Abstract
The invention relates to a vertical trawl door with a sagging-assisting type, which comprises a top plate, a towing plate, a bottom plate and a plurality of cambered surface blade plate frames, wherein the cambered surface blade plate frames are symmetrically arranged between the top plate and the towing plate and between the bottom plate and the towing plate respectively, a plurality of hollowed holes are formed in the cambered surface blade plate frames at intervals, a first filling plate is inlaid in the hollowed holes of the cambered surface blade plate frames between the top plate and the towing plate, a second filling plate is inlaid in the hollowed holes of the cambered surface blade plate frames between the bottom plate and the towing plate, the density of the first filling plate is lower than that of the second filling plate, cover panels are respectively fixed on two sides of the cambered surface blade plate frames, and a protective flange is arranged at the edge of the cambered surface blade plate frames. The invention is beneficial to adjusting the trawl board to be vertical in water and effectively keeping the vertical posture, and avoids the damage of the edges of the trawl board caused by deformation due to collision.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of trawl doors, and particularly relates to a vertical trawl door with a sagging-assisting function.
Background
The trawl board is an important accessory of the trawl fishing gear, is assembled on two sides of the front end of the trawl and is connected with the towing line, horizontal expansion force can be generated to expand the trawl during towing, and the performance of the trawl board directly influences the operation performance and the fishing efficiency of the trawl fishing gear. In the prior art, according to the requirements of trawl operations of different types, the patterns of the net plates are various, and mainly comprise rectangular net plates, elliptic net plates, vertical V-shaped curved net plates and the like.
The existing vertical V-shaped trawl net plate structure is shown in figure 1, a plurality of arc-shaped blade frames are symmetrically arranged between a top plate and a towing plate and between a bottom plate and the towing plate respectively, the arc-shaped blade frames reduce weight through holes, light plates are embedded in the holes, and the two sides of the holes are covered and fixed through the light plates.
The existing vertical V-shaped trawl door mainly has the following defects: firstly, the quality of the main structure of the upper part and the lower part of the screen plate is basically close, which is not beneficial to the adjustment and the vertical posture maintenance of the screen plate in water, and the screen plate is easy to fall down in the towing process; secondly, the edge of the blade plate lacks a protective structure, so that the deformation and damage of the surface of the screen plate are easily caused by collision, and the hydrodynamic performance of the screen plate is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the vertical trawl door with the auxiliary sagging function, which is favorable for adjusting the trawl door to be vertical in water and effectively keeping the vertical posture, and avoids the damage of the edges of the blades of the trawl door caused by the deformation of the blades of the trawl door due to collision.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is to provide a vertical sagging-aiding trawl net plate, which comprises a top plate, a towing plate, a bottom plate and a plurality of cambered surface blade plate frames, wherein a plurality of cambered surface blade plate frames are symmetrically arranged between the top plate and the towing plate and between the bottom plate and the towing plate respectively, a plurality of hollowed holes are formed in the cambered surface blade plate frames at intervals, first filling plates are inlaid in the hollowed holes of the cambered surface blade plate frames between the top plate and the towing plate, second filling plates are inlaid in the hollowed holes of the cambered surface blade plate frames between the bottom plate and the towing plate, the density of the first filling plates is lower than that of the second filling plates, cover panels are respectively fixed on two sides of the cambered surface blade plate frames, and protective flanges are arranged at the edges of the cambered surface blade plate frames.
The first filling plate, the second filling plate and the covering panel are respectively matched with the radians of the corresponding cambered surface leaf plate frames, and the size and the thickness of the first filling plate and the second filling plate are respectively matched with the corresponding hollow holes.
The protection flange is cylindrical and provided with a mounting groove along the length direction, and the protection flange is sleeved on the edge of the cambered surface blade plate frame through the mounting groove and fixed through a fastener.
The protective flange is made of an anti-collision material.
The density of the first filling plates embedded in the hollow holes of the cambered surface blade plate frames between the top plate and the towing plate is gradually increased from top to bottom, and the density of the second filling plates embedded in the hollow holes of the cambered surface blade plate frames between the bottom plate and the towing plate is gradually increased from top to bottom.
