the camera is used for monitoring vehicles coming from and going to a parking lot in real time and automatically acquiring image information, the license plate recognition module receives the image information transmitted by the camera and automatically captures a license plate number from the image information, the license plate recognition module transmits the license plate information to the comparison unit, and the license plate recognition module transmits the license plate information to the central processing unit;
the database is used for recording license plate information, parking basic information and credit information of vehicles, the comparison unit receives the license plate information transmitted by the license plate recognition module, the comparison unit compares the license plate information with the license plate information recorded in the database, and the comparison unit has the following specific comparison conditions:
