Background
Sturgeons are rare ancient fishes left in middle generations one hundred million years ago, the body surfaces of the sturgeons are covered with bone plates arranged in five rows in a longitudinal mode, patterns are three-dimensional and unique, the sturgeon bone plates are high-quality materials for making high-grade leather, however, because rich fat tissues are arranged in the middle of the combination parts of the sturgeon bone plates and fish skins, the fat in the sturgeon bone plates is difficult to be removed by a common degreasing technology in the process of tanning the sturgeon leather, the quality of the sturgeon leather is seriously influenced, and the development and application of the sturgeon leather are limited.
According to published academic papers or patents, the degreasing method adopted by the method can not well degrease sturgeon leather through repeated argumentation, and is mainly characterized in that grease in sturgeon leather can not be thoroughly degreased at the connecting part of a sturgeon back bone plate and the leather, the connecting part of a sturgeon abdomen bone plate and the leather, pectoral fins, ventral fins, dorsal fins and other parts, if the degreasing is not completely finished, the leather is stiff in the later tanning process, the filled material can not be filled in, the dyeing is not uniform, the material is not filled uniformly, the leather part is obviously poor, the thickness is inconsistent, and the quality of the sturgeon leather is seriously affected.

The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) carrying out the steps in an original pickling solution, keeping the water temperature at 22-26 ℃, adding diluted modified glutaraldehyde, and rotating for 1-2 hours at 2-3 rpm; adding an aluminum tanning agent, and rotating for 1-2 hours at a speed of 2-3 r/min; adding white tannin and tannin extract, and rotating for 3-5h at a speed of 3-4 rpm; stopping the drum, and standing for 8-24 h; after standing, continuously adding sodium formate and a mildew preventive, and rotating for 1-2 hours at a speed of 2-3 rpm; then adding the diluted baking soda, wherein the baking soda is added for 5-8 times on average, and each time is 30-60 minutes and 2-3 revolutions per minute; when the pH value of the solution is detected to be 4.0, continuing to rotate for 1.5-2.5 h; then, the water temperature is increased to 38-42 ℃, the water temperature is kept, and the rotation time is 1.5-2.5 h; detecting the shrinkage temperature of the sturgeon leather by using boiling water at more than 80 ℃, stopping the drum, standing for 8-24h, cleaning in a normal-temperature running water drum for 15-40 min, and taking out the sturgeon leather;
(4) degreasing
Weighing the sturgeon skin treated in the step 6) and the step 3; weighing water accounting for 300% of 200 plus of the weight of the sturgeon skin and a high-temperature resistant non-ionic degreasing agent accounting for 3-4%; putting sturgeon skin, water and the high-temperature-resistant non-ionic degreasing agent into a rotary drum, keeping the water temperature at 58-65 ℃ and rotating for 4-8 hours at 3-5 r/min; taking out the sturgeon skin, and washing for 15-40 minutes at normal temperature by running water.
