when the filter element filters, the tubular channel 9 without the cleaning medicine body rotates to a position communicated with the water inlet pipeline of the filter element; when the filter element needs to be washed, the tubular channel 9 filled with the cleaning agent body rotates to a position communicated with the water inlet pipeline of the filter element, and water flow washes the cleaning agent body in the tubular channel 9 into the filter system so as to clean or/and soak the filter element of the filter system.
And a limiting device is arranged at the joint of the through hole on the tubular channel and the water inlet pipeline of the filter element, so that the through hole and the water inlet pipeline of the filter element can be just coaxially butted.
Referring to fig. 5, as a fourth embodiment of the present invention, the medicine storage bins are medicine boxes, each medicine box 12 is closed and arranged side by side on one side of the same accommodating cavity 11, the accommodating cavities 11 are connected in series to the water inlet pipeline of the filter element, the release mechanism is a bolt-shaped ejector pin 14 fixed on the other side of the accommodating cavity 11, the bolt-shaped ejector pin 14 is in sealing connection with the accommodating cavity 11, the sealing member 6 is arranged on the inner side of the joint of the bolt-shaped ejector pin 14 and the accommodating cavity 11, each bolt-shaped ejector pin 11 is opposite to a corresponding medicine box 12, one end of the medicine box close to the outer side of the accommodating cavity is communicated with a medicine injection port 13, and the medicine injection port 13 is opened only during medicine injection and is closed at ordinary times. When the filter element filters, the bolt-shaped top 14 pins are far away from the medicine box 12, the medicine box 12 is closed, no medicine flows out, and water flows into the filter element through the accommodating cavity; when the filter element is subjected to medicine washing, at least one bolt-shaped ejector pin is screwed into the medicine box, so that the bolt-shaped ejector pin 14 pierces the medicine box, medicine flows out of the accommodating cavity 11, and water flow washes the cleaning medicine in the accommodating cavity 11 into the filtering system so as to clean or/and soak the filter element of the filtering system.
Referring to fig. 6, as a fifth embodiment of the present invention, unlike the fourth embodiment, the medicine box 12 is screwed into the accommodating cavity 11 by a screw thread, and a sealing member 6 is disposed between an inner wall of a threaded hole into which the medicine box 12 is screwed and an outer wall of the medicine box 12, and the sealing member 6 is located at a bottom of the threaded hole.
Referring to fig. 7, as a sixth embodiment of the present invention, unlike the fifth embodiment, an end 15 of the medicine box 12 facing away from the accommodating cavity 11 has a diameter larger than a diameter of a threaded hole into which the medicine box 12 is screwed, a sealing member 6 is embedded in a lower surface of the end 15, and when the medicine box 12 is screwed into the accommodating cavity 11, the sealing member 6 just seals a contact surface between the end 15 and the accommodating cavity 11 to prevent water from flowing out.
Referring to fig. 8, as a seventh embodiment of the present invention, the medicine storage bin is a tubular channel 17, each tubular channel 17 is connected to a sidewall of a water inlet pipe of the filter element, the release mechanism is an open-pore medicine box 16 disposed in the tubular channel 17, a sealing member 6 is disposed between one end of the open-pore medicine box 16 close to a water inlet pipe of the filter element and an inner wall of the tubular channel 17, so that water in the water inlet pipe of the filter element cannot enter the tubular channel 17 and the open-pore medicine box 16, and a sealing member 6 is also disposed between the other end of the open-pore medicine box 16 and the inner wall of the tubular channel, so that water in the water inlet pipe of the filter element cannot flow out after entering the tubular channel 17; one end of the perforated medicine chest 16, which is away from the water inlet pipeline of the filter element, is in threaded sleeve joint with the inner wall of the tubular channel 17, and the perforated medicine chest 16 can be rotated to enable the perforated medicine chest 16 to enter the water inlet pipeline of the filter element;
when the filter element filters, each perforated medicine box 16 does not enter the water inlet pipeline of the filtering system, no medicine flows out, and water flows into the filter element through the water inlet pipeline of the filter element; when the filter element is subjected to medicine washing, the perforated medicine box 16 is screwed into the water inlet pipeline of the filter element, medicine in the perforated medicine box 16 enters the water inlet pipeline of the filter element, the medicine flows out, and water flow washes cleaning medicine in the perforated medicine box 16 into the filter system so as to clean or/and soak the filter element of the filter system.
Referring to fig. 9, as an eighth embodiment of the present invention, the medicine washing device is formed by a cylindrical casing 21, a through hole 19 which is arranged at the opposite end of the casing wall of the cylindrical casing 21 and is communicated with the water inlet pipe of the filter element, and a rotating shaft 18 sleeved in the cylindrical casing 21, wherein a plurality of annular grooves 20 are arranged on the rotating shaft 18 at intervals along the radial direction, any two adjacent annular grooves 20 are sealed with the inner wall of the cylindrical casing 21 through a sealing member 6, so that any two adjacent annular grooves 20 are not communicated with each other, the adjusting mechanism is a threaded rod 22 which is connected with one end of the rotating shaft 18 and extends to the outside of the cylindrical casing 21, a limiting member 23 is arranged on the threaded rod 22, during the rotation of the rotating shaft 18, the annular grooves 20 are just aligned with the through hole 19 on the casing wall of the cylindrical casing 21, one end of the cylindrical casing 21 is in threaded connection with the threaded rod 22, and the rotating shaft 19 is driven to move in the cylindrical casing 21 by rotating the threaded rod 22, and when the filter element is filtered, the threaded rod 22 is rotated so that the water inlet pipe 20 without the medicine is communicated with the filter element; when the filter element is subjected to medicine washing, the annular groove 20 filled with the cleaning medicine is communicated with the water inlet pipeline of the filter element, and water flow washes the cleaning medicine in the annular groove 20 into the filter system so as to clean or/and soak the filter element of the filter system.
Referring to fig. 10, as a ninth embodiment of the present invention, a pipeline at the front end of the filter element is connected in series with a sealed medicine box 24 into which medicine can be added from the outside according to the need, and through holes connected in series to the water inlet pipeline of the filter element are respectively provided at the left and right sides of the sealed medicine box 24, so that water flow can still flow into the filter system without stopping the medicine adding when the sealed medicine box 24 is opened for medicine adding.
The embodiment can realize online medicine washing of the filtering system, does not need to stop the filtering system for each medicine adding washing, and greatly improves medicine washing efficiency.

