本发明涉及化妆品领域,具体涉及一种保湿抗皱化妆品。
背景技术
永葆青春是每个人的梦想和追求。随着全球人口老龄化问题的日益凸显,抗衰老成为人们热衷的话题。
衰老是人体机能变缓的必然结果,皮肤和外貌的衰老其最为直观的表现。皮肤老化现象主要表现在以下方面:(1)衰老的皮肤表皮细胞间连接疏松,水合能力下降。新生儿的皮肤含水量最多,随人体机能逐渐老化,皮肤的水合能力也下降,皮肤中含水量也逐渐下降,老年人皮肤含水量仅是正常青年人的75%,因此常表现为皮肤干燥。(2)皮肤的厚度随着年龄的增加而逐渐变薄,到老年期表皮的颗粒层可萎缩至消失,表皮细胞生存期缩短。为此,保湿抗皱类化妆品深得中老年人消费喜爱,同时也成为研发化妆品的主要方向。
在专利CN105147591B中,公开了一种抗皱面霜及其制备方法。所述抗皱面霜包括丁二醇、棕榈酸乙基己酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、甘油、聚甘油-10、异壬酸乙基己酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、硬脂醇聚醚-21、鲸蜡硬脂醇、硬脂醇聚醚-2、丙烯酸(酯)类/丙烯酰胺共聚物、甜菜碱、牛油果树果脂、乳酸杆菌/石榴果发酵产物提取物、北极岩衣藻精华、海星精华、人参提取物、灵芝提取物、苹果提取物、生育酚乙酸酯等。本发明抗皱面霜渗透性好,易吸收,有效补水保湿,修复皮肤皱纹,抑制皱纹再生,延缓皮肤衰老。
在专利CN104856892B中,公开了一种富含生长因子的化妆品或护肤品制剂及其制备方法,本发明提供一种主要成分为细胞生长因子,小分子胜肽,水、油脂、表面活性剂、保湿剂、抗氧化剂、防腐剂组成的富含生长因子的化妆品或者护肤品制剂及其制备方法。该组合物制剂的配方间相互搭配不仅能加速皮肤细胞的新陈代谢,修复断裂的浅表皮层纤维细胞,对皮肤创面有突出的快速修复功能,而且还具有美白祛皱、镇静抗敏、柔肤、抗皱、增白、清爽、抗衰老、抗辐射、预防和减轻色斑等多种功效。
在专利 CN105125476B中,公开了一种抗皱精华液及其制备方法。所述抗皱精华液包括环聚二甲基硅氧烷、丁二醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚谷氨酸钠、甘油、丙二醇、聚甘油-10、双丙甘醇、赤藓醇、丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、生物糖胶-1、木糖醇、C20-22醇磷酸酯/C20-22醇、乳酸杆菌/石榴果发酵产物提取物、北极岩衣藻精华、海星精华、六肽-3、橙花精华、龙胆根提取物、熊果苷、牛奶蛋白、凝血酸等,其渗透性好,易吸收,有效补水保湿,修复皮肤皱纹,抑制皱纹再生,延缓皮肤衰老。
在发明CN103876947B中,公开了一种海参肽稳定制剂,由海参肽、低分子透明质酸、海藻糖和水组成,其中,各组分的质量浓度为:海参肽0.4~0.6%,超低分子透明质酸0.1~0.5%,海藻糖1~5%,余量为水;所述低分子透明质酸的分子量为5000~10000道尔顿。本发明的海参肽稳定制剂,可以保持海参肽液体的均一状态,状态稳定,营养价值丰富,保健效果好,具有抗皱、保湿、增强皮肤弹性等功效,可以作为食品或化妆品或保健品进行应用。
上述发明主要存在合成成份较多、对皮肤亲和性较差、保水能力不足、刺激性较大等缺陷。
发明内容
根据上述专利技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种保湿抗皱化妆品,其天然成分比例高、对皮肤亲和性较好、滋养保湿效果较好和无刺激性等优点。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种保湿抗皱化妆品,按重量份计,包括以下组分:百香果壳提取物5~15份、辣木籽提取物1~5份、玛咖提取物1~5份、多糖水溶液20~100份、青刺果油2~10份、核桃油1~5份、香叶木素1~3份、乳化剂1~6份、抗菌剂0.1~0.3份。
本发明中所述的百香果壳提取物采用如下步骤制备:
(1)将百香果壳剥下后进行清洗,将清洗过的百香果壳放置于破碎机中进行粉碎处理;
(2)在已粉碎的百香果壳中加入提取溶剂乙醇,进行浸泡处理,再加入到超声振荡器上进行超声破壁处理;
(3)对经过超声破壁处理的百香果壳进行温水浸泡处理,然后进行离心、过滤处理得到上清液,对所得上清液进行浓缩滤液处理得到百香果壳提取物。
