Abstract

本发明旨在提供一种具有优异的成型加工性、热性能和机械性能的链状脂肪族聚酰胺树脂及其制备方法。其主要技术特征如下:一种含有聚醚二胺嵌段的链状脂肪族聚酰胺树脂,所述聚醚二胺嵌段的结构如式I所示,上述式I中a、b、及c为各自相同或不同的正数,R1、R2、及R3为各自相同或不同的氢或碳原子数1以上且10以下的烷基;所述聚醚二胺嵌段的数均分子量为500以上且小于1500且聚醚二胺嵌段在链状脂肪族聚酰胺树脂中的含量为链状脂肪族聚酰胺树脂总重量的0.5以上且15wt%以下;将所述链状脂肪族聚酰胺树脂以96wt%硫酸为溶剂配制成浓度为0.01g/ml的链状脂肪族聚酰胺树脂溶液时,在25℃下测定的相对粘度ηr为1.1以上且4.0以下。
