技术领域
本发明属于农业技术领域,涉及一种桂花颗粒粉碎机构。
背景技术
桂花是湖北地区特产,桂花在散寒破结、化痰止咳、缓解牙痛和经闭腹痛等方面均具有良好功效,丝瓜络具有祛风、通络、活血、下乳的功效,而且两者混用也不会有副作用,两者都属于湖北地区常见的植物,取材容易、廉价。
但是,桂花具有香浓、腻口等缺点,直接泡水喝不仅因为花粒小而影响口感,而且因为腻口而不能长期饮用。
丝瓜络味淡,且不容易加工成食品。
加工桂花茶时,如果需要保持桂花原味,传统的研磨粉碎方式由于破坏组织结构严重,难以满足要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在的上述问题,提供一种桂花颗粒粉碎机构,本发明所要解决的技术问题是如何采用高效撞击的方式对桂花颗粒进行粉碎。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种桂花颗粒粉碎机构,其特征在于,本粉碎机构包括电机、混料筒、内旋转筒和外旋转筒,所述内旋转筒和外旋转筒固定相连,所述内旋转筒转动连接在混料筒内,所述外旋转筒转动连接在混料筒外,所述外旋转筒与混料筒之间形成回流腔,所述内旋转筒的内腔与混料筒的内腔相通,所述内旋转筒的底部设置有一滤网,所述混料筒的内壁上开设有若干条纵向分布的凹槽,各凹槽周向均匀分布在混料筒的内壁上,相邻凹槽之间平滑过渡,所述内旋转筒上转动连接有与所述凹槽一一对应的粉碎轴,所述粉碎轴上设置有位于内旋转筒内的粉碎刀片,所述内旋转筒相对混料筒旋转时,所述粉碎轴受到凹槽的限位作用而在粉碎轴的轴线方向往复移动,所述回流腔与混料筒的中部之间通过若干回流孔相通,所述混料筒的内腔的上端连接有一根入料管,所述入料管连接高压气源;所述电机的输出轴与所述内旋转筒固定相连;所述内旋转筒的内腔直径由上至下逐渐减小。
高压气流混合桂花颗粒进入混料筒内,进入内旋转筒,受到粉碎轴轴线方向移动过程中粉碎刀片的作用而被细化,达到细化标准的桂花粉尘从滤网进入搅拌轴,从搅拌轴底部进入混料罐内,由于丝瓜络质轻,附着粉尘较少时处于浮顶状态,桂花粉尘随气泡进入混料罐内,不仅能够增大粉尘与丝瓜络的接触机会,而且能够增大桂花粉尘进入丝瓜络维管的中空结构内的概率。
桂花粉末不溶于水,但是能够在高压下呈悬浊混合液,气泡的内旋转筒和外旋转筒同步旋转,不能够符合滤网过滤要求的桂花颗粒从回流腔从新进入混料筒内,受到气流作用从新进入内旋转筒内,再次受到粉碎刀片的作用而进行二次粉碎。
内旋转筒的内腔呈上大下小的锥柱结构,使桂花颗粒在底部聚集,提高粉碎强度。
所述内旋转筒上开设有与粉碎轴对应的导向孔,所述导向孔与粉碎轴之间螺纹连接。
粉碎轴受到等间距设置凹槽的混料筒内壁结构的作用下,能够在导向孔内往复运动,且导向孔为螺纹孔,与之相连部位的粉碎轴具有外螺纹,使粉碎轴往复运动过程中呈旋转状,且转动方向随轴向移动方向的改变而改变,针对桂花颗粒这种需要保持其口感、避免研磨对花香纯度的影响、且需要桂花颗粒粒径较小的情况,上述的粉碎方式能够在效率、效果上兼顾。
所述外旋转筒的内壁上设置有成螺旋分布的凸筋,所述凸筋呈锯齿状。
外旋转筒与混料筒之间的凸筋,能够对桂花颗粒进行二次撞击粉碎,提高粉碎效率。
所述内旋转筒的顶部具有一安装板,所述安装板上具有若干下料口,所述电机的输出轴与安装板的中部固定相连,所述入料管的出料口朝向所述下料口。
相邻粉碎轴的纵向间距相等。
各粉碎轴上的粉碎刀片能够对由上至下而流通的桂花颗粒进行高效粉碎,而且各粉碎轴之间呈一定倾角,使各粉碎轴形成一“网状”结构,对桂花颗粒进行拦截,使其粉碎充分,各粉碎轴之间呈倾角,使各粉碎轴上的粉碎刀片的旋转方向均不相同,对桂花颗粒进行粉碎时,能够增大桂花颗粒在内旋转筒内的撞击次数,增大撞击强度,使其大部分能够一次通过滤网。

如图4所示,搅拌桨42包括安装套和设置在安装套上的若干根搅拌杆43,安装套滑动连接在搅拌轴41上,搅拌轴41上固定设置有两个挡块44,安装套的两端与两个挡块44之间分别连接有一缓冲弹簧45。
混料罐21内阻力不同,电机1的启停阶段等,搅拌桨42的阻力可能存在变化,使搅拌轴41扭矩变化较大,由于本结构中,搅拌轴41连接的是内旋转筒23、外旋转筒24,还设置有粉碎轴27,其传动精度要求较高,为了对其进行保护,在搅拌桨42和搅拌轴41之间设置有使搅拌桨42能够缓和冲击的结构。
安装套上固定设置有若干根安装杆,搅拌杆43转动连接在安装杆上,搅拌杆43外表面具有梳条46。
梳条46能够对气泡进行破损,使桂花粉末能够迅速与液体混合,形成悬浊液,使桂花粉末浸湿,能够更好的进入丝瓜络的维管结构。
混料罐21上设置有能够控制混料罐21内气体压力的限压阀5。
