In practical application, the recycling point can be used as a previous station of the cleaning and disinfection point, namely, reusable tableware recycled by recycling personnel can be placed at the recycling point firstly, the recycling point classifies the reusable tableware and performs primary cleaning and disinfection, then the reusable tableware is conveyed to the cleaning and disinfection point, and the cleaning and disinfection point performs deep cleaning and disinfection; or, when the quantity of multiplexing food and beverage apparatus is less, the recovery point can directly be categorised and disinfection in depth, when the quantity of multiplexing food and beverage apparatus is great and surpass the bearing scope of recovery point, in order to guarantee the normal circulation of multiplexing food and beverage apparatus, the recovery point can convey a large amount of multiplexing food and beverage apparatus to clean disinfection point, carry out all-round, disinfection in depth and classification to a large amount of multiplexing food and beverage apparatus by clean disinfection point.
In the application scenario shown in fig. 6, if the rental subject (consumer or main body for using food and beverage utensil) rents the reusable food and beverage utensil directly or indirectly from the recycling point, the cleaning and disinfection point or the rental cabinet, the payment and return process of the deposit is as follows:
the operation service platform deducts corresponding expenses (including deposit, further including usage fee) from the account of the leasing object or pushes a leasing order including the expenses needing to be paid to the leasing object according to the specific situation (such as the type, the quantity or the duration of the catering appliances) of the leasing object leasing the reusable catering appliances so as to complete the payment of the expenses. When the corresponding fee is deducted or the corresponding fee is paid, the renting object can rent the reusable catering utensils. And if the subsequent renting object returns the reusable catering tools rented by the subsequent renting object, the operation service platform returns a certain fee to the renting object, wherein the returned fee is less than or equal to the deposit paid during renting.
In the application scenario shown in fig. 6, if the consumer directly purchases the food required by the main body of the food and beverage appliance, or the consumer orders the food and beverage appliance by using the main body through the operation service platform, other takeout platforms, or by telephone, the related deposit payment and refund process is as follows:
when the main body of the catering tool is used for ordering and reusing the catering tool, the main body of the catering tool needs to pay a certain fee to the operation service platform, and the fee paid by the main body of the catering tool at least comprises a deposit and further can comprise a use fee and/or a guarantee fee;
when a consumer orders or purchases food from the main body of the tableware, the consumer needs to pay a certain fee to the main body of the tableware, and the fee paid by the consumer can comprise the food fee, the deposit of the reusable tableware and the use fee of the tableware;
when the consumer returns the reusable food and beverage utensils used by the consumer to a recycling person, a recycling cabinet, a recycling point or a cleaning and disinfecting point, the operation service platform returns a certain fee to the account of the consumer, and the returned fee is less than the deposit paid by the consumer and can be found by the consumer. It should be noted that, when a consumer returns the reusable food and beverage utensils used by the consumer to a recycling person, the consumer may initiate a recycling request, the recycling person selected by the consumer or a recycling person specified by the operation service platform or a recycling person specified by the recycling control platform is recycled at home, and when the recycling person recycles the reusable food and beverage utensils to a recycling point or a cleaning and disinfecting point, the operation service platform or the recycling control platform may issue a certain recycling reward to an account corresponding to the recycling person, and further, the recycling reward may be presented.
In the application scenario shown in fig. 6, the reusable eating utensil may include tableware and/or drinking utensils, wherein the tableware may include, but is not limited to, at least one of reusable meal boxes, reusable dishes, reusable chopsticks, reusable spoons, reusable cutlery, reusable tables, reusable chairs, reusable seasoning boxes, reusable barbecues, reusable cooking utensils, and reusable other types of utensils, and the drinking utensils may include, but is not limited to, at least one of reusable drinking cups, reusable bottles, reusable soup boxes, and reusable other types of containers, and embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto. The reusable catering tool can be independent or complete, and each reusable catering tool is provided with a unique identification code under the condition that the reusable catering tool is independent; under the condition that the reusable catering utensils are a set, each set of reusable catering utensils is provided with a unique main identification code, and further each reusable catering utensil included in the set of reusable catering utensils is provided with a unique sub-identification code corresponding to the unique main identification code, so that the corresponding sub-identification code can be determined according to the main identification code, and the corresponding main identification code can also be determined according to the sub-identification code. The operation service platform and the recovery control platform can monitor the circulation process of the reusable catering utensils and related information in the process of the circulation process according to the identification codes corresponding to the reusable catering utensils, so that the traceability information of the reusable catering utensils can be formed for inquiry. The identification code corresponding to the reusable catering appliance can be generated through the following mechanism:
encrypting the serial number of the reusable catering tool to obtain an encrypted code;
at least one random code of the three random codes is implanted into the encrypted code to obtain a tableware identification code corresponding to the reusable tableware, wherein the three random codes can comprise a position random code, a number random code and a character random code.
