The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings. Wherein, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for generating a surgical instrument tracking order according to an embodiment of the present application, fig. 2 is a flowchart of generating a surgical instrument tracking order according to an embodiment of the present application, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a generated surgical instrument tracking order according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a first sub-interface of a generated surgical instrument tracking order template according to an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 5 is a second sub-interface schematic diagram of a generated surgical instrument tracking order according to an embodiment of the present application; and fig. 6 is a block diagram of an apparatus for generating a surgical instrument order template according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for generating a surgical instrument tracking order of the present application includes the following steps S1 to S3:
in step S1, the present application first acquires images of each flow node of the surgical tool. Specifically, pictures or videos of the surgical instruments are taken at circulation nodes of the surgical instruments, for example, purchase nodes of the surgical instruments, warehousing nodes of the surgical instruments, ex-warehousing nodes of the surgical instruments, transportation nodes of the surgical instruments, disinfection nodes of the surgical instruments, use nodes of the surgical instruments and warehousing nodes of the surgical instruments, and image information including the pictures or the videos at the nodes is collected. For example, the present application may send a message to a user at each circulation node above the surgical tool to remind the user to take a picture or photograph of the surgical tool, upload the taken picture, and then identify and collect the pictures, thereby obtaining the picture of each circulation node of the surgical tool.
Then, in step S2, the present application associates each circulation node with an image of each circulation node, specifically, the present application associates the image obtained at each circulation node with each circulation node, and the specific correspondence relationship may be implemented in the form of a relational database.
In step S3, a surgical instrument tracking order is generated from the distribution nodes and the images of the distribution nodes. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, this step S3 may be further refined into the following steps S31 to S34: in step S31, firstly, the present application creates a blank surgical instrument tracking order, which may be a blank order template pre-stored in the system, and after creating the blank surgical instrument tracking order, in step S32, a list of circulation nodes is formed according to the circulation nodes, and the list is written into the blank surgical instrument tracking order. Subsequently, in step S33, the present application sets an image corresponding to each circulation node below the circulation node, specifically, the present application may insert an image corresponding to each node below each written circulation node. Finally, in step S34, the present application stores the surgical tool tracking order.
Further, the step of storing the surgical tool tracking order may include: the method includes the steps of firstly obtaining information of a first user, specifically, taking the first user as a medical worker, a manager, and a logistics operator as an example, the information of the first user may include but is not limited to: and then, naming the surgical instrument tracking order according to the information of the first user, and saving the named surgical instrument tracking order to a server.
Further, in order to enable the generated surgical tool tracking order to display more contents and simplify the page, the image corresponding to each circulation node is not visible in a default state. And responding to the click of each circulation node by the user, and then further judging whether the user is the first user, specifically, judging according to whether the login information of the user is matched with the information of the first user, for example, judging according to whether the login ID of the user is matched with the ID of the first user. If the user is the first user, displaying an image corresponding to the circulation node, specifically, displaying an image corresponding to the circulation node directly below the circulation node. As shown in fig. 3, in the generated schematic diagram of the surgical tool tracking order, the circulation nodes of each surgical tool are displayed in the schematic diagram, and an image corresponding to one of the circulation nodes is displayed directly below the circulation node.
In order to rationalize the display interface of the surgical instrument order template, the surgical instrument tracking order further includes product information of the surgical instrument and tool information corresponding to each of the products of the surgical instrument, and the product information of the surgical instrument and the tool information corresponding to each of the products of the surgical instrument are displayed in a main interface of the surgical instrument tracking order in a sub-interface form. That is, the product information of the surgical instrument and the tool information corresponding to each of the products of the surgical instrument are not displayed in the main interface of the surgical instrument order template, but are displayed in the form of a sub-interface.
Specifically, the surgical instrument order template includes a first button (e.g., "product button" in fig. 3) corresponding to a sub-interface of product information of the surgical instrument and a second button (e.g., "tool button" in fig. 3) corresponding to a sub-interface of the tool information.
When the user clicks the first button, the present application will display a sub-interface corresponding to the product information of the surgical tool, as shown in fig. 4. When the user clicks the second button, the sub-interface corresponding to the tool information is displayed, as shown in fig. 5.
Further, in order to improve the user experience and to be able to configure the number of specific surgical instruments more accurately, the number of each surgical instrument in the order may be changeable, and specifically, a third button (e.g., "+ click button" in fig. 3) corresponding to an interface (not shown in the drawing) for adding product information and tool information of the surgical instrument is further included in the surgical instrument tracking order. For example, the number of each surgical tool is increased or decreased by providing an increase or decrease button.
Further, to improve the robustness and safety of the system, the number and information of the surgical tools of the present application may be changed only for the first user, while the number and information of the surgical tools may be unchangeable for other users or the first user not corresponding to the order, for example, the third button may not be displayed or the state of the third button may be changed to a non-usable state, so that the number and information of the surgical tools may not be changed for other users or the first user not corresponding to the order.
As shown in fig. 6, the present application is also directed to an apparatus for generating a surgical instrument tracking order, the apparatus comprising: the system comprises an image acquisition module 1, a matching module 2 and an order generation module 3.
The image acquisition module 1 is used for acquiring images of each circulation node of the surgical tool. Specifically, according to the method, photos or videos of the surgical instruments are shot at circulation nodes of the surgical instruments, for example, purchase nodes of the surgical instruments, warehousing-in nodes of the surgical instruments, ex-warehousing nodes of the surgical instruments, transportation nodes of the surgical instruments, disinfection nodes of the surgical instruments, use nodes of the surgical instruments and return-to-warehouse nodes of the surgical instruments, and image information at the nodes is collected.