本发明所述的辣木籽提取物采用乙醇体积分数60~80%、浸提温度70~80℃、料液比1∶10~15 g/mL、浸提时间0.5~1.5h制备获得。
本发明所述的玛咖提取物采用如下步骤制备:
(1)玛咖鲜根,低温干燥后粉碎,过40~60目筛获得玛咖粉;(2)以上述步骤1)中玛咖粉为原料,固液比1:10~20用水
提取,70~90℃下煎煮提取60~80min;
(3)将上述步骤2)中滤液再经低温冷冻离心机过滤,转速为1000~2000r/min,离心时间5~10min,收集上清液,即得玛咖提取物。
本发明所述的香叶木素采用如下步骤制备:
(1)以橙皮苷为原料,吡啶为溶剂,橙皮苷与溶剂的质量比为:1:5~15,加入辅料碘、碳酸钠、5~15%氢氧化钾溶液,与辅料的质量比为1:0.01~0.05: 0.02~0.05:0.1~0.2,反应温度为90~100℃、反应时间5~12h;
(2)以上述步骤1)中香叶木素反应液减压浓缩,加入纯化水充分搅拌,过滤,滤饼再加纯化水搅成糊状,沉淀,过滤,得到湿的香叶木素粗品;
(3)将上述步骤2)中溶解釜中加入溶剂,搅拌下加入香叶木素粗品,搅拌溶解,加入活性炭脱色,过滤,得滤液后待用;
(4)将上述步骤3)中香叶木素湿滤液用冰醋酸调节至中性后沉淀 5~10h,压滤,滤饼用纯化水洗涤,滤干;
(5)将上述步骤4)中香叶木素湿滤饼转移到双锥回转真空干燥机中在温度70~80℃干燥后即得香叶木素。
优选的,本发明所述的多糖水溶液采是将透明质酸、海藻酸钠、海藻酸钾、羧甲基纤维素、半纤维素中的一种或混合物溶于水获得,质量百分比浓度为3%。
优选的,本发明所述的乳化剂为氢化大豆卵磷脂。
优选的,本发明所述的乳化剂可用半纤维素替代。
优选的,本发明所述的乳化剂半纤维素其分子量不大于10000。
优选的,本发明所述的防腐剂为苯氧乙醇。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明采用百香果壳提取物作为优良的化妆品保湿抗氧化剂,对于补水抗皱效果显著。
(2)本发明中辣木籽提取物,提取中的辣木籽多酚已经被证明有极好的抗氧化功能。
(3)本发明中玛咖提取物,提取中含有玛咖的生物碱成分。生物碱是玛咖最为重要的活性成分之一,其中又以玛咖酰胺为主,可增强精力,并能消除更年期障碍、减缓老化。
(4) 本发明中多糖水溶液,有助于保湿、补水和抗衰老的作用。
(5)本发明中青刺果油可显著提高皮肤的水分, 具有很好的保湿护肤效果。
(6)本发明中核桃油中含有丰富的角鲨烯、黄酮类物质、多酚化合物,这些物质具有促进血液循环、活化身体细胞、消炎杀菌、降低血脂、胆固醇等功效,可以全面提高人体的自身免疫力,起到延缓衰老的功效。
(7)本发明中香叶木素有抗氧化、抗菌等功效,运用于化妆品具有清除DPPH自由基的作用。
(8)本发明中使用的乳化剂可用半纤维素替代,进一步减小了化妆品长期使用对皮肤的刺激性。

一种保湿抗皱化妆品,按重量份计,包括以下组分:百香果壳提取物5份、辣木籽提取物1份、玛咖提取物1份、多糖(透明质酸)水溶液20份、青刺果油2份、核桃油1份、香叶木素1份、乳化剂(氢化大豆卵磷脂)1份、抗菌剂(苯氧乙醇)0.1份。
一种保湿抗皱化妆品的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在纯水加入百香果壳提取物、辣木籽提取物、玛咖提取物升温搅拌至完全溶解,保温30min;
(2)在上述步骤1)中加入多糖水溶液搅拌均匀,得到组分A;
(3) 将青刺果油、核桃油、香叶木素和乳化剂合并加入并搅拌至完全溶解,形成油相混合物B;
(4) 将油相混合物B加入到组分A中,持续搅拌,温度升至55℃,维持10min,降温后加入抗菌剂即得到一种保湿抗皱化妆品。
实施例2
一种保湿抗皱化妆品,按重量份计,包括以下组分:百香果壳提取物15份、辣木籽提取物5份、玛咖提取物5份、多糖(透明质酸、海藻酸钠、海藻酸钾,质量比1:1:1)水溶液100份、青刺果油10份、核桃油5份、香叶木素3份、乳化剂(氢化大豆卵磷脂)6份、抗菌剂(苯氧乙醇)0.2份。
一种保湿抗皱化妆品的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在纯水中加入百香果壳提取物、辣木籽提取物、玛咖提取物后升温搅拌至完全溶解,保温30min;
(2)在上述步骤1)中加入多糖水溶液搅拌均匀,得到组分A;
