The invention relates to a valve convenient for cleaning the interior, which can seal a water outlet pipe body 8 through a water outlet sealing device 9, seal a water inlet pipe body 16 through a water inlet sealing device 17, connect an external pumping device through a first water adding device 10, connect an external water supply device through a second water adding device 12, spray water into the water inlet pipe body 16 through the second water adding device 12 by the water supply device, the sprayed water can push a guide plate 13 to rotate, the guide plate 13 drives a brush 11 to rotate through a rotating shaft 14, the brush 11 can clean a group partition plate 15 through rotating, meanwhile, the water sprayed by the water supply device can also flush the internal spaces of a transition water pipe body 1, the water outlet pipe body 8 and the water inlet pipe body 16, the cleaned water is pumped out through the pumping device connected with the first water adding device 10, thereby quickly finishing the cleaning work of the interior of the valve, and the whole cleaning work is simple, the pipeline that need not dismantle the connection in the clearance process, the body that need not dismantle the valve, the work load is little, and work efficiency is high.
Principle of operation
During cleaning, the water outlet sealing device 9 and the water inlet sealing device 17 are firstly opened, the water outlet sealing device 9 is enabled to block the water outlet pipe body 8, the water inlet sealing device 17 is enabled to block the water inlet pipe body 16, meanwhile, the rotary disc 3 is rotated, the rotary rod 4 is enabled to drive the piston head 7 to be pulled out from the group partition plate 15, the brush 11 is arranged in the group partition plate 15, and at the moment, the transitional water pipe body 1, the water outlet pipe body 8 and the water inlet pipe body 16 are communicated. The structure of the water outlet sealing device 9 is the same as that of the water inlet sealing device 17, and the working principle is the same. When the water outlet pipe body 8 is opened, the sealing rotary disc 902 is rotated, the sealing rotary disc 902 can push the sealing rotary rod 904 to push the water outlet pipe body 8, the sealing rotary rod 904 can push the air bag 909 into the water outlet pipe body 8 in the pushing process, the vent pipe 903 is connected with external air supply equipment, the air supply equipment starts air supply work, the air supply equipment can blow the air bag 909 rapidly, the expanded air bag 909 can seal the outlet of the water outlet pipe body 8, and therefore the blocking work of the water outlet pipe body 8 is completed rapidly.
Then, the sealed tube 1004 of the first water adding device 10 and the second water adding device 12 of rotation play, the first water adding device 10 connects outside pumping equipment, the second water adding device 12 connects outside water supply equipment, water supply equipment sprays water in to the body of intaking 16 through the second water adding device 12, the hydroenergy that the blowout comes can promote guide plate 13 to rotate, guide plate 13 drives brush 11 through pivot 14 and rotates, brush 11 rotates and to clear up group's baffle 15, and simultaneously, the water that the water supply equipment blowout comes can also wash transition water body 1, play water body 8, the inner space of the body of intaking 16, the water after the clearance is managed to find time through the pumping equipment that first water adding device 10 connects, thereby accomplish the inside cleaning work of valve fast.

