The invention discloses a hydraulic quick-change mechanism for an accessory, which comprises an accessory connecting frame, a quick-change oil cylinder, a quick-change connecting rod mechanism and a long shaft locking mechanism; the accessory connecting frame comprises a side plate, a lower supporting shaft, a first guide shaft sleeve, a mounting support, a second guide shaft sleeve and an upper supporting shaft; the two ends of the upper support shaft and the lower support shaft are respectively connected by a side plate, and the upper part of each side plate is provided with a groove; a locking mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the side plate; the lower support shaft is provided with a mounting support, a first guide shaft sleeve and a second guide shaft sleeve which are distributed in a triangle shape; the quick-change link mechanism is mounted on the accessory connection rack in a limited manner through the mounting support, the first guide shaft sleeve and the second guide shaft sleeve. The hydraulic quick-change mechanism for the attachment comprises an attachment connecting frame 1, a long shaft 2, a long shaft locking mechanism 112, a quick-change connecting rod mechanism 3 and a quick-change oil cylinder 4.
The accessory connecting frame 1 consists of a side plate 11, a lower supporting shaft 12, a left guide shaft sleeve 13, a hinge bracket 14, a mounting support 15, a right guide shaft sleeve 16, an oil cylinder base 17, a side plate reinforcing plate 18, a lifting lug 19, an upper supporting shaft 110 and a connecting plate 111. The upper support shaft 110 and the lower support shaft 12 are disposed in parallel, two ends of the upper support shaft 110 and the lower support shaft 12 are respectively provided with a side plate 11, and a groove for mounting the long shaft 2 or the accessory is disposed on the upper portion of each side plate 11. The long shaft locking mechanism 112 is arranged on the outer side of the side plate 11 at the corresponding position of the groove and used for mounting and locking the long shaft 2 and the accessory, so that the safety of the accessory in use is improved. The grooves on the side plates 11 are also provided with side plate reinforcing plates 18 for reinforcing the grooves of the side plates 11 which bear large loads such as the long shafts 2 and the accessories. The bottom of the quick-change oil cylinder 4 is hinged on an oil cylinder base 17; the quick-change oil cylinder 4 is used for driving the quick-change link mechanism 3, so that two ends of the quick-change link mechanism 3 extend outwards from the left guide shaft sleeve 13 and the right guide shaft sleeve 16 to form a through hole 113 on the side plate 11 for fixing the accessory.
The long shaft locking mechanism 112 mainly comprises a clamping plate 1121, a bending plate 1122, a bolt 1123, a shaft 1124 and a pin 1125. The clamping plate 1121 has a clamping hook and a hand-held portion suitable for hand-held pulling. The clamping plate 1121 is mounted to the curved plate 1122 (or side plate 11) by an axle 1124 and is rotatable about the axle 1124; in order to prevent the clamping plate 1121 from rotating arbitrarily, a bolt 1123 is provided to penetrate the bending plate 1122 (or the side plate 11) and the clamping plate 1121, so that the position of the clamping plate 1121 relative to the side plate 11 is kept fixed, and when the bolt 1123 is pulled out, the clamping plate 1121 can rotate. Shaft 1124 is mounted in a bushing on flexural plate 1122 by pin 1125.
The quick-change link mechanism 3 is mainly formed by connecting a slide pin 31, a link 32 and an intermediate plate 33. The intermediate plate 33 is rotatably connected to the mounting support 15 of the attachment link 1 through the washer 5, both ends of the intermediate plate 33 are respectively hinged to a link 32, and the link 32 is in turn hinged to the slide pin 31. One end of the middle plate 33 is hinged with the connecting rod 32, and is connected with the fork-shaped cylinder head at the front end of the quick-change oil cylinder 4 through a bolt 34 and a nut 35. Two slide pins 31 are provided in the left guide bush 13 and the right guide bush 16, respectively, and can slide without interference. When the sliding pin 31 is extended outward in a sliding manner, it can be inserted into the through hole 113 of the side plate correspondingly for fixing the accessory. Because of manufacturing errors, it is not possible to ensure that the axis of the quick change cylinder 4 is in the same plane as the intermediate plate 33, by adding a gasket 5 between the hinge point of the intermediate plate 33 and the mounting bracket 15, and by adjusting the gasket 5, ensuring that the intermediate plate 33 is in the same plane as the axis of the quick change cylinder 4.
The accessory quick-change mechanism of the invention is assembled according to the following steps:
First, the slide pin 31, the link 32, and the intermediate plate 33 in the quick-change link mechanism 3 are assembled by the bolts 34 and the nuts 35. Then, the middle plate 33 is mounted on the mounting support 15 on the accessory connecting frame 1 through bolts, the sliding pins 31 are respectively inserted into the left guide shaft sleeve 13 and the right guide shaft sleeve 16 to slide without interference, and the sliding pins 31 can be inserted into the through holes 113 of the side plates when moving to the outermost positions of the two sides, so that the accessory fixing function is realized. Then, pull out the bolt 1123, rotate the cardboard 1121, make the pothook of cardboard 1121 not block the recess in the upper portion of curb plate 11 at all, can place major axis 2 or accessory in the recess in accessory link curb plate 11 and connecting plate 111 upper portion, turn back cardboard 1121 and insert bolt 1123 again, make the pothook of cardboard 1121 hook major axis 2 from the top, ensure that major axis 2 is restricted in the recess by cardboard 1121, block major axis 2 or accessory and can not take place to drop from curb plate 11 in operating condition. Finally, the fork-shaped cylinder head of the quick-change cylinder 4 is hinged with the middle plate 33, the bottom of the quick-change cylinder 4 is hinged with the cylinder base 17, and the axis of the cylinder is ensured to be in the same plane with the quick-change link mechanism by changing the gasket 5.
