Abstract
本发明公开了一种仪表整合***,用于机车中,其包含电性连接的运算处理单元、记忆单元、行车数据接收单元、无线通讯单元及数字式仪表板,数字式仪表板的仪表显示区包含可变换的一般模式使用界面与导航模式使用界面,仪表显示区侧边设有指示灯区,其中,行车数据接收单元能取得机车的行车信息,于一般模式使用界面及指示灯区中显示,无线通讯单元能取得由智慧型手机等无线通讯装置提供的导航数据与卫星定位坐标数据,或是通过仪表整合***内增设的卫星定位单元取得卫星定位坐标数据等,而能于导航模式使用界面中提供导航功能等。
Description
技术领域
本发明关于一仪表***,尤指一种仪表整合***。
背景技术
传统的机车用仪表板为机械式结构,用以显示机车行车时基本的行车信息,例如:左转向指示灯、右转向指示灯、油量指示灯、远光指示灯,引擎转速计与车速计等。已知的电动式机车,其同样具备有显示行车信息的显示器型仪表板。惟不论是传统的机械式仪表板或目前显示器型仪表板,皆仅能提供机车的行车数据,完全不具备导航功能。
随着科技的发展,导航***已被广泛应用于汽车中,由于现有机车皆不具备导航功能,为能利用导航***前往目的地,一般机车驾驶人通常会利用智慧型手机提供导航功能。惟机车驾驶人在骑乘机车时,无法手持使用智慧型手机,因此,有些机车驾驶人即在机车的车头上加装一定位架,利用该定位架提供智慧型手机等无线通讯装置定位,藉以利用智慧型手机提供导航功能。
惟在机车的车头上加装定位架,利用定位架固定智慧型手机的方式虽可利用智慧型手机提供的导航功能,然而,智慧型手机提供的导航功能与机车仪表板上的行车数据各自独立,在使用操作上仍有其不便处。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种仪表整合***,解决现有仪表***仅提供机车辆基本的行车信息,欠缺整合导航功能的问题。
为了达成前揭目的,本发明所提供的仪表整合***,用于一机车中,该仪表整合***包含:
一运算处理单元,其包含运算、处理与控制的功能;
一记忆单元,电性连接该运算处理单元,用于储存软件程序与数字数据;
一行车数据接收单元,电性连接该运算处理单元,用以取得该机车的关行车信息;
一无线通讯单元,电性连接该运算处理单元,使该运算处理单元能通过该无线通讯单元用以对一能提供导航数据及卫星定位坐标数据的无线通讯装置交换数字数据;以及
一全彩的数字式仪表板,电性连接该运算处理单元,该数字式仪表板包含一仪表显示区,该仪表显示区包含可变换显示的一般模式使用界面与导航模式使用界面,且包含至少一个可操作的功能选单,该数字式仪表板于该仪表显示区侧边设有指示灯区,该指示灯区包含一左转向指示灯、一右转向指示灯、一补充能源指示灯以及一远光指示灯,该数字式仪表板具有至少一仪表操作键,所述仪表操作键能操作该仪表显示区的界面切换、设定与选择,使该运算处理单元能将该行车数据接收单元取自该机车的行车信息,于该仪表显示区的一般模式使用界面中显示,且该运算处理单元能接收由所述无线通讯装置提供的导航数据及当前所在地的卫星定位坐标数据,而于该仪表显示区的导航模式使用界面中显示。
藉由上述仪表整合***,其主要利用整合式***构造创作,数字式仪表板的仪表显示区包含可变换的一般模式使用界面与导航模式使用界面,使其能够利用行车数据接收单元取得机车的行车信息,于仪表显示区的一般模式使用界面及指示灯区中显示,提供一般的行车信息功能,且利用无线通讯单元取得由智慧型手机等无线通讯装置提供的导航数据及当前所在地的卫星定位坐标数据,于仪表显示区的导航模式使用界面中提供导航相关数据,使仪表整合***兼具一般行车信息与导航功能。
本发明仪表整合***还能进一步利用该数字式仪表板具有全彩动态图像与颜色变换等显示功能,使其在数字式仪表板的仪表显示区的一般模式使用界面及导航模式使用界面中具有动态变化效果,同时还能利用颜色的变化或光闪烁等提示机车驾驶人。
