背景技术
随着经济的发展和社会的进步,人们追求健康、时尚和自然的生活方式已成为必然趋势,对服装除了遮羞、保暖、防寒等基本需求外,对舒适性的要求越来越高。针织物是通过线圈连接而成,在受力时线圈会变形而获得良好的自然弹,且面料蓬松从而获得柔软的手感、卓越的透气性和良好的亲肤性,因此针织物穿着比梭织物较为舒适,迅速获得了市场的广泛认可。但是针织物纱线的状态自由,容易变形、起球。
罗马布俗称打鸡布,是一种纬编针织面料,由双面大圆机进行织造,是四路一个循环,布面没有普通双面布平整,略微有点轻微并不太规则的横条,具有卓越的弹性、透气性、手感和吸湿性,贴身穿着的舒适性很高。
但是现有技术中生产的罗马布,由于涤纶的染色性差,往往需要 对涤纶多次上色才能染色均匀,因此在夏天天气炎热,且使用者出汗较多的情况下,容易出现罗马布被汗水浸黄问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗变色罗马布的制备工艺,其通过纱线预处理、蒸汽定型、编织、胚布处理、粗处理、固色、细处理以及检验打包等步骤,使得罗马布在制成之后耐热性得到了增强,减小了对汗水的吸收,进而减小了变黄的可能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种抗变色罗马布的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
一、纱线预处理:将锦纶和氨纶纱线浸泡在浓度为200-240g/L的烧碱溶液中浸泡一小时,同时在烧碱溶液中加入粒径为4~10μm的水镁石粉末。,取出冲洗干净,并甩干;
二、蒸汽定型:将步骤一中的纱线放置入蒸汽罐中,抽真空后向蒸汽罐内充入混有占蒸汽总量0.05%wt的丙烯酸树脂的水蒸气,使真空罐内部温度保持在120-140℃,保温一小时;
三、编织:采用大圆机将锦纶和氨纶编织成胚布;
四、胚布处理:将胚布浸入35-45℃碱液中浸泡,碱液包括去油剂80g/L、渗透剂40g/L以及烧碱200g/L,采用水浴的方式并以2℃/min的速度将碱液升温至80℃,保温60min后,取出胚布,冲洗并甩干;
五、粗处理:将粗胚拉幅定型,车速20m/min,超喂量20%,扩幅率5%;
六、固色:将胚布连续在浓度为70g/L、粘度为1000Cs的聚丙烯酸甲酯浸轧三次,然后在58-62℃温度下预烘5min,随后在115-120℃温度下焙烘10min;
七、细处理:将胚布浸轧在处理液中10min,保持处理液温度位于38-42℃之间,处理液包括220g/L的有机硅柔软剂、浓度为80g/L的烷基磷酸酯二乙醇胺盐以及余量水,然后将坯布经过热定型机170℃,机速40r/min, 超喂30%;
八、检验、打包。
通过采用上述技术方案,在步骤一中,由于纱线经过碱液的浸泡,所以纱线的纤维表面会被腐蚀出凹槽,但同时烧碱溶液中加入了水镁石粉末,即加入了大量氢氧化镁粉末,而氢氧化镁呈白色,且其脱水温度为400℃+,也具有极好的耐热性,所以在纱线经过碱液腐蚀出凹槽的同时,水镁石粉末也会填充入纱线上的凹槽内,在纱线冷却后,水镁石粉末会与纱线限位稳定的连接在一起,这样一来,纱线的耐热性就得到了改善,在夏季也就更难变黄了。
较佳的:步骤一中,水镁石粉末与水的重量比为1:50~65,水镁石粉末的粒径为4~10μm。
通过采用上述技术方案,水镁石粉末粒径为4~10μm时,能够较好地填满纤维表面由碱液处理而产生的凹坑,水镁石粉末粒径小于4μm时,容易漂浮在烧碱溶液上,使水镁石粉末不容易填入凹坑中,水镁石粉末粒径大于10μm时,水镁石粉末的粒径过大,导致水镁石粉末难以填入凹坑中,不仅影响填充效果,也影响了纱线的强度。
较佳的:步骤一中烧碱溶液中加入含量为2~7%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
