Claims (5)

1. A rail refiner comprising:
a moving frame;
the lifting mechanism is arranged on the movable frame and can move along the vertical direction relative to the movable frame;
the fine grinding mechanism is connected with the lifting mechanism in a swinging way and moves along with the lifting mechanism along the vertical direction relative to the moving frame;
the power mechanism is in transmission connection with the fine grinding mechanism;
the lifting mechanism comprises:
the horizontal bracket is in rolling connection with the movable frame;
the two guide posts are symmetrically arranged on the inner sides of two sides of the horizontal support, and the lower end of the guide posts is rotationally connected with the horizontal support through a pin shaft;
the two sides of the lifting bracket are respectively connected with the guide posts on the same side of the lifting bracket in a sliding way;
the steel rail refiner further comprises a locking device, wherein the locking device comprises a limiting plate and a locking mechanism;
one end of the limiting plate is fixedly connected with the guide post, and a limiting groove is formed in the limiting plate;
the locking mechanism is connected with the limiting plate through the limiting groove to limit the action of the limiting plate;
the locking mechanism comprises a locking nut, a locking screw rod and a locking spanner, wherein the locking spanner is in threaded connection with one end of the locking screw rod, and the other end of the locking screw rod penetrates through the limit groove and is in threaded connection with the locking nut;
the steel rail refiner further comprises a rotating mechanism; the rotating mechanism comprises a rotating shaft, a rack and a gear;
the gear is sleeved on the rotating shaft;
one end of the rack is fixedly connected with the guide post, and the other end of the rack is meshed with the gear;
the rotating mechanism drives the guide post to rotate around the pin shaft;
the rotating mechanism further comprises a locking part, the locking part comprises a locking gear and a limiting spanner, the locking gear is sleeved on the rotating shaft, and the limiting spanner is used for limiting and locking the locking gear.
2. The rail refiner of claim 1, wherein said lifting frame comprises: a support frame;
the two sliding parts are respectively connected with the two side frames of the supporting frame and can move up and down along the guide posts.

The rail refiner of claim 2, further comprising a lift drive mechanism; the lifting support further comprises a transfer frame, and the transfer frame is connected with the upper part of the supporting frame; the lifting driving mechanism is connected with the switching frame and drives the sliding part of the lifting bracket to move up and down along the guide post.

The rail refiner of claim 1, further comprising a horizontal motion mechanism comprising a feed screw, a universal joint, a traversing screw; one end of the transverse moving screw rod is connected with the horizontal support, the other end of the transverse moving screw rod is connected with one end of the universal joint, the other end of the universal joint is connected with one end of the feed screw rod, and the other end of the feed screw rod is a free end.
5. The steel rail refiner of claim 1, wherein the moving frame is provided with a moving part, and the moving part comprises a rail clamping frame and a roller;
one end of the rail clamping wheel frame is connected with the movable frame, the other end of the rail clamping wheel frame is of a U-shaped structure, and two ends of the roller are connected with two ends of the U-shaped structure in one-to-one correspondence.
