酱油是中国传统的调味品。用豆、麦、麸皮酿造的液体调味品。色泽红褐色,有独特酱香,滋味鲜美,有助于促进食欲。
酱油俗称豉油,主要由大豆、小麦、食盐经过制油、发酵等程序酿制而成的。酱油的成分比较复杂,除食盐的成分外,还有多种氨基酸、糖类、有机酸、色素及香料等成分。以咸味为主,亦有鲜味、香味等。它能增加和改善菜肴的味道,还能增添或改变菜肴的色泽。中国古代劳动人民在数千年前就已经掌握酿制工艺了。酱油一般有老抽和生抽两种:生抽较咸,用于提鲜;老抽较淡,用于提色。
现在人们吃的酱油,功能单一,没有防病治病的效果,蛹虫草酱油,酱油中加入蛹虫草,药食同源,既是药品也食品,效果多多,功能多多。
蛹虫草的功效
1.扶正益气,提高免疫和造血功能。
2.补肺平喘,改善呼吸***。
3.改善调节心脑系。
4.调节体内血脂
5.具有补肺益肾,提高免疫力、大脑记忆力的功效。
6.健脾安神,对于失眠多梦、神经衰弱有很好的治疗作用。
蛹虫草的作用
虫草素(3′-脱氧腺苷):抗病毒、抗菌、明显抑制肿瘤生长、干扰人体RNA及DNA合成。
虫草酸(D-甘露醇):预防治疗脑血栓脑溢血肾功能衰竭,利尿。
腺苷:抗病毒、抗菌,预防治疗脑血栓、脑溢血,抑制血小板积聚防止血栓形成,消除面斑,抗衰防皱。
虫草多糖:提高免疫力,延缓衰老,扶正固本,保护心脏、肝脏,抗痉。
麦角甾醇:抗癌、防衰、减毒。
超氧化物歧化酶(SOD):抑制或消除催人衰老的超氧自由基形成及抗癌、防衰、减毒。
硒(Se):为国际医学界公认的抗癌元素,也是重要的抗氧化剂,能增强人体免疫力。

本发明的目的就是为了既能吃酱油的同时也能防病治病之目的。
步骤为:黄豆、小麦、麸皮、蛹虫草5%、盐。按比例混合、发酵、压榨、灭菌、分量包装即成药食同源蛹虫草酱油。
本发明根据酱油和蛹虫草药食同源的特性,在制取蛹虫草酱油中采用合制的方法,用大豆、小麦、麸皮、蛹虫草5%、盐。同时有保留住酱油的特性,达到在不改变香味的情况下来又能防病治病。

1.一种药食同源的蛹虫草酱油,其特征在于,它即是食品也是药品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的酱油,其特征在于,该酱油,分为两部分,一部分是黄豆、麦、麸皮,另一部分是蛹虫草。
3.根据权利要求2所述的酱油,两部分混合经过发酵、压榨、灭菌即得蛹虫草酱油。
4.根据权利要求3所述的蛹虫草的功效
1.扶正益气,提高免疫和造血功能。