In the application scenario shown in fig. 6, when a consumer returns the reusable food and beverage utensil to a recycling cabinet (a large intelligent recycling cabinet or a micro mobile recycling cabinet), a kitchen remainder recycling device may be placed beside the recycling cabinet, and the consumer puts kitchen remainders (such as leftovers, soup, drinks not consumed or other garbage generated) in the reusable food and beverage utensil in the kitchen remainder recycling device. After placing the reusable food items in the recycling bin, the reusable food items in the recycling bin are subsequently transported by a unified recycling person to a recycling point or a cleaning and disinfection point.
In the application scenario shown in fig. 6, after the reusable food and beverage appliance is transported or returned to the recycling point or the cleaning and disinfecting point, the operation service platform can further verify the returning status of the reusable food and beverage appliance. Still further, the operation control platform can also verify at least one of the warehouse-in and warehouse-out records, the disinfection condition, the life cycle and the like of the reusable catering utensils.
In the application scenario shown in fig. 6, the recycling counter may be equipped with a monitoring probe to monitor the return behavior of the consumer, and the leasing counter may also be equipped with a monitoring probe to monitor the leasing behavior of the consumer. Furthermore, a display screen and/or a voice output device can be arranged on the recovery cabinet and the leasing cabinet, so that a warning message can be output when the monitoring probe detects abnormal behaviors. It should be noted that the recycling cabinets, the rental cabinets and the reusable catering utensils can all bear warning words.
In the application scenario depicted in fig. 6, the recycling cabinets, the recycling points, or the cleaning and disinfecting points may be fixedly set, or periodically and dynamically set according to the collected takeaway data, where the collected takeaway data refers to multidimensional data with takeaway behavior, and the operation service platform sets the recycling points, the recycling cabinets, or the cleaning and disinfecting points according to the places where people flow, consumption density, consumer habits, restaurant data, takeaway platform data, and the like are convenient for consumers to use, such as setting the recycling points in places with takeaway behavior, such as scenic spots, communities, office buildings, markets, airports, high-speed rail stations, schools, and the like.
Through the above description, the application scenario shown in fig. 6 can implement a closed-loop mode of S2B2C2S, a closed-loop mode of S2B2C2B2S, and a closed-loop mode of S2C2S, where S represents an operation management platform and a recycling control platform, B represents a catering tool usage subject, and C represents a consumer. Wherein, one of the service logic diagrams corresponding to the closed-loop mode of S2B2C2S may be as shown in fig. 7, and fig. 7 is a service logic diagram of the closed-loop mode of S2B2C2S disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention. The specific business process is as follows:
the catering tool using main body initiates a request for requesting to rent the reusable catering tool to the operation service platform; the operation service platform sends an instruction to the cleaning and disinfecting point according to a request sent by the catering tool using main body so as to instruct the cleaning and disinfecting point to distribute the reusable catering tool meeting the request of the catering tool using main body; the operation service platform responds to the request of the catering tool using main body to inform the catering tool using main body of delivering the reusable catering tool from the corresponding cleaning and disinfecting point;
after the distribution of the reusable catering appliances is completed, the cleaning and disinfecting point feeds back distribution information to the operation service platform, and can also feed back the real-time ex-warehouse condition, the real-time in-warehouse condition and the real-time inventory condition of the cleaning and disinfecting point to the operation service platform;
the consumer obtains the reusable food and beverage appliance by leasing the reusable food and beverage appliance to the main body of the food and beverage appliance or purchasing the food contained in the reusable food and beverage appliance; and, after use, the consumer can return the reusable food and beverage appliance to a nearby recycling point;
after the recovery point receives the reusable catering tool returned by the consumer, the kitchen waste in the reusable catering tool is recovered, the reusable catering tool is recovered and sorted, and the recovered reusable catering tool is conveyed to a cleaning and disinfecting point at regular time or irregular time;
the cleaning and disinfecting point disinfects the reusable catering utensils conveyed by the recovery point and feeds back the disinfection condition to the operation service platform.
