Detailed Description
The present invention is further described below in conjunction with embodiments, which are merely some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, other embodiments that may be used by those of ordinary skill in the art without making any inventive effort are within the scope of the present invention.
The invention relates to an automatic pet toilet, which aims to solve the technical problems that how to automatically clean the pet toilet is realized and the use cost is low.
In order to design the structure of the pet toilet, the structure is as follows:
the pet toilet comprises a shell, wherein a sand leakage disc 1, a sand storage box 2, a lifting machine 3 and a sand feeding and arranging device 4 are arranged in the shell, sand is arranged on the sand leakage disc 1, and the sand leakage disc is a pet excretion place. The sand storage box 2 is used for storing sand, and when the sand is used up, a user loads clean sand into the sand storage box 2. The lifting machine 3 is used for lifting sand in the sand storage box 2 into the sand feeding and arranging device 4, and the sand feeding and arranging device 4 is used for injecting sand into the sand leakage tray 1 and pushing the injected sand dune flat to fill the sand leakage tray.
The sand leakage disc 1 is provided with a sand leakage opening 10 and a excrement outlet 11, a filter screen 12 is arranged at the sand leakage opening 10, a gate 13 is arranged at the sand leakage opening 10 and the excrement outlet 11, the sand storage box 2 is arranged below the sand leakage opening 10 of the sand leakage disc, the lifting machine 3 is arranged in the sand storage box 2, the sand feeding and arranging device 4 is arranged above the sand leakage disc 1, and the excrement storage box 5 is arranged below the excrement outlet 11.
A sand leakage slide way 14 is arranged between the sand storage box 2 and the sand leakage opening 10 of the sand leakage tray, the sand leakage slide way 14 is obliquely arranged, the included angle between the sand leakage slide way 14 and a horizontal line is 35 degrees, a excrement falling slide way 15 is arranged between the excrement storage box 5 of the excrement outlet 11, and the excrement falling slide way 15 is obliquely arranged.
The sand leakage tray 1 is used for holding sand for pets. The device starts running after the pet leaves. Sand leaks through the filter screen below the sand leakage disc and flows into the sand storage box. The filter screen filters out the faeces and falls into the faeces storage box. The elevator lifts the sand in the sand storage box to the upper part of the sand leakage disc and flows into the sand leakage disc. The sand leaking disc is used for accommodating sand again for the pet.

Sand leakage disc: is positioned at the upper right part of the middle part of the equipment and is in an inverted conical shape. Function-1, holding sand for pet (feces/urine). 2, separating sand and excrement sand through a gate of the disc bottom.
Sand leakage disc embedded (quick cleaning) piece: an integral piece covering the inner surface of the sand leakage plate consists of a plate surface and a filter screen. The function that can be directly uncovered from the sand leakage disc, thereby facilitating the daily and quick cleaning of the component easy to be dirty.
Sand leakage gate: is positioned at the left side below the sand leakage disc. Function-leakage and inflow of sand into the sand storage box.
Excrement outlet gate: is positioned on the right side below the sand leakage disc. Function-making faeces fall into faeces storage box.
Sand storage box: is positioned at the left side below the sand leakage disc. Function-1, the sand which flows in from the sand leakage tray is contained. And 2, storing sand for the lifting machine to extract. And 3, filling excessive cat litter overflowed when the cat litter is injected into the litter leaking tray by the litter receiving slide way. 4, cat litter splashed by cat litter.
The sand storage box 2 comprises a box body 20, a tray 21 and a bracket 22, wherein the tray 21 is arranged on the bracket 22, the bracket 22 is arranged on a shell, the box body 20 is arranged on the tray 21, a circle of gear tooth belts 23 are arranged on the peripheral surface of the box body 20, a stabilizing wheel 24 and a driving wheel 25 are arranged on the shell, the stabilizing wheel 24 is arranged on the bracket 22, the peripheral surface of the box body 20 is contacted with the two stabilizing wheels 24, the gear tooth belts 23 are meshed with the driving wheel 25, the driving wheel 25 is connected with a power source (such as a motor), the power source drives the driving wheel 25 to rotate, the driving wheel 25 drives the box body 20 to rotate through the gear tooth belts 23, and the box body 20 drives the tray 21 to rotate on the bracket 22.
The two stabilizing wheels 24 and the driving wheel 25 are uniformly distributed on the circumferential surface of the box body 20 to form a triangular supporting point. The two stabilizing wheels 24 and the driving wheel 25 can provide stable support for the box body and limit the box body at the same time.
