The screening module 405 may be further configured to screen out, when the detecting module 404 determines that the target information matching the query request is not all publicable to the querier, a part of information publicable to the querier from the target information matching the query request.
The generating module 406 may be further configured to generate a query response including the portion of information.
The pushing module 407 may further include pushing a query response including the part of information to the terminal device that sent the query request.
It can be seen that, the information tracing device for the reusable food and beverage appliance described in fig. 5 can also feed back the tracing information of the reusable food and beverage appliance to the user according to the requirement of the user, so that the user can know the circulation condition of the reusable food and beverage appliance, and the food and beverage safety of the user can be further ensured. In addition, certain inquiry authority can be set for the traceability information of the catering utensils while the information of the catering utensils is traced, so that the safety of information tracing is improved.
In another optional embodiment, the detecting module 404 may be further configured to detect whether a circulation node in a circulation process of the certain target food and beverage appliance is updated, that is, detect whether the certain target food and beverage appliance circulates from a current circulation node to a new circulation node, and when it is detected that the circulation node is updated, determine an object identifier corresponding to the new circulation node. At this time, the pushing module 407 may be further configured to push the source tracing information of the certain target catering appliance to the object corresponding to the corresponding identifier.

In the embodiment of the present invention, when all the attention information includes the important attention information of the target user in terms of diet safety, the way for the statistics module 408 to count all the attention information of the target user in the circulation area of the certain target food and drink appliance is specifically:
detecting all search records of a target user in the diet safety aspect received by a search portal of a tracing platform and/or search portals of other search platforms establishing a cooperative relationship with the tracing platform within a preset time period (such as within 3 months or within half a year);
and judging whether the number of all the received search records exceeds a preset number threshold value or not, and determining all the received search records as all the attention information of the target users in the circulation area of a certain target catering tool when the number of all the received search records exceeds the preset number threshold value.
The calculating module 409 is configured to calculate proportions of users corresponding to different pieces of attention information in all pieces of attention information in the target user.
The determining module 410 is configured to determine, from all the interest information, target interest information with a highest proportion of corresponding users among the target users.
In the embodiment of the present invention, it should be noted that, when all the attention information includes the important attention information of the target user with respect to the aspect of diet safety, the target attention information may also be determined in the following manner:
the determining module 410 obtains a hotspot ranking list of other clients and/or Web clients with search entries, which establish a cooperative relationship with the tracing platform, within a period of time;
the determining module 410 screens a plurality of pieces of information related to diet safety from all the acquired information included in all the hotspot leaderboards, and screens out the information with the highest frequency of occurrence from the plurality of pieces of information as the target attention information.

It can be seen that the information tracing apparatus for reusable catering utensils described in fig. 5 can also improve the reliability of the tracing information obtained by combining to meet the needs of the user by counting the attention points of the user on the reusable catering utensils.
In yet another optional embodiment, the determining module 410 may be further configured to determine, when the first determining module 411 determines that the preset information of a certain target food and beverage appliance in the circulation process does not include the target attention information, a target circulation node identifier of a circulation node corresponding to the certain target food and beverage appliance in the circulation process, where the circulation node identifier includes information of the same type as the information of the target attention information, and an object identifier of the target circulation node.
The pushing module 407 may be further configured to send a target attention information reporting instruction to the terminal device matched with the target circulation node identifier and the object identifier, so as to instruct the terminal device matched with the target circulation node identifier and the object identifier to report information of the same information type as the target attention information.

The pushing module 407 may be further configured to issue a circulation prohibition instruction and a recycling instruction for the certain target catering appliance when the detecting module 404 determines that the number of times of continuously not receiving the information with the same information type as the target attention information exceeds a preset number threshold.
In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the information tracing apparatus for reusable catering utensils may further include:
a second determining module 412, configured to, after the combining module 402 performs a combining operation on preset information of a certain target catering appliance in a circulation process to obtain traceability information of the certain target catering appliance, determine whether the traceability information of the certain target catering appliance meets preset circulation rules;
the storage module 403 is specifically configured to:
when the second determining module 412 determines that the traceability information of a certain target catering appliance meets the preset circulation rule, the traceability information of the certain target catering appliance is stored, so that a user of the certain target catering appliance can inquire the traceability information of the certain target catering appliance.