The application scenario of the reusable catering tool is described above, and the following detailed description is made on the recycling process of the recycling cabinet of the reusable catering tool.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a recycling method of a reusable food and beverage utensil according to an embodiment of the present invention. Wherein the method may be performed by a recycling bin, as shown in fig. 1, the recycling method may comprise the steps of:

It should be noted that in the embodiments of the present invention, the target reusable food set is any reusable food set that needs to be circulated, the target reusable food set may include tableware and/or drinking utensils, wherein the tableware may include, but is not limited to, at least one of a reusable lunch box, a reusable dish, a reusable chopsticks, a reusable spoon, a reusable knife and fork, a reusable table, a reusable chair, a reusable condiment box, a reusable barbecue tool, a reusable cooking tool, and other types of reusable tools, and the drinkware may include, but is not limited to, at least one of a reusable beverage cup, a reusable bottle, a reusable soup box, and other types of reusable containers, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
It should be noted that in the embodiment of the present invention, the interactive terminal referred to herein may be understood as a service point providing processes, databases, and communication facilities. By way of example, an interactive terminal may refer to a single physical processor with associated communications and data storage and database facilities, or it may refer to an aggregation of networked or aggregated processors, associated networks, and storage devices, and operates on software and one or more database systems and application software that support the services provided by the interactive terminal. The interactive terminals may vary widely in configuration or performance, but the interactive terminals may generally include one or more central processing units and memory. The server also includes one or more mass storage devices, one or more power supplies, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces, one or more input/output interfaces, or one or more operating systems, such as Windows, Unix, Linux, FreeBSD, or the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, the recycling cabinet can be a large recycling cabinet suitable for being placed at a fixed position capable of providing a continuous power supply, the large recycling cabinet can comprise an interaction terminal, a sub recycling cabinet, an input device and a scanning device, wherein the input device can be an input keyboard or a touch screen panel, and further optionally, when a returning person returns a target reusable catering appliance through the large recycling cabinet, a recycling request can be input through the output device, and the target reusable catering appliance can also be placed under the scanning device, so that the scanning device scans the target reusable catering appliance, and further generates the recycling request.
For example, assuming that the return person needs to return the dishes to be returned, the renter may move to a recycling bin located near the renter's current location and enter a recycling request through an input device on the recycling bin.
Exemplarily, the renter can also place the tableware to be returned to a certain position of the recovery cabinet, the position is provided with a scanning device, the scanning device is used for scanning the tableware to be returned to the position and generating an identification result, and the recovery cabinet is used for generating a recovery request according to the identification result.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the large recycling cabinet may further include an illumination lamp, the scanning device includes an infrared detection sensor and an object platform disposed below the infrared detection sensor, and when the returning person brings the target reusable tableware close to the large recycling cabinet, the recycling method of the reusable tableware in an embodiment of the present invention further includes:
whether a returning person places the target reusable catering tool in the storage platform or not is detected, and if yes, the illuminating lamp is controlled to be turned on.
Therefore, after the angelica sinensis restorer places the target reusable tableware on the object placing platform, the illuminating lamp can be automatically turned on by the large-scale recovery cabinet, and the scanning device can scan the target reusable tableware conveniently.
In the embodiment of the invention, the recovery cabinet can be a miniature movable recovery cabinet suitable for movable placement, the miniature movable recovery cabinet can be provided with a miniature control mainboard with low power consumption, the miniature movable recovery cabinet corresponds to a unique identification code, when a restorer uses the miniature movable recovery cabinet, the restorer can scan a two-dimensional code of the recovery cabinet by using a mobile phone and then enter a page bound by the two-dimensional code, the restorer fills specific contents of a recovery request on the page, then sends the recovery request to a server through the page, and finally the server sends the recovery request to the recovery cabinet.
Optionally, the two-dimensional code of retrieving the cabinet can be bound with the IP address of retrieving the cabinet, and then the person who returns can use the cell-phone to scan the two-dimensional code of retrieving the cabinet for retrieve the cabinet and directly establish communication with the cell-phone of the person who returns, and then the person who returns directly sends the request of retrieving for retrieving the cabinet.
Therefore, the recovery cabinets of the embodiment of the invention have two types, namely a large recovery cabinet and a micro movable recovery cabinet, wherein the large recovery cabinet can be arranged in a place with continuous external power supply and dense people stream, so that more reusable catering utensils can be recovered simultaneously, the micro movable recovery cabinet can complete the opening action of the cabinet door of the recovery cabinet by adopting a micro main control board, the micro movable recovery cabinet does not need the continuous external power supply, and the micro movable recovery cabinet is suitable for the place with less people stream.

And controlling the corresponding recovery cabinet to be opened according to the recovery request triggered by the restorer, so that the restorer places the target reusable food and beverage appliance into the recovery cabinet to complete the recovery of the target reusable food and beverage appliance.