通过采用上述技术方案,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的醚键不易被酸、碱破坏,稳定性较高,水溶性较好,耐电解质,易于生物降解,泡沫小,作为一种表面活性剂,可以使纱线表面残留的油污杂质更好地溶解在浸泡池内,减少纤维表面凹坑中的油污杂质,使水镁石粉末可以更好的填充凹坑,使纤维的强度和耐热性更好,使罗马布在夏季高温天不容易变黄,使罗马布质量更好。
较佳的:步骤一中,纱线冲洗完成之后,在纱线表面均匀喷洒成膜喷雾,静置50-60分钟。
通过采用上述技术方案,成膜喷雾可以在纱线表面形成一层保护膜,使凹坑中的水镁石纤维不容易脱落,同时保护膜对纱线起到了一定的保护作用,使纱线不容易磨损和断裂,在编织成布的过程中不容易因纱线断裂而影响制备的进程,同时也使罗马布在使用的过程中不容易因纱线断裂而破损,使罗马布的质量更好。
较佳的:步骤一中,氨纶纱线的制作步骤为:将黑涤纶单染,将单染后的黑涤纶包氨纶制成黑涤纶包氨纶纱线。
通过采用上述技术方案,将涤纶先单独染色,将染色后的涤纶包棉纶制成黑涤纶包棉纶纱线,从而避免涤纶包棉纶后再染色,造成棉纶染色过度的问题。
较佳的:步骤一中,棉纶的制作步骤为:同时将涤纶和人造棉AB纱制成涤纶与人造棉复合的棉纶。
通过采用上述技术方案,将涤纶先单独染色,将染色后的涤纶包棉纶制成黑涤纶包棉纶纱线,从而避免涤纶包棉纶后再染色,造成棉纶染色过度的问题。
较佳的:步骤六中,焙烘结束后,采用双氧水2-3g/L、纯碱2-3g/L、精炼剂1-2g/L、乳化剂2-4g/L、柔软剂4-5g/L以及余量水的去油剂,以3℃/min的升温速度将温度升至98℃,保温30min,然后以2℃/min的降温速度将温度降至60℃。

具体实施方式
实施例一:一种抗变色罗马布的制备工艺,参见图1,以下步骤:
一、纱线预处理:将锦纶和氨纶纱线浸泡在浓度为200g/L的烧碱溶液中,同时在烧碱溶液中加入粒径为4μm的水镁石粉末,水镁石粉末与水的重量比为1:50,并同时在烧碱溶液中加入含量为2%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,浸泡一小时后取出冲洗干净,并甩干;纱线冲洗完成并甩干之后,在纱线表面均匀喷洒成膜喷雾,静置50分钟。其中氨纶纱线的制作步骤为:将黑涤纶单染,将单染后的黑涤纶包氨纶制成黑涤纶包氨纶纱线,棉纶的制作步骤为:同时将涤纶和人造棉AB纱制成涤纶与人造棉复合的棉纶。
二、蒸汽定型:将步骤一中的纱线放置入蒸汽罐中,抽真空后向蒸汽罐内充入混有占蒸汽总量0.05%wt的丙烯酸树脂的水蒸气,使真空罐内部温度保持在120℃,保温一小时;
三、编织:采用大圆机将锦纶和氨纶编织成胚布;棉纶以棉毛编织方式编织于织物正反面,氨纶以大圆机上下针全吃的方式分别覆盖于棉纶正反面。
四、胚布处理:将胚布浸入35℃碱液中浸泡,碱液包括去油剂80g/L、渗透剂40g/L以及烧碱200g/L以及余量水,采用水浴的方式并以2℃/min的速度将碱液升温至80℃,保温60min后,取出胚布,冲洗并甩干;
五、粗处理:将粗胚拉幅定型,车速20m/min,超喂量20%,扩幅率5%;
六、固色:将胚布连续在浓度为70g/L、粘度为1000Cs的聚丙烯酸甲酯浸轧三次,然后在58℃温度下预烘5min,随后在115℃温度下焙烘10min;焙烘结束后,采用双氧水2g/L、纯碱2g/L、精炼剂1g/L、乳化剂2g/L、柔软剂4g/L以及余量水的去油剂,以3℃/min的升温速度将温度升至98℃,保温30min,然后以2℃/min的降温速度将温度降至60℃,此处的升温曲线与降温曲线均为斜率为1的直线。
七、细处理:将胚布浸轧在处理液中10min,保持处理液温度位于38℃之间,处理液包括220g/L的有机硅柔软剂、浓度为80g/L的烷基磷酸酯二乙醇胺盐以及余量水,然后将坯布经过热定型机170℃,机速40r/min, 超喂30%;
八、检验、打包。