The box body 20 comprises a cylindrical body 201 and a conical bottom 202, a conical protrusion 203 is arranged at the center of the conical bottom 202, and a groove 204 is formed around the conical protrusion 203 and the conical bottom 202.
The slope of the conical surface of the conical bottom 202 is 35 ° and the slope of the conical protrusion 203 is 35 °.
The bracket 22 has a handle 26 mounted thereon.

The groove design is adopted for the box body of the sand storage box to store available sand as much as possible in a limited space. In order to control the overall height of the device, the height of the sand storage box is limited and needs to be controlled below 20 cm. The design of the tray is adopted to conveniently pick up the sand storage box for pouring sand and cleaning.
The scale mark of the obvious maximum sand loading amount is arranged above the inner wall of the box body of the sand storage box. When the user fills with sand, the sand will build up into a cone within the box. The maximum scale mark directs the user that the bottom edge of the sand cone cannot exceed this height. The maximum scale mark is lower than the box edge of the sand storage box by 3-4 cm. The maximum sand loading amount of the sand storage box is about 2-2.5 times of that of the sand leakage disc.
The maximum sand loading amount of the box body of the sand storage box is about 2-2.5 times of that of the sand leakage plate.
Lifting the latch can pull the sand storage box out. After sand is added or replaced, the sand storage box is pushed into the apparatus and the latch is depressed. The latch is pressed down to form stable connection between the two stabilizing wheels and the driving wheel. The sand storage box rotates under three-point support for a long time, sand is heavy and is resisted by a lifting machine, so that a relatively tough and firm material and structure (particularly a part of the waist gear tooth belt) are required.
Lifting machine
The core of the elevator 3 is a vertical pipe 30 and a spiral rotating shaft 31 in the vertical pipe. The screw shaft 31 extends from the top to the bottom. The bottom of the vertical pipe is completely open, and the pipe wall near the bottom of the pipe is also provided with an opening with a height of 1 cm. The bottom of the spiral rotating shaft is supported by 3L-shaped spokes at the bottom of the pipe. The center of the 3 spokes is the lower support shaft of the spiral rotating shaft. The spokes and the lower support shaft are very stable and wear-resistant. Because sand is sucked in from the bottom opening (sand suction port) of the vertical pipe, the working environment is very severe.
The upper end of the spiral rotating shaft 31 is supported by an upper supporting shaft at the top end of the vertical pipe and driven by a hoist power wheel at the top end. The lift power wheels are driven by a power source (e.g., a motor).
The hoist 3 is capable of sliding vertically in the housing. The elevator is connected with the lock latch. The latch needs to be lifted when sand is added or replaced. Lifting the latch will simultaneously lift the elevator so that the vertical tube is clear of the bottom of the box and above the rim of the box, thus allowing the sand storage box whole to be pulled out of the apparatus smoothly. When the latch is depressed, the elevator will slide freely on the sand surface, after which it gradually falls down as the sand is consumed during operation of the apparatus, eventually reaching the bottom of the sand magazine (within the trench).
The hoist 3 moves in the sand storage box, and the sand has resistance and friction force to the part of the vertical pipe near the bottom. The vertical tube has a linear cutting edge 32 in the direction of litter movement to reduce friction with the litter and improve structural reliability and durability of the apparatus.
Excrement storage box: is positioned on the right side below the sand leakage disc.
And (3) a lifter: is positioned at the left side of the sand leakage disc and vertically extends to the upper part of the sand inlet slide way from the inside of the sand storage box. Function-lifting the sand in the sand storage box to the upper part of the sand inlet slide way and flowing into the sand leakage disc through the sand inlet slide way.
The sand feeding and leveling device 4 comprises a sand feeding mechanism 40, a sand leveling mechanism 41 and a bottom chute 42, wherein the sand feeding mechanism 40 comprises a sand feeding chute 401, a sliding rod 402, a front horizontal chute 403, a rear horizontal chute 404, a middle horizontal chute 405, a right-moving slide 406, a right-moving inclined chute 407, a left-moving slide 408, a distribution wheel I409, a driving wheel I4010 and a motor I4011, the sliding rod is connected with the right side of the sand feeding chute, the front end and the rear end of the sliding rod are respectively positioned in the front horizontal chute and the rear horizontal chute, the right-moving slide is positioned in the right-moving inclined chute, the left side of the sand feeding chute 401 is provided with a baffle plate frame 4012, one end of the baffle plate frame 4012 is connected to the left side of the sand feeding chute, one end of the baffle plate frame is arranged in the middle horizontal chute 405, the right-moving slide leans against the left side of the baffle plate frame, the left-moving slide is provided with two bottom chute 42, the bottom chute 42 comprises an upper section chute 420 and a lower section chute 421, the upper section chute is connected with the lower section chute, the left-falling chute is respectively positioned in the front horizontal chute and the rear horizontal chute, the left-falling chute is respectively, the lower section is connected with the left-falling chute 4, the two lower sections are meshed with the upper section 4, the upper section 4 is meshed with the upper chute I, the upper section 3 is meshed with the upper sliding rope, and the upper section 3 is meshed with the upper section I.
