Abstract

本发明公开了一种高速涂布自动断切装置,包括安装在涂布装置出口与烘箱入口处的基材监测装置和位于涂布装置上游的基材切断装置;基材通过涂布装置涂料后成为带料基材,带料基材经过基材监测装置监测范围,进入烘箱烘干;所述基材切断装置用于基材监测装置监测到带料基材断裂时将基材切断。本发明投入使用,效果极佳,从未出现过因基材断裂,从而解决了基材断裂头被反拉卷入辊面上,造成涂布背辊表面橡胶刮破,导致无法正常生产的问题。在减小损失的同时提高了生产效率,并且降低了设备维护成本,具有显著的实用价值。

一种高速涂布自动断切装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高速涂布自动断切装置。
背景技术
在生产热敏膜或热敏纸涂布涂料过程中,由于涂布速度高,偶而会出现带涂料的基材在进入烘箱之前断裂,而断裂的头会被有传动运转的涂布背辊反拉卷入辊面上,造成涂布背辊表面橡胶刮破,导致无法正常生产,只能停机重新更换新的涂布背辊,这样不仅耽搁生产作业时间降低工作效率,并增加生产设备维修成本。因此,为了减小损失,有必要对生产设备进行改进,以避免这种现象,从而达到提高生产效率,降低设备维护成本的目的。
发明内容
针对上述生产标签纸涂布涂料过程中出现的问题,为了达到减小损失,提高生产效率,降低设备维护成本的目的。本发明提供一种高速涂布自动断切装置,通过安装红外线装置探测基材断裂并自动切除,从而减少了停机时间,提高了生产效率。具体技术方案如下:
一种高速涂布自动断切装置,包括安装在涂布装置出口与烘箱入口处的基材监测装置和位于涂布装置上游的基材切断装置;基材通过涂布装置涂料后成为带料基材,带料基材通过基材监测装置监测范围,进入烘箱烘干;所述基材切断装置用于基材监测装置监测到带料基材断裂时将基材切断。
优选的,所述基材监测装置包括两组反射型红外线探测器,进一步优选的,所述反射型红外线探测器分别安装在带料基材的两侧。
优选的,所述基材切断装置与涂布装置之间的距离小于涂布背辊周长的长度。
优选的,所述基材切断装置包括切割刀和用于保护切割刀的刀刃的护刀板;进一步优选的,所述切割刀安装有第一摇臂机构,所述护刀板上安装有第二摇臂机构。
前述的高速涂布自动断切装置,还包括用于控制基材监测装置的PLC控制中心和用于控制基材切断装置的执行控制器。所述PLC控制中心发出信号控制基材监测装置反射型红外线探测器自启,在带料基材存在断裂的情况下,反射型红外线探测器关闭,PLC控制中心发出的信号传入执行控制器,启动第二摇臂机构将护刀板抬起,并启动第一摇臂机构落下切割刀将基材切断;之后,执行控制器延时,第一摇臂机构将切割刀抬起,第二摇臂机构将护刀板下降保护切割刀的刀刃。在非正常工作的情况下,所述PLC控制中心不发出信号控制启动基材监测装置,所述执行机构和基材切断装置均无动作。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用安装在涂布装置出口与烘箱入口处的红外探测器和位于涂布装置上游的切割刀;带料基材通红外探测器监测范围时,被其检测,带料基材有断裂时,切割刀自上游基材切断,设计简单合理,且投入的设备成本低廉;并且本发明装置结合PLC和执行控制器,可实现自动操作,使用简单方便。本发明投入使用结果验证效果极佳,从未出现过因基材断裂。从而解决了基材断裂头被反拉卷入辊面上,造成涂布背辊表面橡胶刮破,导致无法正常生产的问题。在减小损失的同时提高了生产效率,并降低了设备维护成本,具有非常显著的实用价值。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
具体实施例如下:
一种高速涂布自动断切装置,如图1所示,包括安装在涂布装置1出口与烘箱2入口处的基材监测装置3和位于涂布装置1上游的基材切断装置4;基材5通过涂布装置1涂料后成为带料基材501,带料基材501通过基材监测装置3监测范围,进入烘箱2烘干;所述基材切断装置4用于基材监测装置3监测到带料基材501断裂时将基材5切断,从而避免断裂后的带料基材501被高速旋转的涂布背辊反拉卷入辊面上,造成涂布背辊表面橡胶刮破现象,提高工作效率的同时减少生产设备维修成本。
本实施例所述的高速涂布自动断切装置,其基材监测装置3包括两组反射型红外线探测器301;因为带料基材501破裂一般从一先开裂,所以所述反射型红外线探测器301优选分别安装在基材5的两侧,以便及时检测开裂。
本实施例所述的高速涂布自动断切装置,所述基材切断装置4与涂布装置1之间的距离小于涂布背辊的周长的长度,以保证断裂的基材不被反卷回来。所述基材切断装置4,如图2所示,优选包括切割刀401和用于保护切割刀401的刀刃的护刀板402。且进一步优选的,所述切割刀401安装有第一摇臂机构601,所述护刀板402上安装有第二摇臂机构602,用于抬起或落下切割刀401。
本实施例所述的高速涂布自动断切装置,还包括用于控制基材监测装置3的PLC控制中心和用于控制基材切断装置4的执行控制器。
所述PLC控制中心发出信号控制基材监测装置3自启,在带料基材501存在断裂的情况下,基材监测装置3关闭,PLC控制中心发出的信号传入执行控制器,启动第二摇臂机构602将护刀板402抬起,并启动第一摇臂机构601落下切割刀401将基材切断,如图3所示;之后,执行控制器延时,第一摇臂机构601将切割刀401抬起,第二摇臂机构602将护刀板402放下保护切割刀401的刀刃,恢复到原来的状态。非工作情况下,所述PLC控制中心不控制启动基材监测装置3,所述执行机构和基材切断装置4均无动作,保证切割刀401安全。
本发明的工作原理如图4所示:正常工作情况下,由PLC控制中心发出信号,控制开启基材监测装置的反射型红外线探测器开关,红外线直射在带料基材501的表面,并返回反射型红外线探测器的接收设备,以维持正常工作;当带料基材501破裂时,红外线透过裂缝,反射型红外线探测器未接收到返回信号,则关闭开关,此时PLC控制中心发出的信号传入执行控制器,启动第二摇臂机构602将护刀板402抬起,并启动第一摇臂机构601使切割刀401下降将基材切断,如图3所示;之后,执行控制器延时,第一摇臂机构601将切割刀401抬起,第二摇臂机构602将护刀板402放下保护切割刀401的刀刃,恢复到原来的状态。非正常工作情况下,所述PLC控制中心不发出信号控制启动基材监测装置3,所以所述的执行机构和基材切断装置4均不会有动作,保证了切割刀401安全。本发明装置投入使用,效果极佳,从未出现过因基材断裂,而造成基材断裂头被反拉卷入辊面上的现象。