实施例二:一、纱线预处理:将锦纶和氨纶纱线浸泡在浓度为240g/L的烧碱溶液中,同时在烧碱溶液中加入粒径为10μm的水镁石粉末,水镁石粉末与水的重量比为1: 65,并在烧碱溶液中加入含量为7%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,浸泡一小时后取出冲洗干净,并甩干;纱线冲洗完成并甩干之后,在纱线表面均匀喷洒成膜喷雾,静置60分钟。其中氨纶纱线的制作步骤为:将黑涤纶单染,将单染后的黑涤纶包氨纶制成黑涤纶包氨纶纱线,棉纶的制作步骤为:同时将涤纶和人造棉AB纱制成涤纶与人造棉复合的棉纶。
二、蒸汽定型:将步骤一中的纱线放置入蒸汽罐中,抽真空后向蒸汽罐内充入混有占蒸汽总量0.05%wt的丙烯酸树脂的水蒸气,使真空罐内部温度保持在140℃,保温一小时;
三、编织:采用大圆机将锦纶和氨纶编织成胚布;棉纶以棉毛编织方式编织于织物正反面,氨纶以大圆机上下针全吃的方式分别覆盖于棉纶正反面。
四、胚布处理:将胚布浸入45℃碱液中浸泡,碱液包括去油剂80g/L、渗透剂40g/L、烧碱200g/L以及余量水,采用水浴的方式并以2℃/min的速度将碱液升温至80℃,保温60min后,取出胚布,冲洗并甩干;
五、粗处理:将粗胚拉幅定型,车速20m/min,超喂量20%,扩幅率5%;
六、固色:将胚布连续在浓度为70g/L、粘度为1000Cs的聚丙烯酸甲酯浸轧三次,然后在62℃温度下预烘5min,随后在120℃温度下焙烘10min;焙烘结束后,采用双氧水3g/L、纯碱3g/L、精炼剂2g/L、乳化剂4g/L、柔软剂5g/L以及余量水的去油剂,以3℃/min的升温速度将温度升至98℃,保温30min,然后以2℃/min的降温速度将温度降至60℃,此处的升温曲线与降温曲线均为斜率为1的直线。
七、细处理:将胚布浸轧在处理液中10min,保持处理液温度位于42℃之间,处理液包括220g/L的有机硅柔软剂、浓度为80g/L的烷基磷酸酯二乙醇胺盐以及余量水,然后将坯布经过热定型机170℃,机速40r/min, 超喂30%;
八、检验、打包。
实施例三:一、纱线预处理:将锦纶和氨纶纱线浸泡在浓度为220g/L的烧碱溶液中浸泡,同时在烧碱溶液中加入粒径为7μm的水镁石粉末,水镁石粉末与水的重量比为1:58,并在烧碱溶液中加入含量为5%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,一小时后取出冲洗干净,并甩干;纱线冲洗完成之后,在纱线表面均匀喷洒成膜喷雾,静置55分钟。其中氨纶纱线的制作步骤为:将黑涤纶单染,将单染后的黑涤纶包氨纶制成黑涤纶包氨纶纱线,棉纶的制作步骤为:同时将涤纶和人造棉AB纱制成涤纶与人造棉复合的棉纶。
二、蒸汽定型:将步骤一中的纱线放置入蒸汽罐中,抽真空后向蒸汽罐内充入混有占蒸汽总量0.05%wt的丙烯酸树脂的水蒸气,使真空罐内部温度保持在130℃,保温一小时;
三、编织:采用大圆机将锦纶和氨纶编织成胚布;棉纶以棉毛编织方式编织于织物正反面,氨纶以大圆机上下针全吃的方式分别覆盖于棉纶正反面。
四、胚布处理:将胚布浸入40℃碱液中浸泡,碱液包括去油剂80g/L、渗透剂40g/L、烧碱200g/L以及余量水,采用水浴的方式并以2℃/min的速度将碱液升温至80℃,保温60min后,取出胚布,冲洗并甩干;
五、粗处理:将粗胚拉幅定型,车速20m/min,超喂量20%,扩幅率5%;
六、固色:将胚布连续在浓度为70g/L、粘度为1000Cs的聚丙烯酸甲酯浸轧三次,然后在60℃温度下预烘5min,随后在118℃温度下焙烘10min;焙烘结束后,采用双氧水2g/L、纯碱2g/L、精炼剂2g/L、乳化剂3g/L、柔软剂5g/L以及余量水的去油剂,以3℃/min的升温速度将温度升至98℃,保温30min,然后以2℃/min的降温速度将温度降至60℃,此处的升温曲线与降温曲线均为斜率为1的直线。
七、细处理:将胚布浸轧在处理液中10min,保持处理液温度位于40℃之间,处理液包括220g/L的有机硅柔软剂、浓度为80g/L的烷基磷酸酯二乙醇胺盐以及余量水,然后将坯布经过热定型机170℃,机速40r/min, 超喂30%;
