the application form receiving module 102 is used for receiving the operation application form in real time. For example, using HL7(Health Level 7) protocol and Web Service technology, to receive, in real time, a surgical application form, for example, from an electronic medical record information system (EMR). The surgical application form interface format may be defined using the HL7 protocol. For example, a message defines: message ID (UUID), message creation time, message processing mode, message response mechanism, recipient ID, sender ID; encapsulated header content: message interaction type, patient ID, visit number, patient department code, patient department name, yard code, yard name, medical institution code, medical institution name, operator code, operator name, operation date, execution department code, execution department name; encapsulated message table body content: the medical advice number, the application order number, the medical advice type code, the medical advice type name, the medical advice execution state name, the number of times of seeing a doctor, the serial number of seeing a doctor and the name of the type of seeing a doctor.
The operation application form interface generation and interface analysis are as follows: the interface program defines the message rules as described above. When a new operation application form service is added, a sender loads service data according to a message interface format, and sets a message processing mode according to actual service requirements. For example: if an operation application form is newly added, the message processing mode is new; if the operation application form is modified, the message processing mode is equal to update; if the operation application form is cancelled, the message processing mode is close. All interface data is transferred via an xml file. The receiver obtains the interface data and analyzes the service data according to the interface message format rule. And simultaneously setting service processing according to the message. For example: and if the message processing mode is new, the receiver needs to generate the main key of the service data of the receiver after analyzing the message, and the main key is stored as the newly generated service data. And if the message processing mode is equal to update, the data of the system is updated according to the dimension of the application list after the receiver needs to analyze the message.
And the pushing module 104 is used for responding to the received operation application form and pushing the operation application form to the consumable information system in real time. In one embodiment, the surgical application form information may also be simultaneously pushed to an anesthesia clinical information system (referred to as "hand anesthesia" system). In one embodiment, the consumable management system further comprises an automatic replenishment module for automatically sending an order notification to the corresponding supplier in response to determining that one or more consumables meet a replenishment condition. In a conventional consumable information system (OES), stockroom personnel perform consumable stock according to experience. This is very unscientific and requires extremely high management experience for the warehouse staff. The method can collect the consumable application records, the procurement records and the like of the storeroom in a certain period of time, such as nearly five years, determine the condition of reservior, and automatically order corresponding suppliers and dynamically reservior when the condition of reservior is reached. For example, replenishment may be automatically performed when inventory is less than or equal to minimum inventory, the amount of replenishment not exceeding the difference between the highest inventory and the current inventory. For example:
minimum stock-daily average consumption x days of safety stock
Safety stock is day average consumption multiplied by lead period and minimum stock
Maximum stock (daily average consumption x (replenishment period + lead period) + minimum stock
Average daily consumption is equal to average monthly consumption/days per month
Average monthly consumption is the same monthly consumption of the last year
Replenishing period is equal to replenishing interval days
Lead time is the number of days in advance for purchasing, demand, order, etc
The number of days of safety stock is the minimum number of days that the stock storage material guarantees to be supported by the hospital operation.
The invention integrates and uses HL7 standard and Web Service technology, can realize information interaction and interconnection among a hand anesthesia system, a consumable information system, an HIS system, a supplier system and the like, provides an integrated solution taking consumable as a center, and improves the working efficiency and the accuracy and traceability of consumable management.