In the embodiment of the invention, the recovery cabinet is provided with a driving device (such as a servo motor and the like), and when the recovery cabinet receives the recovery request triggered by the detected return person, the driving device is driven to open the cabinet door.
In an optional embodiment, controlling the opening of the corresponding recycling bin according to the recycling request triggered by the refunder may include the following operations:
according to a target catering identifier of a target reusable catering tool, determining a target sub-recovery cabinet which is matched with the target catering identifier and has a storage space from all sub-recovery cabinets included in a recovery cabinet;

Further optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the target dining identifier of the reusable dining utensil may bind product information of the reusable dining utensil, and the product information of the reusable dining utensil may include production information of the reusable dining utensil, where the production information of the reusable dining utensil indicates data generated by the to-be-returned tableware in a production stage.
Still further optionally, the manufacturing information of the reusable food service item may include manufacturing address information, and/or manufacturer information, and/or manufacturing time information.
203. And displaying the catering identification corresponding to all reusable catering utensils to be returned for the returning person to confirm and select.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, the restaurant identification further includes lending time, and the specific manner of displaying all restaurant identifications corresponding to the reusable tableware to be returned may include the following operations:
sequencing all reusable catering utensils to be returned according to lending time;
and displaying the sequenced catering identifications corresponding to all reusable catering utensils to be returned in a display interface.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can be used for sequencing and displaying a plurality of reusable restaurants to be returned, so that the returners can read and confirm conveniently, and the user experience is improved.

In an alternative embodiment, the recycling request includes a cabinet identifier of the recycling cabinet, and after step 201 is performed and before step 202 is performed, the recycling method for reusable catering utensils may further include the following operations:
acquiring the statistical condition of the storage space of the recovery cabinet according to the cabinet identifier included in the recovery request;
when the statistical condition indicates that the recycling cabinet has a storage space meeting the recycling request, triggering step 205 to execute;

In the embodiment of the present invention, further optionally, the specific manner for determining whether the original dishes to be returned in the sub recycling bin are missing may be:
the total weight of all the tableware to be returned in the recovery cabinet after the current cabinet door is closed is differenced with the total weight of all the tableware to be returned in the recovery cabinet after the last cabinet door is closed, and a difference value is generated;
the difference is compared to a standard weight of the dishware and a loss cue is generated if the comparison indicates that the difference is greater than the standard weight of the dishware.
In yet another alternative embodiment, after completing step 202, the method for recycling reusable food service items may further comprise the following operations:
detecting whether a target reusable catering tool matched with the target catering identification is placed in the sub-recovery cabinet, and controlling the cabinet door of the sub-recovery cabinet to be closed when the detection result is yes;
determining real-time state information of the target reusable catering utensils when the returning person returns the target reusable catering utensils, wherein the real-time state information comprises at least one of the number of the target reusable catering utensils, the weight of the target reusable catering utensils, the volume of the target reusable catering utensils and the duration of the returning person using the target reusable catering utensils;
and determining the deposit amount of the target reusable catering utensils to be returned to the return person according to the real-time state information, and returning the deposit amount to the account corresponding to the return person.
In an embodiment of the invention, optionally, the real-time status information further includes a damage level of the target reusable dining utensil, the damage level includes one of an uncleaned level, a damaged level and a standard level, the uncleaned level is used for indicating that the target reusable dining utensil contains food residues, the damaged level is used for indicating that the structure of the target reusable dining utensil is damaged, and the standard level is used for indicating that the structure of the target reusable dining utensil is not damaged and the target reusable dining utensil does not contain food residues.
In the embodiment of the invention, optionally, if the damage grade of the target reusable tableware is 'unwashed', the deposit of the tableware is returned according to the first deposit return proportion; if the damage grade of the target reusable tableware is 'damaged', returning the deposit of the tableware according to a second deposit return proportion; if the damage level of the target reusable tableware is "Standard", the deposit of the tableware is returned according to the third deposit return rate.
In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the first deposit withdrawal rate may be 70%, the first deposit withdrawal rate may be 50%, and the third deposit withdrawal rate may be 100%. detecting a recovery request triggered by a restorer, wherein the recovery request is used for requesting the recovery of target reusable tableware to be restored by the restorer, when the target reusable tableware belongs to a set of tableware, the set of tableware is provided with a unique main identification code, each reusable tableware included in the set of tableware is provided with a unique sub-identification code corresponding to the unique main identification code, and the identification code corresponding to the target reusable tableware is used for monitoring the circulation process and information in the circulation process of the target reusable tableware so as to form traceability information of the target reusable tableware;
and controlling a corresponding recovery cabinet to be opened according to the recovery request triggered by the restorer, so that the restorer places the target reusable catering utensils in the recovery cabinet to complete the recovery of the target reusable catering utensils.