The inclination angle of the upper stage chute 420, the lower stage chute 421 and the right-shift inclined chute 407 is 20 °.
The sand feeding slide 401 is a tubular slide inclined by 35 degrees and used for sand to flow, and the left side is high and the right side is low. The left side is provided with an upward sand inlet of the sand inlet slide way, and the right side is provided with a downward sand inlet of the sand inlet slide way. Sand flows in from the left side of the sand inlet slideway, flows out from the right side, and falls into the sand leakage tray. A protruding anti-treading ridge is arranged above the sand inlet slideway, and the ridge top is smooth, narrow and inclined so as to prevent/reduce treading and harassment of pets during working.
When in standby, because the weight of the two left-moving slide drops is larger than that of the right-moving slide drops, the traction force of the two left-moving slide drops for pulling the sand slide ways to move leftwards is larger than that of the right-moving slide drops for moving rightwards, and the sand inlet slide ways are positioned at the left upper part (initial position) of the sand leakage disc;

The sand finishing mechanism 41 comprises a sand finishing plate 410, a sand finishing plate sliding groove 411, a sand finishing plate upper slide weight 412, a sand finishing plate lower slide weight 413, a traction rope II 414, a steering wheel II 415, a distribution wheel II 416, a driving wheel II 417 and a motor II 418, wherein the sand finishing plate is positioned in the sand finishing plate sliding groove, the sand finishing plate upper slide weight is positioned in the upper section sliding groove, the sand finishing plate lower slide weight is positioned in the lower section sliding groove, one end of the traction rope II is connected to the sand finishing plate upper slide weight, one end of the traction rope II is connected to the sand finishing plate lower slide weight, the traction rope II is wound on a plurality of steering wheels, the traction rope II is connected to the shaft of the distribution wheel II after passing through the steering wheel II, the distribution wheel II is meshed with the driving wheel II, the driving wheel II is sleeved on the output shaft of the motor II, meshing teeth are arranged on part of the circumference surface of the driving wheel II, meshing teeth are not arranged on the circumference surface of the other part, and the weight of the sand finishing plate upper slide weight is larger than the weight of the sand finishing plate lower slide weight. A whole sand plate upper slide and a whole sand plate lower slide are placed in one bottom sliding groove, and two traction ropes II are connected to the shaft of a distribution wheel II.
The slide-down 412 on the sand-setting plate is connected with a push rod, the magnetic lock 43 is T-shaped, and the magnetic lock can rotate on the upper chute.
When in standby, the weight of the slide drop on the sand straightening plate is larger than that of the slide drop on the sand straightening plate, and the pulling force of the sand straightening plate moving rightwards is smaller than that of the sand straightening plate moving leftwards, so that the sand straightening plate is positioned at the upper left part (initial position) of the sand leaking plate.
Under the effect of motor II, drive wheel II rotates, thereby drive distribution wheel II rotates, drive haulage rope II will whole sand board upper slide to left-hand side removal, under the effect of whole sand board whereabouts, whole sand board moves right, move to the left side high position of upper segment spout, drive wheel II and distribution wheel II take off the shelves, the push rod of whole sand board upper slide promotes the magnetism lock and rotates, the magnetism lock rotates, the left side is moved the slide and is unlocked, under the effect of left side slide, whole sand board upper slide self gravity, move to the right side of the upper segment spout of end spout, whole sand board whereabouts moves to the right side of the hypomere spout of end spout, advance sand slide to left and move back to initial position, whole sand board moves back to initial position to left. The circulating action can finish the left-right movement of the sand feeding slide way and the left-right movement of the sand finishing plate, and finish the sand feeding and sand finishing actions.
The sand finishing plate is a semicircular arc plate, and the arc plate is perpendicular to the circular surface.
The sand inlet slide way and the sand conditioning plate can horizontally move left and right. When the equipment is in standby, the sand inlet slide way and the sand setting plate are contracted/hidden at the left outer side of the top of the sand leakage disc. The sand setting plate is close to the left edge of the sand leakage plate.
When sand is fed, the sand feeding slideway enters the top of the sand-leaking plate from the left plate of the sand-leaking plate along the upper part, and stops after horizontally moving rightwards. At this time, the sand inlet of the sand inlet slide way is moved to the upper part of the disc top, and the sand inlet of the sand inlet slide way is moved to the lower part of the sand outlet of the elevator. The sand inlet of the sand inlet slide way is a circular hole, and the distance between the center point of the hole and the left disc edge of the sand leakage disc is 25% -30% of the diameter of the sand leakage disc.
Sand feed slide 40 of sand feed mechanism 40: is positioned above the left side of the top of the sand leakage tray 1. The outside of the edge of the sand leakage disc is higher than the edge by about 10 cm. And horizontally moving to a position which is far left in the upper part of the top of the sand leakage disc during sand feeding. At the end, it returns to the left side of the top of the disk.
Latch 6: the two sides and the top of the left shell of the equipment are in an inverted U shape, and can be lifted and pressed down. Function-1, fixing the sand storage box. The latch needs to be lifted before the integral part of the excrement storage box is pulled out of the equipment, and the latch needs to be pressed down after the integral part of the excrement storage box is pushed into the equipment. 2, lifting the lock bolt will lift the lifter in the sand storage box, so that the integral part of the excrement storage box can be conveniently pulled out. And 3, lifting the lock bolt to lift the sand leakage gate so that sand of the sand leakage disc flows into the sand storage box. And 4, lifting the lock latch to pop up the excrement storage box to remind the user of replacing the excrement storage bag. 5, depressing the latch will initiate the initial operation of the device.
The sand leakage tray is filled with sand in a standby/standby state, and the cat sand is leveled (in the last cycle operation period). The pet enters the sand-leaking tray to relieve or urinate. The sand leakage tray senses the entry and exit of the pet. The device starts a countdown. At the end of the countdown, the device starts running. And lifting the gate of the sand leakage port to start sand leakage. Sand passes through the screen and into the sand storage box. The agglomerated faeces cannot pass through the filter screen and be retained on the right side of the filter screen. The excrement falling port gate is lifted, and the excrement sand of the connected clusters falls into the excrement storage box through the slide way. The elevator lifts cat litter in the litter box to an inlet of a litter inlet slideway, and the cat litter flows into a litter leaking tray through the litter inlet slideway. The sand leveling plate pushes sand piled in the sand leaking plate from the left side of the top of the sand leaking plate to level the sand to a horizontal standby state. When the sand finishing plate reaches the rightmost side, the sand finishing plate and the isolation fence are retracted to the left side together. The device reenters the standby state.
And when the equipment is in a standby state, the sand leakage disc is full of sand, and the sand leakage port gate and the excrement falling port gate are in a closed state. Both gates can slide on the sand leakage tray.
The lifting speed of the sand leakage gate is obviously slower than that of the excrement falling gate. The first reason for this is that the leak gate is exposed to significant sand pressure during operation, while the drop gate is operated with little sand pressure. This also results in significantly higher wear of the sand gate chute during long-term operation. Secondly, the sand leakage gate is slowly opened, so that the sand leakage process and time can be prolonged. So that the excrement in the sand leakage tray has more time to slide, roll, mix and wrap along with the cat litter.
The sand leakage plate is in direct contact with sand and feces. Feces, particularly soft feces, thin feces, and urine, have strong wettability and viscosity. The long-term use of the sand leakage disc is difficult to avoid pollution, and the normal operation of the equipment is affected. There are several ways to reduce this effect:
cat litter lifted by the lifting machine flows into the sand leakage tray through the sand inlet slideway, and a sand cone (sand dune) with an inclination angle of 35 degrees is piled up at the left position of the top of the sand leakage tray. Because the distance between the sand inlet and the sand outlet of the sand inlet slide way and the left disc edge is 25% -30% of the diameter of the sand leakage disc (the diameter of the sand leakage disc is 46cm, the distance between the center of the sand outlet and the left edge of the sand leakage disc is 11.5cm, 12cm, 13cm and 13.8 cm), the volume (or the height) of the sand cone has a limit value. When the inflow sand exceeds this limit, the excess sand will overflow from the rim of the sand leakage tray and flow into the sand storage box.
The sand lifted by one operation of the lifting machine is 20-30% more as a safety margin, so that the sand flowing into the sand leakage disc can reach a limit value. Due to the setting of the distance of the sand feeding channel, the sand amount corresponding to the limit value enables the sand finishing plate to move from the left disc edge to the right disc edge, so that all cat sand can be just pushed flat, and a complete circular horizontal plane is formed on the top of the disc.