Claims (9)

1.一种高速涂布自动断切装置,其特征在于:包括安装在涂布装置(1)出口与烘箱(2)入口处的基材监测装置(3)和位于涂布装置(1)上游的基材切断装置(4);基材(5)通过涂布装置(1)涂料后成为带料基材(501),带料基材(501)经过基材监测装置(3)监测范围,进入烘箱(2)烘干;所述基材切断装置(4)用于基材监测装置(3)监测到带料基材(501)断裂时将基材(5)切断。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高速涂布自动断切装置,其特征在于:所述基材监测装置(3)包括两组反射型红外线探测器(301)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高速涂布自动断切装置,其特征在于:所述反射型红外线探测器(301)分别安装在带料基材(501)的两侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高速涂布自动断切装置,其特征在于:所述基材切断装置(4)与涂布装置(1)之间的距离小于涂布背辊周长的长度。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的高速涂布自动断切装置,其特征在于:所述基材切断装置(4)包括切割刀(401)和用于保护切割刀(401)刀刃的护刀板(402)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的基材切断装置,其特征在于:所述切割刀(401)上安装有第一摇臂机构(601),所述护刀板(402)上安装有第二摇臂机构(602)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高速涂布自动断切装置,其特征在于:还包括用于控制基材监测装置(3)的PLC控制中心和用于控制基材切断装置(4)的执行控制器。
8.根据权利要求7所述的高速涂布自动断切装置,其特征在于:所述PLC控制中心发出信号控制基材监测装置(3)的反射型红外线探测器(301)自启,在带料基材(501)存在断裂的情况下,反射型红外线探测器(301)关闭,PLC控制中心发出的信号传入执行控制器,启动第二摇臂机构(602)将护刀板(402)抬起,并启动第一摇臂机构(601)落下切割刀(401)将基材切断;之后,执行控制器延时,第一摇臂机构(601)将切割刀(401)抬起,第二摇臂机构(602)将护刀板(402)降下保护切割刀(401)的刀刃。
9.根据权利要求7所述的高速涂布自动断切装置,其特征在于:非正常工作情况下,所述PLC控制中心不发出信号控制启动基材监测装置(3),所述执行机构和基材切断装置(4)均无动作。