Claims (16)

1. The on-line medicine washing device of the filtering system comprises a pressure pump, a medicine washing device and a filter element which are connected in series, wherein the medicine washing device is arranged on a pipeline at the front end of the filter element and is used for storing medicine and releasing medicine bodies under a set condition to clean the filter element; or the medicine storage bin provided with the cleaning medicine body is communicated with the water inlet pipeline of the filter element, and after the cleaning medicine body in the medicine storage bin is washed, the filter element is subjected to normal filtration; when the filter element is cleaned, at least one medicine storage bin filled with cleaning medicine is adjusted through the release mechanism, so that the medicine storage bin is communicated with the water inlet pipeline of the filter element, and the medicine storage bin not filled with the cleaning medicine is disconnected with the water inlet pipeline of the filter element.
2. The on-line medicine washing device of the filtering system according to claim 1, wherein the medicine storage bin is at least one medicine box filled with cleaning medicine bodies, each medicine box is connected in parallel, each medicine box is connected with the filter element in series through a pipeline, the release mechanism is a valve arranged on a water inlet side and a water outlet side of each medicine box, when the filter element performs normal filtering, the valves on the water inlet side and the water outlet side of the medicine box not filled with the cleaning medicine bodies are opened, and the valves on the water inlet side and the water outlet side of the medicine box filled with the cleaning medicine bodies are closed; or valves on the water inlet side and the water outlet side of at least one medicine box with the cleaning medicine body are opened, and after the cleaning medicine body in the medicine box is washed, the filter element carries out normal filtration; when the filter element is cleaned, valves on the water inlet side and the water outlet side of at least one medicine box with the cleaning medicine body are opened, and water firstly washes the medicine body out through the medicine box with the cleaning medicine body and then enters the filter element, so that the filter element is cleaned or/and soaked.
3. The on-line medicine washing device of the filtering system according to claim 2, wherein the valve is a manual valve or an electromagnetic valve or an electric valve or a pneumatic valve, and when the valve is an electromagnetic valve or an electric valve or a pneumatic valve, a controller is further arranged in the filtering system, the controller is connected with the electromagnetic valve or the electric valve or the pneumatic valve, and the controller controls the connection or disconnection of the pipeline under different states by controlling the electromagnetic valve or the electric valve or the pneumatic valve.

