭膜基材膜的制备方法,其特征在于:采用三层共挤出工艺,将电晕层、中间层、热封层对应的原料树脂分别加入各自的挤出机料筒中,控制电晕层树脂的熔体温度为190-240℃,中间层树脂的熔体温度为200-240℃,热封层树脂的熔体温度为200-240℃,熔融的塑料挤出后经吹涨冷却,牵引定型,再经过电晕处理,得到所述易揭膜基材膜。
3.一种包含权利要求1所述易揭膜基材膜的易揭膜。