2. A recycling method according to claim 1, wherein the controlling the opening of the corresponding recycling bin according to the recycling request triggered by the restorer comprises:
according to a target catering identifier of the target reusable catering tool, determining a target sub-recovery cabinet which is matched with the target catering identifier and has a storage space from all sub-recovery cabinets included in the recovery cabinet;
and controlling the opening of a cabinet door of the target sub-recovery cabinet.
3. A recycling method according to claim 1, wherein after the recycling request triggered by the restorer controls the corresponding recycling cabinet to be opened, the recycling method further comprises:
judging whether the number of all reusable catering utensils stored in the recovery cabinet exceeds a preset threshold value or not, and generating recovery tasks aiming at all reusable catering utensils when the judgment result is yes, wherein the recovery tasks comprise recovery addresses, and the recovery addresses are the geographical positions of the recovery cabinet;
and dispatching the recovery task to a recovery person corresponding to the recovery task, so that the recovery person arrives at the recovery address to recover all the reusable catering utensils.
4. A recycling method according to claim 2, wherein after the recycling request triggered by the restorer controls the corresponding recycling cabinet to be opened, the method further comprises:
detecting whether the target reusable catering tools matched with the target catering identification are placed in the sub-recovery cabinet, and controlling the cabinet door of the sub-recovery cabinet to be closed when the detection result is yes;
determining real-time state information of the target reusable food and beverage appliance when the restorer returns the target reusable food and beverage appliance, wherein the real-time state information comprises at least one of the number of the target reusable food and beverage appliance, the weight of the target reusable food and beverage appliance, the volume of the target reusable food and beverage appliance and the duration of the restorer using the target reusable food and beverage appliance;
and determining the deposit amount of the target reusable catering utensils which needs to be returned to the refund person according to the real-time state information, and returning the deposit amount to the account corresponding to the refund person.
5. A recycling method according to claim 2, wherein after detecting the recycling request triggered by the refunder and before controlling the corresponding recycling cabinet to be opened according to the recycling request triggered by the refunder, the recycling method further comprises:
determining the identity of the restorer, and inquiring the catering identifiers of all reusable catering utensils to be restored corresponding to the restorer from a catering utensil information base according to the identity, wherein the catering identifiers of all reusable catering utensils to be restored comprise the target catering identifier;
displaying the catering identification corresponding to all the reusable catering utensils to be returned for the returning person to confirm and select;
whether a confirmation message triggered by the restorer aiming at the catering identifications corresponding to all the reusable catering utensils to be restored is received or not is detected, when the confirmation message is detected, the catering identification selected by the restorer from the catering identifications of all the reusable catering utensils to be restored is determined, the catering identification selected by the restorer from the catering identifications of all the reusable catering utensils to be restored is used as the target catering identification, and the operation of controlling the opening of the corresponding recovery cabinet according to the recovery request triggered by the restorer is triggered and executed.

The recycling method of claim 4, wherein the real-time status information further includes a damage rating of the target reusable eating utensil, the damage rating includes one of an uncleaned rating indicating that the target reusable eating utensil contains food waste, a damaged rating indicating that the target reusable eating utensil has a damaged structure, and a standard rating indicating that the target reusable eating utensil has no damaged structure and that the target reusable eating utensil does not contain food waste.
7. A recycling method according to any of the claims 1 to 6, wherein the recycling request comprises a bin identification of the recycling bin;
after detecting the recovery request triggered by the restorer and before controlling the corresponding recovery cabinet to be opened according to the recovery request triggered by the restorer, the method further comprises:
acquiring the statistical condition of the storage space of the recovery cabinet according to the cabinet identifier included in the recovery request;
when the statistical condition shows that the recovery cabinet has a storage space meeting the recovery request, triggering to execute the operation of controlling the corresponding recovery cabinet to be opened according to the recovery request triggered by the return person;
and, the method further comprises:
and when the statistical condition shows that the recovery cabinet does not have the storage space meeting the recovery request, determining the cabinet identifier of the other recovery cabinet which is closest to the recovery cabinet and has the storage space meeting the recovery request, and sending the cabinet identifier of the other recovery cabinet and the position of the other recovery cabinet to the return person.
8. A recycling apparatus for reusable food and beverage utensils, the recycling apparatus comprising:

a memory storing executable program code;
a processor coupled with the memory;
the processor calls the executable program code stored in the memory to execute the method for recycling reusable catering utensils according to any of claims 1-7.