The on-line medicine washing device of a filtering system according to claim 1, wherein the release mechanism is a rotary tubular channel, a plurality of pipe fittings are arranged in the rotary tubular channel, butt joint holes for connecting the pipe fittings are oppositely arranged on the pipe wall of the rotary tubular channel, in the rotating process of the rotary tubular channel, the butt joint holes of the rotary tubular channel are repeatedly communicated with or disconnected from a filter element water inlet pipeline outside the rotary tubular channel, and a water inlet and a water outlet of at least one pipe fitting are respectively and simultaneously in sealing butt joint with the butt joint holes on two sides of the rotary tubular channel through rotating the rotary tubular channel; when the filter element performs normal filtration, the rotary tubular channel rotates to a position where the pipe fitting without the cleaning medicine body is in butt joint with the butt joint hole of the rotary tubular channel, and water enters the filtration system through the pipe fitting without the cleaning medicine body; when the filter element needs to be washed, the rotary tubular channel rotates to enable at least one pipe fitting with the cleaning medicine body to be communicated with the water inlet pipeline of the filter element, and water flow washes the cleaning medicine body in the pipe fitting into the filter system so as to clean or/and soak the filter element of the filter system.

The on-line medicine washing device of a filtering system according to claim 1, wherein the medicine storage bin is a tubular channel, a plurality of water inlet ends and water outlet ends of the tubular channels are coaxially arranged in the same plane and are respectively in arc-shaped arrangement, the release mechanism comprises an upper arc-shaped pipe and a lower arc-shaped pipe, a plurality of through holes are coaxially arranged along the radial direction of the pipe wall, the through holes on the upper arc-shaped pipe and the lower arc-shaped pipe are connected in series to a water inlet pipe of the filtering system, the tubular channel is rotatably arranged between the upper arc-shaped pipe and the lower arc-shaped pipe, when the tubular channel rotates, the water inlet end and the water outlet end of at least one tubular channel are respectively repeatedly connected with or disconnected with the through holes on the upper arc-shaped pipe and the through holes on the lower arc-shaped pipe, and the radian of the upper arc-shaped pipe and the lower arc-shaped pipe is the same;
when the filter element filters, the tubular channel which is not provided with the cleaning medicine body rotates to a position communicated with the water inlet pipeline of the filter element; when the filter element needs to be washed, the tubular channel filled with the cleaning medicine body rotates to a position communicated with the water inlet pipeline of the filter element, and water flow washes the cleaning medicine body in the tubular channel into the filter system so as to clean or/and soak the filter element of the filter system.
6. The on-line drug washing device of a filter system according to claim 4 or 5, wherein a limiting device is arranged at the joint of the tubular channel and the water inlet pipeline of the filter element.