In this optional embodiment, further optionally, the marking module 413 is further configured to mark a certain target dining utensil as a dining utensil whose circulation is suspended when the second determining module 412 determines that the source tracing information of the certain target dining utensil does not meet the preset circulation rule. As shown in fig. 5, the information tracing apparatus for reusable catering utensils may further include:
a sending module 414, configured to send a circulation suspension instruction to a terminal device corresponding to a current location of a certain target food and beverage appliance when the second determining module 412 determines that the source tracing information of the certain target food and beverage appliance does not meet the preset circulation rule.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the circulation suspension instruction may include a unique identifier of a certain target food and beverage utensil, and is used to instruct the terminal device to suspend circulation of the used object with the food and beverage utensil matched with the identifier included in the circulation suspension instruction.
Optionally, the second determining module 412 may be further configured to, when it is determined that the traceability information of a certain target catering appliance does not conform to the preset circulation rule, determine whether there are catering appliances whose traceability information does not conform to the preset circulation rule in other catering appliances at the current location, and if not, trigger the sending module 414 to execute the operation of sending the circulation suspension instruction to the terminal device corresponding to the current location of the certain target catering appliance; if so, the sending module 414 is triggered to execute the operation of sending the circulation suspension instruction to the terminal device corresponding to the current location of the target catering appliance, and at this time, the circulation suspension instruction may further include the unique identifier of each catering appliance whose corresponding tracing information does not meet the preset circulation rule. The terminal device corresponding to the current position of a certain target catering tool is one of a terminal device corresponding to a merchant selling the meal contained in a certain catering tool, a terminal device corresponding to a user purchasing the meal contained in a certain catering tool and a terminal device corresponding to a user renting a certain catering tool.
Still further optionally, the preset information in the circulation process further includes recycling information of a certain target catering tool and disinfection information of a certain target catering tool. The specific way for the second determining module 412 to determine whether the traceability information of a certain target catering appliance meets the preset circulation rule may be:
judging whether the disinfection information of a certain target catering tool indicates that the certain target catering tool is disinfected or not;
when the disinfection information of a certain target catering tool indicates that the certain target catering tool is disinfected, judging whether the latest recovery time included in the recovery information of the certain target catering tool is earlier than the latest disinfection time included in the disinfection information of the certain target catering tool;
when the latest recovery time is earlier than the latest disinfection time, determining the time length between the latest recovery time and the latest disinfection time, and judging whether the time length exceeds a preset time threshold value or not;
and when the time length is judged not to exceed the preset time length threshold value, determining that the source tracing information of a certain target catering tool conforms to the preset circulation rule.
Optionally, the recycling information of a certain target catering appliance further includes at least one of a historical recycling address of a certain target catering appliance, a historical recycling person identifier of a certain target catering appliance, a historical recycling time of a certain target catering appliance, a historical type of meal contained in a certain target catering appliance, a historical merchant identifier corresponding to a certain target catering appliance, a historical user identifier corresponding to a certain target catering appliance, and a historical recycling mode of a certain target catering appliance.
Further optionally, the disinfection information of a certain target catering appliance further includes at least one of a disinfection address of a certain target catering appliance, a total disinfection frequency of a certain target catering appliance, a disinfection process of a certain target catering appliance, a disinfection duration of a certain target catering appliance, a disinfection responsible person identifier of a certain target catering appliance, and direction information of a disinfected certain target catering appliance.
It can be seen that the information tracing device for reusable tableware depicted in fig. 5 can also reduce the probability of continuous circulation of unqualified reusable tableware by means of setting a circulation pause tag for the reusable tableware which does not conform to the preset circulation rule (such as circulation is not disinfected after recovery), and further by means of sending circulation pause knowledge to the corresponding user, thereby ensuring the safety of the reusable tableware. And can also restrain the disinfection condition (whether disinfection and disinfection time) before circulation after recovery, can guarantee repeatedly usable's tableware's health from the source, and then ensured the food and drink security of the user who uses repeatedly usable's tableware, be favorable to repeatedly usable's popularization of tableware, and then be favorable to improving repeatedly usable's use viscosity.