The sand inlet slide way and the sand straightening plate are pulled or pushed by means of free sliding of each slide, so that the safety of equipment can be improved, and the equipment is prevented from possibly damaging a cat during operation. When the sand inlet slide way and the sand arranging plate move, if a cat is touched, the sand inlet slide way and the sand arranging plate can stop, and the sand arranging plate can move continuously after the cat leaves. The weight and traction force of the slide are required to be measured and adjusted to meet the requirement of safety performance. In addition, the structure can improve the reliability of the equipment and reduce the failure rate. The device can continuously complete the whole set of operation without interference (hard obstruction) of the driving system in one cycle operation period, and the start-stop frequency of the driving system is controlled to be minimum.
In order to further enhance the effect, the surface of the arc plate can be made of light transparent materials, and a purple light belt is arranged on the arc plate, and when the sand plate moves, the light belt is lightened. The strip may be shaped using a flexible light source sheet of FLED. The FLED flexible light source sheet can be shaped arbitrarily, is light, thin and soft, and has low power consumption and long service life.
Lifting the lock bolt can lift the gate of the sand leakage opening, so that cat sand in the sand leakage disc completely flows into the sand storage box, and a user can judge the correct adding amount.
Lifting the latch also ejects/unlocks the toilet box. This function is to prompt the user to empty the toilet box while adding or changing sand. The capacity of the excrement storage box has close relation with the output of excrement (or the consumption of cat litter). And adding the cat litter in the litter box to the maximum amount, and after a plurality of days of use, stopping starting cleaning operation and informing a user to add or replace the cat litter when the consumption amount of the cat litter exceeds the limit value. The capacity of the excrement storage box can completely meet the excrement storage requirement (with a certain design allowance) in the 'complete consumption' state. However, if the user forgets to empty the toilet box when adding or changing cat litter, its capacity will not support the "full consumption" of the device again, severely affecting the normal function and user experience of the device.
The excrement storage box is a square box, and the side length is 36 cm and the height is 22 cm. The excrement storage box is positioned in the excrement storage chamber. The top box edge of the excrement storage box is provided with a buckle structure, so that the garbage bag can be conveniently and rapidly sleeved, fixed and taken down. The right side of the excrement storage box is provided with a handle which is convenient to pull out from the excrement storage chamber. The inner lower side of the handle is provided with a grid structure. An active carbon filter disc is fixed on the inner side of the grid, so that air in the excrement storage chamber flows with the outside after being filtered. The periphery of the handle is provided with a rubber sheet, so that the excrement storage box can be sealed in the excrement storage chamber.
In order to enable the air in the excrement storage chamber to only pass through the activated carbon filter sheet to circulate with the outside, the excrement storage chamber is of a closed structure, and the part connected with/close to the equipment is closed by different modes. The part close to the excrement storage box is sealed by a rubber sheet, the part close to the sand leakage disc is connected by a brush type sealing strip, and the rest part becomes a part of the equipment bracket or the equipment shell. The part of the excrement storage chamber, which is close to the sand leakage disc, changes shape along with the shape change of the outer wall of the disc, is matched with the outer wall of the disc in shape, but is always provided with a gap of about one centimeter. The gap is filled by a brush type sealing strip horizontally attached to the edge of the excrement storage chamber. Thus, the influence of the toilet structure on the gravity sensing of the sand leakage disc is reduced.
The top of the excrement storage room is provided with a degerming and deodorizing facility. Comprising the following steps: low ozone ultraviolet sterilizing lamp, nanometer titania photocatalyst coated board. The device will turn on the ultraviolet lamp for half an hour after completing one cleaning operation. The titanium dioxide accelerates the oxidative decomposition of the catalytic odor molecules under the irradiation of ultraviolet rays to produce carbon dioxide and water. The decomposed products are filtered by active carbon and then communicated with the outside of the equipment. The ultraviolet rays can also directly kill bacteria on the surface of the faeces and prevent faeces from generating insects. Titanium dioxide does not participate in chemical reactions as a catalyst and can act for a long period of time without loss. The low ozone ultraviolet lamp is used to prevent corrosion of metal parts of the equipment, shorten the service life of the parts and increase after-sales work.
The capacity of the excrement storage box is closely related to the cat litter consumption in the 'complete consumption' state of the equipment. The maximum sand loading amount of the sand storage box is about 2-2.5 times of that of the sand leakage disc.
