技术领域
本发明属于特种纸技术领域,具体的涉及一种高韧性无纺包覆纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前用纸张材料替代PVC,对于不断发展的装饰行业来说,已经成为常态,替换后可以在后期的处理上减轻对环境的危害,长期来看,在环保上也会对装饰纸做出选择。
同时,装饰行业不可缺少的会使用弧形、曲边等不规则的装修风格,使用装饰纸,可以提高装饰范围,以及能够达到色彩鲜艳稳定、图案丰富的装修效果。这将影响到装修材料的选用,对市场的需求量也会带来提高,为企业生产该种纸张带来良好的经济效益。但是,现有的PVC护边装饰纸含有三聚氰胺,其热固性的特点使得该装饰纸易脆、不耐折、对弧形等不规则边缘的装饰范围,造成使用局限性。因为亟需开发一种装饰纸,以满足装饰行业的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种高韧性无纺包覆纸。该高韧性无纺包覆纸纸张柔软、颜色均一、稳定、材料较PVC更为环保;本发明还提供了其制备方法。
本发明所述的高韧性无纺包覆纸,以质量分数计,原料组成如下:
其中:助剂是干强剂、湿强剂、分散剂、消泡剂、紫外吸收剂和抗氧化剂的混合物。
聚酯纤维是聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET。
胶黏剂是水性无毒胶黏剂;水性无毒胶黏剂是苯丙胶乳、丁苯胶乳、聚氨酯树脂、三聚氰胺或聚乙烯醇中的一种或几种。
对于胶粘结的纸张,如果胶的分散性不均匀,以及压纸过程中的受力不均匀,会带来起泡的问题,对纸张的装饰效果会带来很大影响。因此,采用在一定程度上提高纸张的透气度,释放内部起泡的胶黏剂。另外,采用流动性好的胶黏剂,有助于提高纸张的平整度。
以质量分数计,助剂组成如下:
分散剂是聚羧酸氨盐水溶液、阴离子型聚丙烯酸钠盐水溶液或含酸性基团的共聚物二甲苯溶液中的一种或几种。
干强剂是改性淀粉、阳离子丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酰胺或阳离子丙烯酰胺中的一种或几种。
其中改性淀粉为阳离子淀粉。
湿强剂是聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷PAE或聚酰胺聚环氧氯丙烷树脂中的一种或两种。
抗氧化剂是丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯或叔丁基对苯二酚中的一种或几种。
消泡剂是聚二甲基硅氧烷。
紫外吸收剂是水杨酸脂类吸收剂。
湿强剂树脂含有胺基、环氧基等阳性离子,纤维素表面含有羟基、羧基等,湿强剂树脂能够与纤维素交联。
干强剂分散在纤维之间增加了纤维间成键数量,从而达到提高纸张强度的目的。干强剂含有接在主链环上的阳离子基团,这样就增加了聚合物和纤维间的结合力,提高了聚合物的留着性。
抗氧化剂和紫外吸收剂共同混合使用,提高纸张的耐晒性能和白度。
本发明所述的高韧性无纺包覆纸的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆投入打浆机中加水稀释打浆,控制打浆度为21-23°SR;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物料与聚酯纤维和助剂混合,搅拌混合1-2h后,将混合浆料经斜网纸机抄造、烘干,得半成品原纸;
(3)胶黏剂投入五倍于其重量份的水中,高速搅拌使其完全混合均匀,得到施胶机浸渍液,再经干燥、表面压光整饰、卷取后即得原纸成纸。
步骤(3)中施胶机将浸渍液通过压力,压入纸张内部和表面,浸渍液中的胶乳具有羧基、羟基等基团与纤维素发生交联,提高强度。
其中:步骤(1)中所述的漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆投入打浆机中加水稀释打浆,具体是漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆加入到水力碎浆机内充分碎解,达到4-5%的质量浓度,将碎解好的漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆分别使用磨片和大锥度疏解机将纤维切断、分丝帚化,磨浆至需要的打浆度。
本发明所述的高韧性无纺包覆纸的制备方法,需要对漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆进行前处理,采用磨片和疏解机进行纤维处理。

本发明所述的高韧性无纺包覆纸原料中采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET,配合斜网的布浆方式,使得生产出的纸张不仅手感柔软,而且耐折,在韧度上有很大的提高;胶黏剂中采用三聚氰胺树脂或者聚氨酯树脂对纸张进行处理,使纸张取得施胶后强度以及疏水特性,起到防水作用;在原料中添加抗氧化剂和紫外吸收剂共同混合使用,提高纸张的耐晒性能和白度。
本发明所述的高韧性无纺包覆纸的制备方法工艺路线如下:
碎浆→打浆→混合加填→化浆工段来浆→稳浆箱→除渣器→流浆箱→斜网部→压榨部→烘干部→施胶机→烘箱→压光机→卷纸机→复卷机→包装。