Claims (10)

1. An information tracing method for reusable catering utensils, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that preset information of a certain target catering tool in the circulation process is collected, the certain target catering tool is any reusable catering tool needing to be circulated, and the circulation process is composed of different circulation nodes;
performing a combination operation on preset information of the certain target catering tool in the circulation process to obtain the source tracing information of the certain target catering tool;
storing the source tracing information of the certain target catering tool, so that a user of the certain target catering tool can inquire the source tracing information of the certain target catering tool;
the preset information in the circulation process at least comprises source information of a certain target catering appliance, the source information of the certain target catering appliance comprises node information corresponding to at least one circulation node before a current circulation node of the certain target catering appliance, and the node information corresponding to the circulation node comprises at least one of the type of an object corresponding to the circulation node, an identifier of the object corresponding to the circulation node, an address of the object corresponding to the circulation node, a qualification certification file of the object corresponding to the circulation node and the registration age of the object corresponding to the circulation node;
and before the preset information of the certain target catering tool in the circulation process is combined to obtain the source tracing information of the certain target catering tool, the method further comprises the following steps:
judging whether the collected preset information of the certain target catering tool in the circulation process comprises the source information of the certain target catering tool, and triggering and executing the combined operation on the preset information of the certain target catering tool in the circulation process to obtain the source tracing information of the certain target catering tool when the judgment result is yes; and when the judgment result is negative, determining the reason that the source information of the certain target catering tool is not acquired, and when the reason shows that the certain target catering tool does not flow through the corresponding flow node, determining that the certain target catering tool has abnormal flow, and recording the identifier of the certain target catering tool.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
detecting whether an inquiry request of tracing information aiming at the certain target catering appliance is received or not;
when the query request is detected, screening target information matched with the query request from the tracing information of a certain target catering appliance;
and generating a query response comprising the target information, and pushing the query response to the terminal equipment sending the query request.
3. The method for tracing information source of reusable catering utensils according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the method further comprises:
counting all attention information of target users in a circulation area of a certain target catering tool, wherein the target users comprise all users who use reusable catering tools in the circulation area, and the all attention information comprises important attention information of each user in the target users for the source tracing information of the reusable catering tools used by the user;
calculating the proportion of users corresponding to different attention information in all the attention information in the target user;
determining target attention information with the highest proportion of corresponding users in the target users from all the attention information;
after the preset information of a certain target catering tool in the circulation process is collected and before the preset information of the certain target catering tool in the circulation process is combined to obtain the source tracing information of the certain target catering tool, the method further comprises the following steps:
judging whether preset information of a certain target catering tool in the circulation process comprises the target attention information or not;
and when the preset information of the certain target catering tool in the circulation process is judged to comprise the target attention information, triggering and executing the preset information of the certain target catering tool in the circulation process to execute combined operation, so as to obtain the source tracing information of the certain target catering tool.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the step of performing a combination operation on the preset information of the target catering appliance in the circulation process to obtain the source tracing information of the target catering appliance further comprises:
judging whether the tracing information of the certain target catering appliance meets a preset circulation rule or not;
when the traceability information of the certain target catering tool is judged to accord with the preset circulation rule, the traceability information of the certain target catering tool is stored, and a user of the certain target catering tool inquires the traceability information of the certain target catering tool;
and, the method further comprises:
and when the traceability information of the certain target catering tool is judged to accord with the preset circulation rule, marking the certain target catering tool as a sustainable circulation catering tool.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
when the tracing information of the certain target catering tool is judged to be not in accordance with the preset circulation rule, marking the certain target catering tool as a circulation suspension catering tool, and sending a circulation suspension indication to the terminal equipment corresponding to the current position of the certain target catering tool;
the terminal device corresponding to the current position of the certain target catering tool is one of a terminal device corresponding to a merchant selling the food contained in the certain target catering tool, a terminal device corresponding to a user purchasing the food contained in the certain target catering tool and a terminal device corresponding to a user renting the certain target catering tool.
6. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the preset information during circulation further includes recycling information of the target catering tool and disinfection information of the target catering tool;
the judging whether the traceability information of the certain target catering tool accords with a preset circulation rule or not comprises the following steps:
judging whether the disinfection information of the certain target catering tool indicates that the certain target catering tool is disinfected or not;
when the disinfection information of the certain target catering tool indicates that the certain target catering tool is disinfected, judging whether the latest recovery time included in the recovery information of the certain target catering tool is earlier than the latest disinfection time included in the disinfection information of the certain target catering tool;
when the latest recovery time is earlier than the latest disinfection time, determining the time length between the latest recovery time and the latest disinfection time, and judging whether the time length exceeds a preset time threshold value or not;
and when the time length is judged not to exceed the preset time length threshold value, determining that the source tracing information of the certain target catering tool conforms to a preset circulation rule.