本发明仪表整合***还能利用无线通讯单元取得由智慧型手机等无线通讯装置提供的导航数据以及当前所在地的卫星定位坐标数据,于机车行驶过程中,在数字式仪表板的仪表显示区的一般模式使用界面及导航模式使用界面中,以道路速限图像显示当前所在地的道路车辆速限,以测速照像提醒图像提醒机车驾驶人前方有测速照像设备等。
本发明仪表整合***还能利用无线通讯单元接收由智慧型手机等无线通讯装置发出的来电信号,而在数字式仪表板的仪表显示区的一般模式使用界面及导航模式使用界面,以来电提示图像显示有他人来电,但为了确保行车安全,不提供接听来电与控制的功能。
本发明仪表整合***还可进一步还包含一卫星定位单元,该卫星定位单元电性连接该运算处理单元,使该仪表整合***能直接利用卫星定位单元取得当前所在地的卫星定位坐标数据等。
本发明仪表整合***还可进一步还包含一语音单元,该语音单元电性连接该运算处理单元,且能受控发出语音与警示声音。
本发明仪表整合***还提供机车驾驶人利用其随身携带的智慧型手机等无线通讯装置内建应用程序(APP)寻找该机车停放位置,其中利用智慧型手机以无线远端遥控方式使机车电源开关自关闭状态切换至导通状态,使智慧型手机与机车的仪表整合***无线连线,进而撷取由卫星定位单元取得机车当前所在地的卫星定位坐标数据,比对智慧型手机取得的所在地卫星定位坐标数据,并在智慧手机中显示该机车停放位置及距离,提供寻车功能。
本发明仪表整合***还可进一步还包含一事故检测单元,该事故检测单元电性连接该运算处理单元,所述事故检测单元包含一倾倒检测单元,该事故检测单元结合该运算处理单元检测机车是否发生倾倒等事故,当事故检测单元检测到机车发生倾倒时,由事故检测单元对运算处理单元发出一信号,再由运算处理单元依据通过无线通讯单元自驾驶人随身携带的智慧型手机取得当前所在地的卫星定位坐标数据,或是由卫星定位(GPS)单元取得当前所在地的卫星定位坐标数据,通过无线通讯单元发出一至少包含有事故发生位置的事故信号,该事故信号能通过机车驾驶人的智慧型手机的短信息服务(SMS)功能,将包含有事故发生位置的相关信息发送至该智慧型手机设定的紧急联络人的智慧型手机等无线通讯装置。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述,但不作为对本发明的限定。
如图1所示,其揭示仪表整合***的一实施例,该仪表整合***应用于一机车中,所述的机车可为燃油式机车或电动式机车,该仪表整合***A包含一运算处理单元2、一记忆单元3、一行车数据接收单元5、一无线通讯单元7以及一数字式仪表板1,运算处理单元2电性连接记忆单元3、行车数据接收单元5、无线通讯单元7以及数字式仪表板1。
如图1所示,该运算处理单元2包含有运算、处理与控制等功能。
如图1所示,该记忆单元3用于储存软件程序与数字数据,使该运算处理单元2能通过储存于记忆单元3的软件程序与数字数据,从而执行各种应用功能及数据处理。
如图1所示,该行车数据接收单元5用于取得该机车的行车信息,该行车信息包含左转向灯、右转向灯、燃油存量或电能存量、远光灯、车速、动力装置的输出转速以及行驶里程等,并将所取得的行车信息传输至该运算处理单元2,由运算处理单元2执行各种应用功能及数据处理。
如图1及图2所示,该无线通讯单元7受控于运算处理单元2,并能通过无线信号传输手段对一智慧型手机9等无线通讯装置传送与接收数字数据,且所述数字数据中至少包含由智慧型手机等无线通讯装置提供的导航相关数据与当前所在地的卫星定位坐标数据,其中,所述无线信号传输手段可为蓝牙(bluetooth)通讯或近场通讯(Near-fieldcommunication,NFC)等近距离无线信号传输手段,或可为远距离无线信号传输手段,使运算处理单元2能与智慧型手机9等无线通讯装置进行数字数据的交换,并由运算处理单元2执行导航与卫星定位等相关应用功能及数据处理。
如图1、图3及图4所示,该数字式仪表板1是一全彩数字式仪表面板,其至少包含有全彩动态图像与颜色变换等显示功能,且该数字式仪表板1受控于该运算处理单元2,该数字式仪表板1包含一仪表显示区10,该仪表显示区10包含可变换显示的一一般模式使用界面100与一导航模式使用界面200,且包含一个或多个可操作的功能选单,该数字式仪表板1于该仪表显示区10一侧或相对两侧设有指示灯区11,该数字式仪表板1具有至少一仪表操作键12、13,用以操作仪表显示区10的界面切换、功能设定与选择。于本实施例中,揭示该数字式仪表板1具有二个仪表操作键12、13,该二仪表操作键12、13分别为一功能切换键与一选择键,如图3及图4所示,用以控制仪表显示区10的一般模式使用界面100与导航模式使用界面200的界面切换,以及界面中的功能选单操作,且使一般模式使用界面100与导航模式使用界面200中的图像与字型的尺寸大小皆能调整。
当该数字式仪表板1为触控式显示装置时,所述仪表操作键为该触控式显示装置中的图形图像,当该数字式仪表板为非触控式显示装置时,所述仪表操作键为设于该仪表显示区外侧的实体按键。
如图3及图4所示,该数字式仪表板1的指示灯区11中包含左转向指示灯、右转向指示灯、补充能源(如:油料或电能)指示灯,以及远光指示灯等,或进一步包含一动力装置(引擎或电动机)状态指示灯等,前述指示灯区的各项指示灯的功能与现有机车已知的指示灯功能相同,于此不再赘述。
如图3所示,所述一般模式使用界面100包含有显示机车的动力装置的输出转速的转速图像101、显示车速的车速图像102以及显示能源存量的能源存量图像103等,或者,进一步包含显示时间的时间图像104以及显示机车行驶的里程数的里程图像105,所述里程图像105可显示该机车行驶的总里程数(odograph,ODO)或短途里程数(TRIP A、TRIP B),并可经由该数字式仪表板1的二所述仪表操作键12、13进行切换与设定。或者,进一步包含提醒来电的来电提示图像。该一般模式使用界面100中的转速图像101与车速图像102还可依据车速的高低而呈现颜色的动态变化,藉由不同色光或光闪烁等变化辅助提醒机车驾驶人注意车速。或者,该一般模式使用界面100还包含提醒道路车速限制的道路速限图像106,以及提醒道路测速照像的测速照像提醒图像107。
如图4所示,所述导航模式使用界面200包含依据外部提供的导航数据以及当前所在地位置显示自当所在地位置导航至目的地的行驶必要信息的导航图像201,例如:行驶方向、距离以及预计抵达的时间与距离等相关导航信息。或者,进一步包含道路速限图像202、测速照像提醒图像203等。或者,进一步包含提醒来电的来电提示图像204。
如图6所示,该仪表整合***A还可进一步包含一卫星定位单元6,所述卫星定位单元6电性连接该运算处理单元2。如图6所示,该卫星定位(Global Positioning System,GPS)单元6用以取得当前所在地的卫星定位坐标数据,并能持续更新当前所在地的卫星定位坐标数据,并将所述卫星定位坐标数据传输至该运算处理单元2,由该运算处理单元2执行各种与地理位置相关的应用功能及数据处理。
如图6所示,该仪表整合***A还可进一步包含一语音单元4,所述语音单元4分别电性连接该运算处理单元2,该语音单元4能受控于该运算处理单元2发出特定的语音与警示声音。
如图7所示,该仪表整合***还包含一事故检测单元8,该事故检测单元8电性连接该运算处理单元2,所述事故检测单元8包含一倾倒检测单元,该事故检测单元8结合该运算处理单元2检测机车是否发生倾倒等事故,当事故检测单元8检测到机车发生倾倒时,由事故检测单元8对运算处理单元2发出一信号,再由运算处理单元2通过无线通讯单元自驾驶人随身携带的智慧型手机取得当前所在地的卫星定位坐标数据,或是仪表整合***A中内建的卫星定位(GPS)单元6取得机车当前所在地的卫星定位坐标数据,通过无线通讯单元7发出一至少包含有事故发生位置的事故信号,该事故信号能通过如智慧型手机9等无线通讯装置朝对外发出短信息。
前揭仪表整合***应用于机车后,如图3所示,当机车驾驶人发动机车时,即会启动该仪表整合***,该数字式仪表板1的仪表显示区10显示为一般模式使用界面,其中,由运算处理单元依据该行车数据接收单元提供的左、右转向灯、燃油存量或电能存量、远光灯、车速、动力装置的输出转速以及行驶里程等相关行车信息执行各种应用功能数据处理,并于该一般模式使用界面100中显示相应的信息,例如:显示动力装置的输出转速、燃油存量或电能存量以及行驶里程等相关行车信息。在机车行驶中,该仪表显示区10的一般模式使用界面100中显示目前行车车速,以及行驶里程中,机车驾驶人启动左、右转向灯时,该数字式仪表板1的指出灯区11中,相对应的指示灯即会闪烁。
如图5所示,当驾驶人骑乘该机车的过程中,于机车停止时,若该数字式仪表板1处于一般模式使用界面100状态下,运算处理单元,并通过无线通讯单元连线驾驶人随身携带的智慧型手机取得当前所在地的卫星定位坐标数据与地图数据等回传至运算处理单元中,于仪表显示区10的一般模式使用界面100显示当前所在位置。
如图4所示,当机车驾驶人使用导航模式时,经由数字式仪表板1的仪表操作键12、13将仪表显示区10切换至导航模式使用界面200,其中驾驶人先于其智慧型手机9等无线通讯装置中设定完成前往目的地的导航数据,再操作数字式仪表板的仪表操作键12、13,使运算处理单元通过无线通讯单元自所述智慧型手机等无线通讯装置中取得导航相关数据,并记录于记忆单元中。当机车驾驶人经由仪表操作键12、13执行导航功能时,运算处理单元能通过无线通讯单元自驾驶人随身携带的智慧型手机取得当前所在地的卫星定位坐标数据,或是该卫星定位(GPS)单元取得的当前所在地的卫星定位坐标数据,与导航相关数据整合,开始导航,并在仪表显示区10的导航模式使用界面200中呈现行车方向、距离等相关导航数据,并令语音单元于适当的时机发出提示语音,且显示当前所在地的道路车速限制。
在机车行驶中,运算处理单元能持续通过无线通讯单元自驾驶人随身携带的智慧型手机取得当前所在地的卫星定位坐标数据,或该卫星定位(GPS)单元持续取得当前所在地的卫星定位坐标数据,并由运算处理单元整合当前所在地的卫星定位坐标数据与导航数据,于距离道路测速照像设备之前的预定距离处,令语音单元发出提示语音,同时,令仪表显示区的导航模式使用界面中显示测速照像提醒图像,提醒机车驾驶人注意。
该仪表整合***还提供了来电显示功能,即当有他人拨打机车驾驶人的智慧型手机时,来电信息即能由智慧型手机通过该无线通讯单元传输至该运算处理单元,并由运算处理单元令数字式仪表板1的仪表显示区中显示出来电提示图像,提示有他人来电。惟该仪表整合***基于行车安全,并不提供来电接听与控制功能。待机车驾驶人停止骑乘机车后,再由机车驾驶人以智慧型手机与来电者通话。
该仪表整合***还能提供机车驾驶人利用智慧型手机等无线通讯装置内建应用程序(APP)寻找该机车停放位置的功能,其中是由机车驾驶人利用其随身携带智慧型手机以无线远端遥控方式使机车电源开关自关闭状态切换至导通状态,使智慧型手机与机车的仪表整合***无线连线,进而撷取由卫星定位单元取得机车当前所在地的卫星定位坐标数据,比对智慧型手机取得的所在地卫星定位坐标数据,并在智慧手机中显示该机车停放位置及距离。
该仪表整合***还可藉由事故检测单元结合该运算处理单元检测机车是否发生倾倒等事故,当事故检测单元检测到机车发生倾倒时,由事故检测单元对运算处理单元发出一信号,再由运算处理单元依据通过无线通讯单元自驾驶人随身携带的智慧型手机取得当前所在地的卫星定位坐标数据,或是卫星定位(GPS)单元取得当前所在地的卫星定位坐标数据,由无线通讯单元发出一至少包含有事故发生位置的事故信号。该事故信号能通过机车驾驶人的智慧型手机的短信息服务(Short Messaging Service,SMS)功能,将包含有事故发生位置的相关信息发送至该智慧型手机设定的紧急联络人的智慧型手机9等无线通讯装置。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明做出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (13)
1.一种仪表整合***,其特征在于,用于一机车中,该仪表整合***包含:
一运算处理单元,其包含运算、处理与控制的功能;
一记忆单元,电性连接该运算处理单元,用于储存软件程序与数字数据;