The trawl door is in a V shape as a whole.
The cover panel is fixed with the cambered surface blade plate frame through a fastener.
Advantageous effects
Firstly, in the invention, filling plates with different densities are respectively inlaid in the hollow holes of the cambered surface blade plate frame at the upper part and the cambered surface blade plate frame at the lower part of the net plate, so that the mass of the upper part of the net plate is lighter than that of the lower part of the net plate, the gravity center of the net plate is lowered, the net plate can be conveniently adjusted to a vertical state in a water body, and the vertical state of the trawl net plate can be always and effectively maintained in the operation process.
Second, in the invention, the edges at two sides of the cambered surface blade plate frame are provided with the protective flanges, and the protective flanges are made of anti-collision materials, so that the damage of the plate surface deformation caused by collision of the edges of the plate blade plate can be avoided, and the hydrodynamic performance of the plate is effectively ensured.

A sagging-assisted vertical trawl door shown in fig. 2 and 3 comprises a roof 1, a trawl door 2, a floor 3 and a cambered leaf frame 4 as shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, four cambered surface blade frames 4 are welded between the top plate 1 and the towing plate 2, four cambered surface blade frames 4 are welded between the bottom plate 3 and the towing plate 2, and the cambered surface blade frames 4 at the upper part and the lower part are respectively symmetrical in a V shape. Spaced hollowed holes 5 are distributed on each cambered surface blade plate frame 4 in a matrix mode.
As shown in fig. 2, the first filling board 6 is embedded in the hollow holes 5 of the cambered surface blade plate frames 4 between the top plate 1 and the towing plate 2, the size and the thickness of the first filling board 6 are respectively matched with the filled hollow holes 5, and the radian is matched with the corresponding cambered surface blade plate frames 4. The first filling board 6 is made of foam materials, has extremely low density and is beneficial to reducing the quality of the upper part of the screen plate.
As shown in fig. 3, the second filling board 7 is embedded in the hollow hole 5 of the cambered surface blade frame 4 between the bottom board 3 and the towing board 2, the size and the thickness of the second filling board 7 are respectively matched with the filled hollow hole 5, and the radian is matched with the corresponding cambered surface blade frame 4. The second filler board 7 is made of polypropylene board, and the density of the second filler board is higher than that of the foam material at the upper part, so that the upper part of the screen board has lighter weight than that of the lower part.
Preferably, the density of the first filling plates 6 embedded in the hollow holes 5 of the cambered leaf plate frame 4 between the top plate 1 and the steel plate 2 is gradually increased from top to bottom, the density of the second filling plates 7 embedded in the hollow holes 5 of the cambered leaf plate frame 4 between the bottom plate 3 and the steel plate 2 is gradually increased from top to bottom, the overall quality of the net plate is gradually increased from top to bottom, the overall gravity center of the net plate is moved downwards, and the net plate can be more conveniently adjusted to a vertical state in a water body and kept in the vertical state.
Cover panels 8 are respectively fixed on two sides of each cambered surface blade plate frame 4, the cover panels 8 are ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene plates, and the radian of the cover panels is matched with that of the corresponding cambered surface blade plate frames 4. The cover panel 8 is fixed to the cambered leaf frame 4 by copper rivets so that a leaf structure with a smooth surface is formed.
The edges of the two sides of each cambered surface blade plate frame 4 are respectively provided with a protective flange 9, and the protective flanges 9 are made of synthetic resin materials, so that the trawl door has excellent anti-collision performance, and the damage to the edges of the blades caused by collision in the use process of the trawl door can be avoided. As shown in fig. 2, the protective flange 9 is cylindrical as a whole, the protective flange 9 is provided with a mounting groove along the length direction, the protective flange 9 is sleeved on the edge of the cambered surface blade frame 4 through the mounting groove, and is fixed with the cambered surface blade frame 4 through copper rivets.
