本发明公开了一种特殊结构无纺针刺布,包括防护层、弹性夹层、复合面布层、长纤维网层、短纤维网层、网孔、内衬层和蚕丝层。本发明的有益效果是:防护层、弹性夹层、复合面布层、内衬层和蚕丝层之间呈层状结构,且依次经水刺方式复合连接,无需粘合剂即可将多层进行加固,具有较佳的柔软度和韧性,长纤维网层与短纤维网层之间交叉连接,且长纤维网层与短纤维网层之间形成有空隙,具有较好的透气透水性,网孔均匀分布在长纤维网层与短纤维网层之间,且网孔内涂有相变蓄能材料,在相变过程中将热量以潜热的形式储存于自身或释放给环境的性能,更有利于调节人体的温度,弹性夹层为双层复合结构,使布面具有较好的均匀性和弹性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种无纺针刺布,具体为一种特殊结构无纺针刺布,属于纺织行业无纺技术领域。
背景技术
水刺布,也叫水刺无纺布,又叫“射流喷网成布,其中,所谓“射流喷网”,就是利用高压水流刺入纤维网内,使纤维相互缠绕,使原来松散的纤维网具有一定的强力及完整的结构,其原理在于,水射流穿过纤网后,受托持网帘的反弹,再次穿插纤网,由此,纤网中纤维在不同方向高速水射流穿插的水力作用下,产生位移、穿插、缠结和抱合,从而使纤网得到加固,现有的水刺布因其柔软舒适、安全卫生等特点广受大众喜爱,由水刺布制成的擦布、湿面巾、面膜、纱布等深加工产品,广泛应用在生活、生产的许多领域,成为提高人们生活质量和特殊用途的一种重要的新型材料。
虽然水刺布具有诸多优点,但是其功能较为单一,无法充分满足现代化社会发展的使用需求,其一,伸长率和弹性回复率较差的缺陷,其布面拉伸时容易变形,回复能力较差,其二,现有的刺布均是依靠功能纤维织成布状或絮片状,主要功能是保温或发热,不具备调温作用,其三,透气性较差,容易滋生细菌,满足不了现在人们的消费需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种特殊结构无纺针刺布。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:一种特殊结构无纺针刺布,包括防护层、弹性夹层、复合面布层、长纤维网层、短纤维网层、网孔、内衬层和蚕丝层;所述防护层位于该无纺针刺布的最上层,所述防护层下表面连接有弹性夹层,所述复合面布层设置在弹性夹层与内衬层之间,所述复合面布层由长纤维网层和短纤维网层构成,所述长纤维网层呈纵向设置,所述短纤维网层成横向设置,所述网孔设置在复合面布层上,所述内衬层铺设在蚕丝层上表面,所述蚕丝层位于该无纺针刺布的最底层。
优选的,为了具有较佳的柔软度和韧性,所述防护层、弹性夹层、复合面布层、内衬层和蚕丝层之间呈层状结构,且依次经水刺方式复合连接。
优选的,为了具有较好的透气透水性,有效预防过敏、细菌滋生,所述长纤维网层与短纤维网层之间交叉连接,且长纤维网层与短纤维网层之间形成有空隙。
优选的,为了更有利于调节人体的温度,所述网孔均匀分布在长纤维网层与短纤维网层之间,且网孔内涂有相变蓄能材料。
优选的,为了使布面具有较好的均匀性和弹性,所述弹性夹层为双层复合结构。
本发明的有益效果是:该分层式无纺针刺布设计合理,防护层、弹性夹层、复合面布层、内衬层和蚕丝层之间呈层状结构,且依次经水刺方式复合连接,无需粘合剂即可将多层进行加固,手感柔软、悬垂性好,具有较佳的柔软度和韧性,长纤维网层与短纤维网层之间交叉连接,且长纤维网层与短纤维网层之间形成有空隙,具有较好的透气透水性,有效预防过敏、细菌滋生,网孔均匀分布在长纤维网层与短纤维网层之间,且网孔内涂有相变蓄能材料,在相变过程中将热量以潜热的形式储存于自身或释放给环境的性能,更有利于调节人体的温度,弹性夹层为双层复合结构,使布面具有较好的均匀性和弹性,且具有一定的记忆性。

请参阅图1~2,一种特殊结构无纺针刺布,包括防护层1、弹性夹层2、复合面布层3、长纤维网层4、短纤维网层5、网孔6、内衬层7和蚕丝层8;所述防护层1位于该无纺针刺布的最上层,所述防护层1下表面连接有弹性夹层2,所述复合面布层3设置在弹性夹层2与内衬层7之间,所述复合面布层3由长纤维网层4和短纤维网层5构成,所述长纤维网层4呈纵向设置,所述短纤维网层5成横向设置,所述网孔6设置在复合面布层3上,所述内衬层7铺设在蚕丝层8上表面,所述蚕丝层8位于该无纺针刺布的最底层。
所述防护层1、弹性夹层2、复合面布层3、内衬层7和蚕丝层8之间呈层状结构,且依次经水刺方式复合连接,无需粘合剂即可将多层进行加固,手感柔软、悬垂性好,具有较佳的柔软度和韧性,所述长纤维网层4与短纤维网层5之间交叉连接,且长纤维网层4与短纤维网层5之间形成有空隙,具有较好的透气透水性,有效预防过敏、细菌滋生,所述网孔6均匀分布在长纤维网层4与短纤维网层5之间,且网孔6内涂有相变蓄能材料,在相变过程中将热量以潜热的形式储存于自身或释放给环境的性能,更有利于调节人体的温度,所述弹性夹层2为双层复合结构,使布面具有较好的均匀性和弹性,且具有一定的记忆性。

1.一种特殊结构无纺针刺布,其特征在于:包括防护层(1)、弹性夹层(2)、复合面布层(3)、长纤维网层(4)、短纤维网层(5)、网孔(6)、内衬层(7)和蚕丝层(8);所述防护层(1)位于该无纺针刺布的最上层,所述防护层(1)下表面连接有弹性夹层(2),所述复合面布层(3)设置在弹性夹层(2)与内衬层(7)之间,所述复合面布层(3)由长纤维网层(4)和短纤维网层(5)构成,所述长纤维网层(4)呈纵向设置,所述短纤维网层(5)成横向设置,所述网孔(6)设置在复合面布层(3)上,所述内衬层(7)铺设在蚕丝层(8)上表面,所述蚕丝层(8)位于该无纺针刺布的最底层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种特殊结构无纺针刺布,其特征在于:所述防护层(1)、弹性夹层(2)、复合面布层(3)、内衬层(7)和蚕丝层(8)之间呈层状结构,且依次经水刺方式复合连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种特殊结构无纺针刺布,其特征在于:所述长纤维网层(4)与短纤维网层(5)之间交叉连接,且长纤维网层(4)与短纤维网层(5)之间形成有空隙。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种特殊结构无纺针刺布,其特征在于:所述网孔(6)均匀分布在长纤维网层(4)与短纤维网层(5)之间,且网孔(6)内涂有相变蓄能材料。