一行车数据接收单元,电性连接该运算处理单元,用以取得该机车的关行车信息;
一无线通讯单元,电性连接该运算处理单元,使该运算处理单元能通过该无线通讯单元用以对一能提供导航数据及卫星定位坐标数据的无线通讯装置交换数字数据;以及
一全彩的数字式仪表板,电性连接该运算处理单元,该数字式仪表板包含一仪表显示区,该仪表显示区包含可变换显示的一般模式使用界面与导航模式使用界面,且包含至少一个可操作的功能选单,该数字式仪表板于该仪表显示区侧边设有指示灯区,该指示灯区包含一左转向指示灯、一右转向指示灯、一补充能源指示灯以及一远光指示灯,该数字式仪表板具有至少一仪表操作键,所述仪表操作键能操作该仪表显示区的界面切换、设定与选择,使该运算处理单元能将该行车数据接收单元取自该机车的行车信息,于该仪表显示区的一般模式使用界面中显示,且该运算处理单元能接收由所述无线通讯装置提供的导航数据及当前所在地的卫星定位坐标数据,而于该仪表显示区的导航模式使用界面中显示。
2.如权利要求1所述的仪表整合***,其特征在于,该仪表整合***还包含一卫星定位单元,该卫星定位单元电性连接该运算处理单元,该仪表整合***能通过该卫星定位单元取得当前所在地的卫星定位坐标数据。
3.如权利要求1所述的仪表整合***,其特征在于,该仪表整合***还包含一语音单元,该语音单元电性连接该运算处理单元,且能受控发出语音与警示声音。
4.如权利要求1所述的仪表整合***,其特征在于,该仪表整合***还包含一卫星定位单元以及一语音单元,该卫星定位单元以及该语音单元分别电性连接该运算处理单元,该仪表整合***能通过该卫星定位单元取得当前所在地的卫星定位坐标数据,该语音单元能受控发出语音与警示声音。
5.如权利要求1所述的仪表整合***,其特征在于,该仪表整合***还包含一事故检测单元,该事故检测单元包含一倾倒检测单元,且电性连接该运算处理单元,该事故检测单元结合该运算处理单元检测机车是否发生倾倒等事故,并在该事故检测单元检测到机车发生倾倒时,由该事故检测单元对运算处理单元发出一信号,再由运算处理单元通过无线通讯单元发出一事故信号。
6.如权利要求2所述的仪表整合***,其特征在于,该仪表整合***还包含一事故检测单元,该事故检测单元包含一倾倒检测单元,且电性连接该运算处理单元,该事故检测单元结合该运算处理单元检测机车是否发生倾倒等事故,并在该事故检测单元检测到机车发生倾倒时,由该事故检测单元对运算处理单元发出一信号,再由运算处理单元通过无线通讯单元发出一事故信号。
7.如权利要求4所述的仪表整合***,其特征在于,该仪表整合***还包含一事故检测单元,该事故检测单元包含一倾倒检测单元,且电性连接该运算处理单元,该事故检测单元结合该运算处理单元检测机车是否发生倾倒等事故,并在该事故检测单元检测到机车发生倾倒时,由该事故检测单元对运算处理单元发出一信号,再由运算处理单元通过无线通讯单元发出一事故信号。
8.如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的仪表整合***,其特征在于,该数字式仪表板具有二个所述仪表操作键,二所述仪表操作键分别为一功能切换键与一选择键,用以控制该仪表显示区的一般模式使用界面与导航模式使用界面的界面切换,以及界面中的功能选单操作。
9.如权利要求8所述的仪表整合***,其特征在于,该数字式仪表板为触控式显示装置,所述仪表操作键为该触控式显示装置中的图形图像。
10.如权利要求8所述的仪表整合***,其特征在于,所述仪表操作键为设于该仪表显示区外侧的实体按键。
11.如权利要求8所述的仪表整合***,其特征在于,所述一般模式使用界面还包含一转速图像、一车速图像以及一能源存量图像,该转速图像与该车速图像能依据速度的高低而呈现颜色的动态变化。
12.如权利要求11所述的仪表整合***,其特征在于,所述一般模式使用界面与所述导航模式使用界面各包含一来电提示图像、一道路速限图像以及一测速照像提醒图像。
13.如权利要求12所述的仪表整合***,其特征在于,所述一般模式使用界面还包含一时间图像以及一里程图像。