The on-line medicine washing device of a filtering system according to claim 1, wherein the medicine storage bins are medicine boxes, each medicine box is sealed and arranged on one side of the same accommodating cavity side by side, the accommodating cavities are connected in series to a water inlet pipeline of the filter element, the release mechanism is a bolt-shaped ejector pin fixed on the other side of the accommodating cavity, the bolt-shaped ejector pin is in sealing connection with the accommodating cavity, each bolt-shaped ejector pin is opposite to a corresponding medicine box, when the filter element filters, the bolt-shaped ejector pins are far away from the medicine boxes, the medicine boxes are sealed, no medicine flows out, and water flows into the filter element through the accommodating cavities; when the filter element is subjected to medicine washing, at least one bolt-shaped ejector pin is screwed into the medicine box, so that the bolt-shaped ejector pin pierces the medicine box, medicine flows out of the accommodating cavity, and water flow washes the cleaning medicine in the accommodating cavity into the filtering system, so that the filter element of the filtering system is cleaned or/and soaked.

The on-line drug washing device of a filter system according to claim 1, wherein the drug storage bin is a tubular channel, each tubular channel is connected with the side wall of the water inlet pipeline of the filter element, the release mechanism is an open-pore drug box arranged in the tubular channel, one end of the open-pore drug box, which is close to the water inlet pipeline of the filter element, is sealed with the inner wall of the tubular channel, so that water in the water inlet pipeline of the filter element cannot enter the tubular channel and the open-pore drug box, and the other end of the open-pore drug box is sealed with the inner wall of the tubular channel, so that water in the water inlet pipeline of the filter element cannot flow outwards after entering the tubular channel; one end of the perforated medicine box, which is away from the water inlet pipeline of the filter element, is in threaded sleeve joint with the inner wall of the tubular channel, and the perforated medicine box can be rotated to enter the water inlet pipeline of the filter element;
when the filter element filters, each perforated medicine box does not enter the water inlet pipeline of the filtering system, no medicine flows out, and water flows into the filter element through the water inlet pipeline of the filter element; when the filter element is subjected to medicine washing, the perforated medicine box is screwed into the water inlet pipeline of the filter element, medicine in the perforated medicine box enters the water inlet pipeline of the filter element, the medicine flows out, and water flows wash the cleaning medicine in the perforated medicine box into the filter system so as to clean or/and soak the filter element of the filter system.

The on-line medicine washing device of a filtering system according to claim 1, wherein the medicine washing device is composed of a cylindrical shell, a through hole which is arranged at the opposite end of the shell wall of the cylindrical shell and is communicated with a water inlet pipeline of the filter element, and a rotating shaft which is sleeved in the cylindrical shell, a plurality of annular grooves are arranged on the rotating shaft at intervals along the radial direction, any two adjacent annular grooves are sealed with the inner wall of the cylindrical shell through sealing elements, so that any two adjacent annular grooves are not communicated with each other, the release mechanism is a threaded rod which is connected with one end of the rotating shaft and extends to the outside of the cylindrical shell, a limiting piece is arranged on the threaded rod, the annular grooves are just aligned with the through hole on the shell wall of the cylindrical shell in the rotating process of the rotating shaft, one end of the cylindrical shell is in threaded connection with the threaded rod, the threaded rod is rotated to drive the rotating shaft to move in the cylindrical shell, and when the filter element is filtered, the threaded rod is rotated to enable the annular groove which is not filled with the cleaning medicine to be communicated with the water inlet pipeline of the filter element; when the filter element is subjected to medicine washing, the annular groove filled with the cleaning medicine is communicated with the water inlet pipeline of the filter element, and water flow washes the cleaning medicine in the annular groove into the filter system so as to clean or/and soak the filter element of the filter system.

