The first pressure sensor and the third pressure sensor can prevent the collision between the storage frame 8 and the top of the working cabin 1c in the process of moving upwards, and the second pressure sensor and the fourth pressure sensor can prevent the collision between the storage frame 8 and the first water pump 10, the first suction pump 11 and other devices in the process of moving downwards, so that the storage frame 8 is ensured to move up and down in a limited range.

When the silt water is sucked into the silt cabin 18 through the first suction pump 11, the silt sinks to the bottom because the weight of the silt is larger than that of the water, when the water level exceeds the perforated holes 20, the water on the upper layer of the silt cabin 18 flows into the sewage cabin 19 through the perforated holes 20, after the garbage collection is finished, the second suction pump 21a and the second water pump 22a are started to discharge the silt in the silt cabin 18 to the outside, and the water in the sewage cabin 19 is pumped into the water storage cabin 1b for recycling.
