Detailed Description
The present invention is further described below in conjunction with embodiments, which are merely some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, other embodiments that may be used by those of ordinary skill in the art without making any inventive effort are within the scope of the present invention.
The invention relates to an automatic pet toilet, which aims at solving the technical problems that how to automatically clean the pet toilet is realized and the use cost is low.
The terms left, right, front, rear, upper, lower, etc. used herein are merely for convenience of description and are merely illustrative of relative positional relationships, and are not to be construed as limiting.
The present invention will be described in detail below.
The automatic pet toilet comprises a sand-excrement separating device 1, a sand storage box 2, a lifting machine 3, a sand inlet device 4 and a excrement storage box 5, wherein the sand storage box 2 and the excrement storage box are positioned below the sand-excrement separating device 1, clean sand separated by the sand-excrement separating device flows into the sand storage box 2 for recycling, and polluted sand (excrement) and excrement fall into the excrement storage box. The user only needs to clean the excrement and the excrement sand in the excrement storage box, and the tool is not needed to clean the excrement.
One end of the lifting machine 3 is positioned in the sand storage box 2, the other end of the lifting machine is connected with the sand feeding device 4, the lifting machine 3 lifts sand in the sand storage box 2 into the sand feeding device 4, the sand feeding device 4 sends the sand lifted by the lifting machine 3 into the sand excrement separating device 1, clean sand is recycled, and the preparation is made for next pet toilet. The pets consume a small amount of sand after each toilet, so that the sand is recycled, the consumed sand amount is reduced, and the cost is lowered. Moreover, the user only needs to supplement sand and clean excrement occasionally, so that the workload and labor intensity of the user are greatly reduced. And the polluted sand does not need to be cleaned and dried, so that the consumption of electric energy and water is reduced, and the use cost is also reduced.
In order to ensure that the sand-excrement separating device can fully separate the sand in the clean sand box, the sand-excrement separating device is further designed as follows:
the sand and excrement separating device 1 comprises a sand leakage container 10 and a shell 11, wherein a sand outlet 12 and a excrement outlet 13 are arranged at the bottom of the shell 11, a filter screen 14 is arranged at the sand outlet 12, a chute 15 is arranged in the shell 11, a sliding piece I is arranged on the outer part of the sand leakage container 10, the sliding piece I is clamped in the chute, a sand leakage opening 16 is arranged at the bottom of the sand leakage container 10, a sand leakage gate is arranged at the sand leakage opening 16, an excrement outlet gate 17 is arranged at the excrement outlet 13, the sand leakage container 10 slides to the left side in the shell 11 after pets are excreted, the sand leakage gate is closed, the excrement outlet gate 17 is opened, after polluted sand (which can be called excrement and excrement) is discharged into a excrement storage box, the sand outlet is closed, a lifter is started, sand in the sand storage box is lifted into a sand feeding device, the sand feeding device feeds the sand into the sand leakage container, and after the sand in the sand leakage container is filled, the sand leakage container slides to the initial right side in the shell.
The sand leakage opening 16 is arranged at the bottom of the right side of the sand leakage container 10, the excrement outlet 13 is arranged at the bottom of the right side of the shell 11, and the sand outlet 12 is arranged at the bottom of the left side of the shell 11.
The sand leakage port 16 is elliptical in shape.
The sand outlet 12 is intersected with the excrement outlet 13, the filter screen 14 is obliquely arranged at the sand outlet 12, and the excrement outlet 13 is connected with the lower part of the filter screen 14. The size of the net mouth of the filter screen is only required to enable clean single sand to pass through.
In order to facilitate control, the invention adds a traction piece 18 in the sand-excrement separating device, and the traction piece 18 is connected with a power source.
As shown in fig. 3, the sand-excrement separating device and the traction element are in an initial state, the sand leakage container is filled with sand, the sand leakage gate and the excrement outlet gate are all closed, and the sand leakage container is in a horizontal state and is in a state to be used at the moment.
As shown in fig. 5, after the pet defecates, the power source is started, the traction piece moves leftwards and upwards in the chute, the gate of the sand leakage opening is pulled to be opened, the sand leakage container is still in a horizontal state, sand starts to flow out from the sand leakage opening, the traction piece continues to move leftwards and upwards, and the sand leakage container is pulled to move leftwards and upwards.
As shown in fig. 6, the traction element 18 pulls the sand leakage container 10 to an inclined state (the inclination angle is optimally selected to be 35 °), and the sand basically flows out in parallel with the inclined surface of the shell, if the sand does not flow out completely, the sand can stay in the state for a certain time, then the traction element does not pull the sand leakage gate any more, the sand leakage gate is closed (the sand in the sand leakage container is fully ensured to leak out), and the traction element can also not stay, and can move left and upper. The traction member 18 continues to traction the sand leakage gate, keeping the sand leakage gate in an open state (increasing the time for which the sand leakage gate is opened, ensuring that the sand in the sand leakage container flows out entirely).
As shown in fig. 7, the pulling member 18 continues to move upward and leftward, pulling the faeces outlet shutter open and the sand leakage port shutter open, in this state for discharging the separated faeces sand or faeces into the faeces storage box. As shown in fig. 8, the included angle between the sand leakage container and the horizontal line is 35 degrees, the sand leakage gate and the excrement gate are closed, the lifting device lifts sand into the sand feeding device, the sand feeding device feeds the sand into the sand leakage container, after the sand leakage container is filled with sand, the power source continues to rotate reversely, the traction piece does not pull the sand leakage container any more, and the sand leakage container and the traction piece return to the initial positions.

The sand lifted by the lifting machine from the sand outlet box enters the sand inlet part from the sand inlet hole, then enters the sand outlet part, and flows into the sand leakage container from the sand outlet hole of the sand outlet part.
The concrete shape of the sand leakage container is not limited, and is preferably a disc shape or a funnel shape. The disc-like or funnel-like inclination angle is 35 deg.. The shape of the shell is consistent with that of the sand leakage container, and the inclination angle is 35 degrees.
When the sand in the sand leakage container is completely poured out, the traction piece is used for traction the sand leakage container and the position with the same inclination angle with the shell.