1. The valve convenient for cleaning the inside is characterized by comprising a transition water pipe body (1), wherein one side of the transition water pipe body (1) is fixedly connected with a water inlet pipe body (16), the other side of the transition water pipe body (1) is fixedly connected with a water outlet pipe body (8), the water inlet pipe body (16) is communicated with the water outlet pipe body (8) through the transition water pipe body (1), a group partition plate (15) is fixedly connected to the communicated part of the transition water pipe body (1) and the water inlet pipe body (16), a sealing plate (5) is fixedly connected in the transition water pipe body (1), a piston head (7) is arranged between the sealing plate (5) and the group partition plate (15), the piston head (7) is movably inserted into the group partition plate (15), and the top of the piston head (7) is connected with the bottom surface of the sealing plate (5) through a folding sealing sleeve (6);
the switch comprises a transition water pipe body (1), a switch fixing piece (2) is arranged at the top of the transition water pipe body (1), the switch fixing piece (2) is connected with the transition water pipe body (1) through a fixing wire, a rotary disc (3) is arranged at the top of the switch fixing piece (2), rotary rods (4) which are vertically distributed are fixedly connected to the bottom of the rotary disc (3), the rotary rods (4) penetrate through the switch fixing piece (2) and are in threaded connection with the switch fixing piece (2), the bottom of the rotary rods (4) sequentially penetrate through the switch fixing piece (2), the transition water pipe body (1), a sealing plate (5) and a folding sealing sleeve (6) and are connected to the top of a piston head (7), the rotary rods (4) push the piston head (7) to move up and down, a rotary shaft (14) is arranged at the bottom of the piston head (7), the top end of the rotary shaft (14) is rotatably inserted into the bottom of the piston head (7), a brush (11) is fixedly connected to the outer side of the middle of the rotary shaft (14), the bottom end of the rotating shaft (14) is fixedly connected with a guide plate (13) which is obliquely arranged;
the bottom of the water outlet pipe body (8) is spliced with a water outlet sealing device (9) and a first water adding device (10), the water outlet sealing device (9) can control the connection and disconnection of the water outlet pipe body (8), the inside of the water outlet pipe body (8) can be connected with an external space through the first water adding device (10), the bottom of the water inlet pipe body (16) is spliced with a second water adding device (12), a splicing opening of the second water adding device (12) corresponds to the guide plate (13), the inside of the water inlet pipe body (16) can be connected with the external space through the second water adding device (12), the top of the water inlet pipe body (16) is spliced with a water inlet sealing device (17), and the water inlet sealing device (17) can control the connection and disconnection of the water inlet pipe body (16).

The valve convenient for cleaning the inside of the water outlet pipe body of the valve according to claim 1, wherein the transition water pipe body (1), the switch fixing member (2), the rotary disc (3), the rotary rod (4), the sealing plate (5), the water outlet pipe body (8), the guide plate (13), the rotary shaft (14), the group partition plate (15) and the water inlet pipe body (16) are all made of stainless steel materials.

4. A valve for facilitating cleaning of the inside according to claim 3, characterized in that the outlet pipe body (8) is manufactured in one piece with the transition water pipe body (1).
5. A valve convenient for cleaning the inside according to claim 4, characterized in that the sealing plate (5), the group partition plate (15) and the water inlet pipe body (16) are connected with the transition water pipe body (1) by welding.
6. A valve for facilitating cleaning of the inside according to claim 2, characterized in that the rotary disc (3) is made in one piece with the rotary rod (4), and the rotary disc (3) is of a circular disc structure.
7. A valve for facilitating the cleaning of the inside according to claim 1, characterized in that the folding sealing sleeve (6) and the piston head (7) are made of rubber material, and the piston head (7) is of a cone-shaped structure.

The valve convenient for cleaning the interior of the water outlet pipe body of claim 1, wherein the water outlet sealing device (9) and the water inlet sealing device (17) have the same structure, the water outlet sealing device (9) comprises a fixed housing (901), the fixed housing (901) is inserted into the water outlet pipe body (8), an insertion groove (907) is formed in the bottom of the fixed housing (901), the insertion groove (907) is communicated with the interior of the water outlet pipe body (8), a sealing turntable (902) is arranged on the top of the fixed housing (901), sealing rotating rods (904) vertically distributed are fixedly connected to the bottom of the sealing turntable (902), the bottom end of each sealing rotating rod (904) penetrates through the fixed housing (901) to be inserted into the insertion groove (907), an air bag (909) is arranged in the insertion groove (907), and the air bag (909) is connected to the bottom end of each sealing rotating rod (904) through an inflation joint (908), the air bag is characterized in that a vent pipe (903) is inserted in the sealing rotating rod (904), one end of the vent pipe (903) penetrates through the sealing rotating rod (904) and the air inflation connector (908) in sequence to be communicated with the air bag (909), and the other end of the vent pipe (903) is connected with an external air supply device.