An online medicine washing device of a filtering system as claimed in claim 1, comprising a pressure pump and a filter element which are connected in series, wherein a closed medicine box which can be used for adding medicine into the filter element from the outside according to the requirement is connected in series on a pipeline at the front end of the filter element; the left side and the right side of the closed medicine box are respectively provided with a through hole connected to the water inlet pipeline of the filter element in series, and when the closed medicine box is opened for adding medicine, water flow can still flow into the filtering system without stopping the machine for adding medicine.
11. An on-line drug washing method of a filtering system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) A plurality of medicine boxes are connected in parallel, each medicine box is connected in series with a filter element through a pipeline, and valves are arranged on the pipeline of the water inlet side and the water outlet side of each medicine box;
(2) When the filter element is used for normal filtration, valves on the water inlet side and the water outlet side of the medicine box without the cleaning medicine body are opened, the valves on the water inlet side and the water outlet side of the medicine box with the cleaning medicine body are closed, or the valves on the water inlet side and the water outlet side of at least one medicine box with the cleaning medicine body are opened, and after the cleaning medicine body in the medicine box is washed, the filter element is used for normal filtration;
(3) When the filter element is cleaned, valves on the water inlet side and the water outlet side of at least one medicine box with the cleaning medicine body are opened, and water firstly washes the medicine body out through the medicine box with the cleaning medicine body and then enters the filter element, so that the filter element is cleaned or/and soaked.
12. An on-line drug washing method of a filtering system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) A rotary tubular channel is arranged on a water inlet pipeline of the filter element, a plurality of pipe fittings are arranged in the rotary tubular channel, butt joint holes for connecting the pipe fittings are oppositely arranged on the pipe wall of the rotary tubular channel, in the rotating process of the rotary tubular channel, the butt joint holes of the rotary tubular channel are repeatedly communicated with or disconnected from a water inlet pipeline of the filter element outside the rotary tubular channel, and a water inlet and a water outlet of at least one pipe fitting are respectively and simultaneously in sealing butt joint with the butt joint holes at two sides of the rotary tubular channel through rotating the rotary tubular channel;
(2) When the filter element performs normal filtration, the rotary tubular channel rotates to the position where the pipe fitting of the non-cleaning medicine body is in butt joint with the butt joint hole of the rotary tubular channel, and water sequentially flows through the pipe fitting of the non-cleaning medicine body and the filter element;
(3) When the filter element needs to be washed, the rotary tubular channel rotates to enable at least one pipe fitting with the cleaning medicine body to be communicated with the water inlet pipeline of the filter element, and after the cleaning medicine body in the pipe fitting is washed, the filter element is filtered.
13. An on-line drug washing method of a filtering system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) The drug storage bin is a tubular channel, a plurality of water inlet ends and water outlet ends of the tubular channels are coaxially arranged in the same plane and are respectively in arc-shaped arrangement, the release mechanism comprises an upper arc-shaped pipe and a lower arc-shaped pipe, a plurality of through holes are coaxially arranged along the radial direction of the pipe wall, the through holes on the upper arc-shaped pipe and the lower arc-shaped pipe are connected in series to the water inlet pipeline of the filtering system, and when the tubular channels rotate, the water inlet end and the water outlet end of at least one tubular channel are respectively repeatedly connected with or disconnected from the upper arc-shaped pipe through hole and the lower arc-shaped pipe through hole, and the radians of the upper arc-shaped pipe and the radian of the lower arc-shaped pipe are the same;

(3) When the filter element needs to be washed, the tubular channel filled with the cleaning agent body rotates to a position communicated with the water inlet pipeline of the filter element, and after the cleaning agent body in the pipe fitting is washed, the filter element is filtered.
14. An on-line drug washing method of a filtering system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) A water inlet pipeline of the filter element is provided with a containing cavity which is connected in series to the water inlet pipeline of the filter element, a plurality of medicine boxes are sealed and arranged on one side of the containing cavity side by side, and bolt-shaped ejector pins which are in one-to-one correspondence with the single medicine boxes are fixedly arranged on the other side of the containing cavity;
(2) When the filter element filters, the bolt-shaped ejector pins are away from the medicine box, the medicine box is closed, no medicine flows out, and water flows into the filter element through the accommodating cavity;
(3) When the filter element is subjected to medicine washing, at least one pricking pin is screwed in the direction close to the medicine box, so that the bolt-shaped ejector pin pierces the medicine box, a medicine body flows out, flows into the filter element along with water flow, and the filter element is washed.
