本发明实施例提供一种确定、发送小区参数集合的方法、设备及***,涉及通信领域,实现在支持多种小区参数集合的5G NR中终端可识别小区的参数集合。本发明实施例提供的方案包括:终端获取小区的识别信号;根据识别信号,获取识别信号的特征信息;根据识别信号的特征信息,确定小区的参数集合。本发明用于确定小区的参数集合。
