本发明涉及一种抗衰老,提高免疫力,美容的组合物。其特征在于,烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD+)、L-蛋氨酸,牛磺酸,山楂粉,葡萄糖,枸杞子提取物,菊花提取物,玫瑰茄(洛神花)提取物。
技术背景
目前市面上的抗衰老,提高免疫力,美容产品多数为食品或中药的提取物组合而成,一定程度上具有增强人体机能的作用,但是使用效果许多并不理想,功效有待加强。
衰老,是指机体各器官功能普遍的、逐渐降低的过程。衰老有两种不同的情况,一种是正常情况下出现的生理性衰老;另一种是疾病引起的病理性衰老。是一种自然规律。但是,当人们采用良好的生活***衡,均会导致和加快衰老,表现为精神不振、健忘、形寒肢冷、纳差少眠、腰膝无力、发脱齿摇、气短乏力,甚则面浮肿等。千百年来,人们一直在探索健康长寿的奥秘,充满对青春长驻、延年益寿的向往。
目前社会竞争激烈,生活节奏快,生活压力大,很多上班族长期处于激烈的竞争条件下,生活作息不规律,饮食不均衡,导致身体处于亚健康状态,免疫功能低下,免疫力的降低极大的影响了人体的健康,导致各种疾病的发生。目前,中国已经进入老龄化社会。随着年龄的增长,老年人自身的免疫力下降,身体各功能容易衰老,从而引发各种疾病。因此,需要延缓老年人体质下降、提高免疫力、降低高血脂、高血糖、高血压,有效提高老年人的身体免疫功能。
当今空气污染和紫外线越发严重地刺激和损伤人的皮肤,,表现为皮肤暴露部位粗糙略显肥厚、皱纹加深加粗、皮肤角质增厚、不规则性色素沉着、毛细血管扩张或消失、表皮角化不良及真皮弹性纤维变性等。目前随着人们生活水平提高,对外貌的要求也越来越高,因此,抗衰老护肤将是将来一个持续的发展趋势。
随着人们消费水平的日益提高,消费者在关注食品功效性的基础之上,更注重其天然性。中药来源的天然成分具有无毒、温和、高效等优点。研制一种天然绿色的抗衰老,提高免疫力,美容的产品成为当前人们的迫切需要。