The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the recycling information of the target catering tool further includes at least one of a historical recycling address of the target catering tool, a historical recycling person identifier of the target catering tool, a historical recycling time of the target catering tool, a type of food historically contained in the target catering tool, a historical merchant identifier corresponding to the target catering tool, a historical user identifier corresponding to the target catering tool, and a historical recycling manner of the target catering tool;
the disinfection information of the certain target catering tool further comprises at least one of a disinfection address of the certain target catering tool, the total disinfection frequency of the certain target catering tool, a disinfection flow of the certain target catering tool, the disinfection duration of the certain target catering tool each time, a disinfection responsible person identifier of the certain target catering tool and the direction information of the disinfected certain target catering tool.
8. An information tracing device for reusable catering utensils, characterized in that the device comprises:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring preset information of a certain target catering tool in the circulation process, the certain target catering tool is any reusable catering tool needing to be circulated, the circulation process is composed of different circulation nodes, the preset information in the circulation process at least comprises the source information of a certain target catering appliance, the source information of the certain target catering appliance comprises node information corresponding to at least one circulation node before the current circulation node of the certain target catering appliance, the node information corresponding to the circulation node comprises at least one of the type of an object corresponding to the circulation node, the identification of the object corresponding to the circulation node, the address of the object corresponding to the circulation node, a qualification document of the object corresponding to the circulation node and the registration age of the object corresponding to the circulation node;
the combination module is used for performing combination operation on preset information of the certain target catering appliance in the circulation process to obtain the source tracing information of the certain target catering appliance;
the storage module is used for storing the source tracing information of the certain target catering appliance, so that a user of the certain target catering appliance can inquire the source tracing information of the certain target catering appliance;
the device is further configured to, before the combination module performs a combination operation on preset information of the certain target catering appliance in the circulation process to obtain the traceability information of the certain target catering appliance, judge whether the collected preset information of the certain target catering appliance in the circulation process includes the source information of the certain target catering appliance, and when a judgment result is yes, trigger the combination module to perform the combination operation on the preset information of the certain target catering appliance in the circulation process to obtain the traceability information of the certain target catering appliance; and when the judgment result is negative, determining the reason that the source information of the certain target catering tool is not acquired, and when the reason shows that the certain target catering tool does not flow through the corresponding flow node, determining that the certain target catering tool has abnormal flow, and recording the identifier of the certain target catering tool.

a memory storing executable program code;
a processor coupled with the memory;
the processor calls the executable program code stored in the memory to execute the information tracing method of the reusable catering tool according to any one of claims 1-7.