(3) 将青刺果油、核桃油、香叶木素和乳化剂合并加入并搅拌至完全溶解,形成油相混合物B;
(4) 将油相混合物B加入到组分A中,持续搅拌,温度升至60℃,维持5min,降温后加入抗菌剂即得到一种保湿抗皱化妆品。
实施例3
一种保湿抗皱化妆品,按重量份计,包括以下组分:百香果壳提取物10份、辣木籽提取物3份、玛咖提取物3份、多糖(半纤维素)水溶液60份、青刺果油6份、核桃油3份、香叶木素2份、乳化剂(氢化大豆卵磷脂)4份、抗菌剂(苯氧乙醇)0.2份。
一种保湿抗皱化妆品的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在纯水加入百香果壳提取物、辣木籽提取物、玛咖提取物加热至65℃,搅拌溶解,作为A相;
(2)将多糖水溶液加热至70℃,搅拌均匀,保温20min,作为B相;
(3) 将青刺果油、核桃油、香叶木素和乳化剂合并加入并搅拌至完全溶解,形成油相混合物C相;
(4)将B相加入到A相中,搅拌均匀后保温70℃待用;
(5)将油相混合物C加入到A相中,持续搅拌,温度降至45℃,保温搅拌2h,降温后加入抗菌剂搅拌搅匀,室温时出料即得到一种保湿抗皱化妆品。
实施例4
一种保湿抗皱化妆品,按重量份计,包括以下组分:百香果壳提取物12份、辣木籽提取物2份、玛咖提取物3份、多糖(羧甲基纤维素、半纤维素,质量比1:1)水溶液40份、青刺果油4份、核桃油2份、香叶木素1份、乳化剂(氢化大豆卵磷脂)5份、抗菌剂(苯氧乙醇)0.2份。
一种保湿抗皱化妆品的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在纯水加入百香果壳提取物、辣木籽提取物、玛咖提取物加热至65℃,搅拌溶解,作为A相;
(2)将多糖水溶液加热至70℃,搅拌均匀,保温20min,作为B相;
(3)将青刺果油、核桃油、香叶木素和乳化剂合并加入并搅拌至完全溶解,形成油相混合物C相;
(4)将B相加入到A相中,搅拌均匀后保温70℃待用;
(5)再将油相混合物C相加入到A相中,持续搅拌,温度降至45℃,继续保温搅拌2h,降温后加入抗菌剂搅拌搅匀,室温时出料即得到一种保湿抗皱化妆品。
实施例5
一种保湿抗皱化妆品,按重量份计,包括以下组分:百香果壳提取物10份、辣木籽提取物3份、玛咖提取物4份、多糖(海藻酸钾)水溶液80份、青刺果油8份、核桃油5份、香叶木素2份、乳化剂(氢化大豆卵磷脂)2份、抗菌剂(苯氧乙醇)0.3份。
一种保湿抗皱化妆品的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在纯水加入百香果壳提取物、辣木籽提取物、玛咖提取物加热至70℃,搅拌溶解,作为A相;
(2)将多糖水溶液加热至70℃,搅拌均匀,保温10min,作为B相;
(3)将青刺果油、核桃油、香叶木素和乳化剂合并加入并搅拌至完全溶解,形成油相混合物C相;
(4)将B相加入到A相中,搅拌均匀后保温75℃待用;
(5) 将油相混合物C相加入到A相中,持续搅拌,温度降至50℃,保温搅拌1h,降温后加入抗菌剂搅拌搅匀,室温时出料即得到一种保湿抗皱化妆品。
实施例6
一种保湿抗皱化妆品,按重量份计,包括以下组分:百香果壳提取物12份、辣木籽提取物3份、玛咖提取物3份、多糖(半纤维素)水溶液40份、青刺果油6份、核桃油3份、香叶木素1份、乳化剂(半纤维素)2份、抗菌剂(苯氧乙醇)0.3份。
一种保湿抗皱化妆品的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在纯水加入百香果壳提取物、辣木籽提取物、玛咖提取物加热至70℃,搅拌溶解,作为A相;
(2)将多糖水溶液加热至70℃,搅拌均匀,保温10min,作为B相;
(3)将青刺果油、核桃油、香叶木素和乳化剂合并加入并搅拌至完全溶解,形成油相混合物C相;
(4)将B相加入到A相中,搅拌均匀后保温75℃待用;
(5) 将油相混合物C相加入到A相中,持续搅拌,温度降至50℃,保温搅拌1h,降温后加入抗菌剂搅拌搅匀,室温时出料即得到一种保湿抗皱化妆品。
上述实施例中辣木籽提取物采用乙醇体积分数70%、浸提温度75℃、料液比1∶10g/mL、浸提时间1.5h制备获得。
上述实施例中玛咖提取物采用如下步骤制备:
(1)玛咖鲜根,低温干燥后粉碎,过60目筛获得玛咖粉;
(2)以上述步骤1)中玛咖粉为原料,固液比1: 20用水
提取,80℃下煎煮提取80min;