本发明提供了一种抗衰老,提高免疫力,美容的组合物。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种抗衰老,提高免疫力,美容的组合物:烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸0.5-1份、L-蛋氨酸0.5-1份,牛磺酸0.5-1份,山楂粉3-10份,葡萄糖3-10份,枸杞子提取物3-10份,菊花提取物3-10份,玫瑰茄(洛神花)提取物3-10份。
本发明组合物中的NAD+属于人体必需的辅酶,并且人体可以自己合成。L-蛋氨酸,牛磺酸,山楂粉,葡萄糖,枸杞子提取物,菊花提取物,玫瑰茄(洛神花)提取物为药食同源的食物。
NAD+和L-蛋氨酸:NAD+是许多脱氢酶的辅酶,脱氢酶氧化产生的氢传递给NAD+,使之成为NADH。它在糖酵解,糖异生,三羧酸循环和呼吸链中发挥着不可替代的作用。人体中存在一种修复人体DNA的蛋白质PARP1,蛋白质PARP1可以修复人体DNA,在人体代谢的过程中DBC1的蛋白质侵蚀PARP1,使其失去修复DNA的能力,导致人体逐渐衰老。NAD+则可以抑制DBC1与PARP1起反应。NAD+辅助抗衰老蛋白质SIRT1和修复蛋白质PARP1的过程中会不断生成烟酰胺,烟酰胺是SIRT1和PARP1的抑制剂,过度堆积会导致抗衰老蛋白质SIRT1和PARP1活性下降。而烟酰胺通过体内代谢变成N-甲基4吡啶酮3甲酰胺和N-甲基2吡啶酮5甲酰胺,这两个反应都需要大量甲基参与反应。加入L-蛋氨酸即甲基供体可以加速烟酰胺代谢进程,防止烟酰胺的堆积对两种蛋白质活性造成影响。
牛磺酸:作为人体必不可少的营养素,其最显著的作用就是抗疲劳、增强体质和免疫力,此外还具有提高神经传导和视觉机能、缓解视觉疲劳、抑制血小板凝集、降低血脂、保持人体正常血压、防治动脉硬化、保护心肌细胞、抗心律失常的作用,对降低血液中胆固醇含量有特殊疗效,可促进脂类的吸收、抗氧化、抗衰老、改善记忆力、维持正常的生殖功能、降血糖、消炎、解热、镇痛以及促进婴幼儿脑组织和智力发育等作用,可用于治疗急慢性肝炎、脂肪肝、多种炎症、感冒、发烧、心力衰竭、高血压等。
山楂粉:具有降血脂、血压、强心、抗心律不齐等作用,同时也是健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰的良药,对胸膈脾满、疝气、血淤、闭经等症有很好的疗效。山楂内的黄酮类化合物牡荆素,是一种抗癌作用较强的药物,其提取物对抑制体内癌细胞生长、增殖和浸润转移均有一定的作用。
葡萄糖:快速补充能量,加强记忆,刺激钙质吸收和增加细胞间的沟通。
枸杞子提取物:是一种营养丰富、功效显著的传统中药,其主要成分为枸杞多糖、甜菜碱、颠茄碱、天仙子胺、类胡萝卜素、多肽、黄酮、多种氨基酸、多种维生素及微量元素、玉蜀黍黄素、有机酸等,具有提高人体免疫力、抗疲劳、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、降压、降血糖、防治高血压和心脏病、动脉硬化等作用。
菊花提取物:味道稍苦,清热能力强,常用于散风热。具有疏风散热、养肝明目、清凉解毒的功能,可治伤风感冒、疔疮肿毒、血压偏高及动脉硬化等症。还具有清凉降火,明目醒脑,抗氧化,防衰老的功效。
玫瑰茄(洛神花)提取物:含有丰富的蛋白质、有机酸、多种氨基酸及维生素,有“植物红宝石”的美誉。具有清热解渴、养血活血、养颜美容,消除疲倦,改善便秘等作用,对皮肤粗糙、肤色黯淡都有帮助。
本发明优点:本发明直接补充人体中所需的NAD+,提高体内NAD+的水平,从而维持PARP1不被破坏,抗衰老。牛磺酸,枸杞子,洛神花提高人体免疫力,美容养颜。依据中西医相结合的理论,研究出的一种绿色天然,安全的食品组合物。

烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸500mg,L-蛋氨酸200mg,牛磺酸300mg,山楂粉200mg,葡萄糖1000mg,枸杞子提取物300mg,菊花提取物350mg,洛神花提取物400mg经混合,制粒,干燥,压片,制成压片糖果。
实施例2
烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸300mg,L-蛋氨酸150mg,牛磺酸200mg,山楂粉150mg,葡萄糖800mg,枸杞子提取物120mg,菊花提取物200mg,洛神花提取物300mg经混合,加入占总质量50%-60%的微晶纤维素,混合均匀,喷入95%乙醇溶液,制软材,过50目筛制粒,干燥后分装于胶囊中,制得胶囊剂型糖果。
实施例3
烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸600mg,L-蛋氨酸300mg,牛磺酸300mg,山楂粉3g,葡萄糖10g,枸杞子提取物5g,菊花提取物4g,洛神花提取物5g经混合匀,干燥,分装于铝箔袋中,制得固体饮料(凉水或者温水冲调后饮用)。

烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸400mg,L-蛋氨酸300mg,牛磺酸300mg,山楂粉20mg,葡萄糖1500mg,枸杞子提取物500mg,菊花提取物400mg,洛神花提取物500mg,加入常规量的防腐剂,稳定剂等辅料,过滤、灭菌后分装10mL瓶中,制成口服液。

2.一种抗衰老,提高免疫力,美容的组合物。其原料及重量份数组分如下:烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸0.5-1份、L-蛋氨酸0.5-1份,牛磺酸0.5-1份,山楂粉3-10份,葡萄糖3-10份,枸杞子提取物3-10份,菊花提取物3-10份,玫瑰茄(洛神花)提取物3-10份。