本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明所述的高韧性无纺包覆纸,纸张柔软、颜色均一、稳定、材料较PVC更为环保,扩大了装饰纸的使用范围,手感亲和自然。

(3)本发明所述的高韧性无纺包覆纸,透气度高、环保低碳,解决了石膏板间拼接缝开裂的问题,既保证了好的透气性,在能很好的避免起层的前提下又不至于强度低,影响拼接缝效果。

本实施例3所述的高韧性无纺包覆纸,以质量分数计,原料组成如下:
其中:聚酯纤维是聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET。
胶黏剂聚乙烯醇。
以质量分数计,助剂组成如下:
分散剂是聚羧酸氨盐水溶液。
干强剂是阳离子淀粉。
湿强剂是聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷PAE。
抗氧化剂是二丁基羟基甲苯。
消泡剂是聚二甲基硅氧烷。
紫外吸收剂是水杨酸脂类吸收剂。
本实施例3所述的高韧性无纺包覆纸的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆加入到水力碎浆机内充分碎解,达到 5%的质量浓度,将碎解好的漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆分别使用磨片和大锥度疏解机将纤维切断、分丝帚化,磨浆至打浆度为23°SR;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物料与聚酯纤维和助剂混合,搅拌混合2h后,将混合浆料经斜网纸机抄造、烘干,得半成品原纸;
(3)胶黏剂投入五倍于其重量份的水中,高速搅拌使其完全混合均匀,得到施胶机浸渍液,再经干燥、表面压光整饰、卷取后即得原纸成纸。
对实施例3制备的高韧性无纺包覆纸进行性能检测,检测结果如下:
定量:50g/m2
厚度:0.15mm
纵向干拉力:50N/1.5cm
透气度:小于1s
柔软度:横向柔软度103mN/5cm;纵向柔软度360mN/5cm
颜色均一、稳定。

Claims (10)

1.一种高韧性无纺包覆纸,其特征在于:以质量分数计,原料组成如下:
助剂是干强剂、湿强剂、分散剂、消泡剂、紫外吸收剂和抗氧化剂的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高韧性无纺包覆纸,其特征在于:聚酯纤维是聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高韧性无纺包覆纸,其特征在于:胶黏剂是水性无毒胶黏剂,水性无毒胶黏剂是苯丙胶乳、丁苯胶乳、聚氨酯树脂、三聚氰胺或聚乙烯醇中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高韧性无纺包覆纸,其特征在于:以质量分数计,助剂组成如下:
5.根据权利要求4所述的高韧性无纺包覆纸,其特征在于:分散剂是聚羧酸氨盐水溶液、阴离子型聚丙烯酸钠盐水溶液或含酸性基团的共聚物二甲苯溶液中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求4所述的高韧性无纺包覆纸,其特征在于:干强剂是改性淀粉、阳离子丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酰胺或阳离子丙烯酰胺中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求4所述的高韧性无纺包覆纸,其特征在于:湿强剂是聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷或聚酰胺聚环氧氯丙烷树脂中的一种或两种。
8.根据权利要求4所述的高韧性无纺包覆纸,其特征在于:抗氧化剂是丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯或叔丁基对苯二酚中的一种或几种;消泡剂是聚二甲基硅氧烷;紫外吸收剂是水杨酸脂类吸收剂。
9.一种权利要求1所述的高韧性无纺包覆纸的制备方法,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆投入打浆机中加水稀释打浆,控制打浆度为21-23°SR;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物料与聚酯纤维和助剂混合,搅拌混合1-2h后,将混合浆料经斜网纸机抄造、烘干,得半成品原纸;
(3)胶黏剂投入五倍于其重量份的水中,高速搅拌使其完全混合均匀,得到施胶机浸渍液,再经干燥、表面压光整饰、卷取后即得原纸成纸。
10.根据权利要求9所述的高韧性无纺包覆纸的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述的漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆投入打浆机中加水稀释打浆,具体是漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆加入到水力碎浆机内充分碎解,达到4-5%的质量浓度,将碎解好的漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆分别使用磨片和大锥度疏解机将纤维切断、分丝帚化,磨浆至需要的打浆度。