(3)将上述步骤2)中滤液再经低温冷冻离心机过滤,转速为2000r/min,离心时间5min,收集上清液,即得玛咖提取物。
上述实施例中香叶木素采用如下步骤制备:
(1)以橙皮苷为原料,吡啶为溶剂,橙皮苷与溶剂的质量比为:1:10,加入辅料碘、碳酸钠、10%氢氧化钾溶液,与辅料的质量比为1:0.03: 0.03:0.1,反应温度为90℃、反应时间8h;
(2)以上述步骤1)中香叶木素反应液减压浓缩,加入纯化水充分搅拌,过滤,滤饼再加纯化水搅成糊状,沉淀,过滤,得到湿的香叶木素粗品;
(3)将上述步骤2)中溶解釜中加入溶剂,搅拌下加入香叶木素粗品,搅拌溶解,加入活性炭脱色,过滤,得滤液后待用;
(4)将上述步骤3)中香叶木素湿滤液用冰醋酸调节至中性后沉淀8h,压滤,滤饼用纯化水洗涤,滤干;
(5)将上述步骤4)中香叶木素湿滤饼转移到双锥回转真空干燥机中在温度75℃干燥后即得香叶木素。
Claims (8)
1.一种保湿抗皱化妆品,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括以下组分:百香果壳提取物5~15份、辣木籽提取物1~5份、玛咖提取物1~5份、多糖水溶液20~100份、青刺果油2~10份、核桃油1~5份、香叶木素1~3份、乳化剂1~6份、抗菌剂0.1~0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保湿抗皱化妆品,其特征在于,所述的百香果壳提取物采用如下步骤制备:
(1)将百香果壳剥下后进行清洗,将清洗过的百香果壳放置于破碎机中进行粉碎处理;
(2)在已粉碎的百香果壳中加入提取溶剂乙醇,进行浸泡处理,再加入到超声振荡器上进行超声破壁处理;
(3)对经过超声破壁处理的百香果壳进行温水浸泡处理,然后进行离心、过滤处理得到上清液,对所得上清液进行浓缩滤液处理得到百香果壳提取物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保湿抗皱化妆品,其特征在于,所述的辣木籽提取物采用乙醇体积分数60~80%、浸提温度70~80℃、料液比1∶10~15 g/mL、浸提时间0.5~1.5h制备获得。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保湿抗皱化妆品,其特征在于,所述的玛咖提取物采用如下步骤制备:
(1)玛咖鲜根,低温干燥后粉碎,过40~60目筛获得玛咖粉;(2)以上述步骤1)中玛咖粉为原料,固液比1:10~20用水提取,70~90℃下煎煮提取60~80min;
(3)将上述步骤2)中滤液再经低温冷冻离心机过滤,转速为1000~2000r/min,离心时间5~10min,收集上清液,即得玛咖提取物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种保湿抗皱化妆品,其特征在于,所述的香叶木素采用如下步骤制备:
(1)以橙皮苷为原料,吡啶为溶剂,橙皮苷与溶剂的质量比为:1:5~15,加入辅料碘、碳酸钠、5~15%氢氧化钾溶液,与辅料的质量比为1:0.01~0.05: 0.02~0.05:0.1~0.2,反应温度为90~100℃、反应时间5~12h;
(2)以上述步骤1)中香叶木素反应液减压浓缩,加入纯化水充分搅拌,过滤,滤饼再加纯化水搅成糊状,沉淀,过滤,得到湿的香叶木素粗品;
(3)将上述步骤2)中溶解釜中加入溶剂,搅拌下加入香叶木素粗品,搅拌溶解,加入活性炭脱色,过滤,得滤液后待用;
(4)将上述步骤3)中香叶木素湿滤液用冰醋酸调节至中性后沉淀 5~10h,压滤,滤饼用纯化水洗涤,滤干;
(5)将上述步骤4)中香叶木素湿滤饼转移到双锥回转真空干燥机中在温度70~80℃干燥后即得香叶木素。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种保湿抗皱化妆品,其特征在于,所述的多糖水溶液是将透明质酸、海藻酸钠、海藻酸钾、羧甲基纤维素、半纤维素中的一种或混合物溶于水获得。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种保湿抗皱化妆品,其特征在于,所述的乳化剂可用半纤维素替代。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种保湿抗皱化妆品,其特征在于,所述的半纤维素分子量不大于10000。