八、检验、打包。

Claims (8)

1.一种抗变色罗马布的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
一、纱线预处理:将锦纶和氨纶纱线浸泡在浓度为200-240g/L的烧碱溶液中浸泡一小时,同时在烧碱溶液中加入粒径为4~10μm的水镁石粉末,取出冲洗干净,并甩干;
二、蒸汽定型:将步骤一中的纱线放置入蒸汽罐中,抽真空后向蒸汽罐内充入混有占蒸汽总量0.05%wt的丙烯酸树脂的水蒸气,使真空罐内部温度保持在120-140℃,保温一小时;
三、编织:采用大圆机将锦纶和氨纶编织成胚布;
四、胚布处理:将胚布浸入35-45℃碱液中浸泡,碱液包括去油剂80g/L、渗透剂40g/L以及烧碱200g/L,采用水浴的方式并以2℃/min的速度将碱液升温至80℃,保温60min后,取出胚布,冲洗并甩干;
五、粗处理:将粗胚拉幅定型,车速20m/min,超喂量20%,扩幅率5%;
六、固色:将胚布连续在浓度为70g/L、粘度为1000Cs的聚丙烯酸甲酯浸轧三次,然后在58-62℃温度下预烘5min,随后在115-120℃温度下焙烘10min;
七、细处理:将胚布浸轧在处理液中10min,保持处理液温度位于38-42℃之间,处理液包括220g/L的有机硅柔软剂、浓度为80g/L的烷基磷酸酯二乙醇胺盐以及余量水,然后将坯布经过热定型机170℃,机速40r/min, 超喂30%;
八、检验、打包。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗变色罗马布的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤一中,水镁石粉末与水的重量比为1:50~65,水镁石粉末的粒径为4~10μm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗变色罗马布的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤一中烧碱溶液中加入含量为2~7%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗变色罗马布的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤一中,纱线冲洗完成之后,在纱线表面均匀喷洒成膜喷雾,静置50-60分钟。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抗变色罗马布的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤一中,氨纶纱线的制作步骤为:将黑涤纶单染,将单染后的黑涤纶包氨纶制成黑涤纶包氨纶纱线。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抗变色罗马布的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤一中,棉纶的制作步骤为:同时将涤纶和人造棉AB纱制成涤纶与人造棉复合的棉纶。
7.根据权利要求6所述的抗变色罗马布的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤六中,焙烘结束后,采用双氧水2-3g/L、纯碱2-3g/L、精炼剂1-2g/L、乳化剂2-4g/L、柔软剂4-5g/L以及余量水的去油剂,以3℃/min的升温速度将温度升至98℃,保温30min,然后以2℃/min的降温速度将温度降至60℃。
8.根据权利要求7所述的抗变色罗马布的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤三中,所述棉纶以棉毛编织方式编织于织物正反面, 所述氨纶以大圆机上下针全吃的方式分别覆盖于棉纶正反面。
