1. An intelligent park parking management system based on the Internet is characterized by comprising a processor, a credit analysis module, a management and maintenance module, a data storage module, a registration and login module, a parking space management module and a parking space prediction module;
numbering the smart campus as i, i ═ 1, 2, … …, n; wherein n is a positive integer;
the parking space management module comprises a parking space searching unit and a parking space control unit; the parking space searching unit is used for searching parking spaces for temporary users; parking stall the control unit is used for controlling the business turn over of interim user and garden user, includes:
when a vehicle arrives at the door of the intelligent park i, the license plate number of the vehicle is extracted through the image acquisition unit and is marked as a verification license plate number; the image acquisition unit comprises a high-definition camera and an action holder;
acquiring the predicted parking space residual amount of the intelligent park i; when the predicted parking space residual amount is smaller than the parking space residual amount threshold value, the intelligent barrier gate is closed, the display screen prompts a user that the residual parking space is 0, and meanwhile, a parking space searching signal is sent to the parking space searching unit; otherwise, acquiring a user corresponding to the verification license plate number, and controlling the intelligent barrier gate to be opened when the user credit rating is a first rating; when the user credit level is the second level and the user is a park user, controlling the intelligent barrier to be opened; when the credit level of the user is the second level and the user is a temporary user, acquiring a arrearage bill of the user, and controlling the intelligent barrier gate to be opened after the user pays the arrearage bill in full amount; when the credit level of the user is a third level and the user is a park user, acquiring a arrearage bill of the user, and controlling the intelligent barrier to be opened after the user pays the arrearage bill in full; when the user reputation level is a third level and the user is a temporary user, forbidding the user to enter; the reputation levels include a first level, a second level, and a third level.
2. The intelligent park parking management system based on internet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the parking space searching unit searches for the parking space for the user after receiving the parking space searching signal, comprising:
after receiving the parking space searching signal, the parking space searching unit acquires the sending position of the parking space searching signal; the sending position comprises the position of the intelligent terminal of the user and the position of the intelligent park i;
a round area is defined by taking the sending position as the circle center and the set value R as the radius, and an intelligent park with the parking space surplus larger than the surplus threshold value in the round area is obtained and marked as a target park; the residual amount threshold is greater than 0;
planning a sending position and a path of a target park through a third party platform; the third party platform comprises a Baidu map and a Gade map;
acquiring the congestion degree and the driving distance of a path, and respectively marking the congestion degree and the driving distance as YTD and XSJ;
acquiring a path evaluation coefficient LPX by a formula LPX ═ β 1 × YTD + β 2 × XSJ; wherein β 1 and β 2 are proportionality coefficients, and β 1 and β 2 are real numbers greater than 0;
selecting a path with the minimum path evaluation coefficient LPX as a target path;
sending the target path to an intelligent terminal of a user through a processor; and simultaneously, sending the target path to a data storage module for storage.

The intelligent park parking management system based on internet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the management and maintenance module is used to monitor the communication status between the processor and the credit analysis module, the management and maintenance module, the data storage module, the registration module, the parking space management module and the parking space prediction module, wherein the communication status includes communication interruption, normal communication and poor communication; and when the communication state is communication interruption and poor communication, the management and maintenance module dispatches a worker to carry out maintenance and repair.
4. The intelligent park parking management system based on internet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the parking space prediction module is used for obtaining the predicted parking space surplus of the intelligent park, comprising:
acquiring historical data of the park through a data storage module; the park historical data comprises the number of the park users, weather data and the remaining amount of parking spaces;
randomly selecting a training set, a verification set and a test set from the park historical data according to a set proportion;
constructing a neural network model; the neural network model comprises an error forward propagation neural network and an RBF neural network;
training the neural network model through a training set, a verification set and a test set, and judging that the training of the neural network model is successful and marking the neural network model as a prediction model when the learning precision and the learning times of the neural network model meet the requirements;
acquiring future data of the park; the park future data comprise park user headcount and park future weather data, and the park future weather data are acquired through a weather platform;
inputting future data of the park into a prediction model to obtain the predicted parking space residual amount;
integrating the predicted parking space residual amounts of all parks, and sending the parking space residual amounts to a processor according to a preset period; the preset periods include half an hour, one hour and one day;
and sending the prediction model and the predicted parking space residual amount to a data storage module for storage through a processor.
5. The intelligent park parking management system based on internet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the credit analysis module is used for analyzing the parking credit of the user, comprising:
the parking record of the user is obtained through a data storage module; the parking records comprise total parking times, total parking duration and total arrearage times, and the total parking times, the total parking duration and the total arrearage times are respectively marked as YTZ, YTS and YQZ; the users comprise temporary users and park users;
when the parking times YTZ meet 0-YTZ-L1, judging that the parking times of the user do not meet the requirements, and not calculating the parking credit of the user; when the total number of parking YTZ satisfies L1< YTZ, the parking time is determined by the formula

when the parking reputation evaluation coefficient TXPX satisfies that L3 is not more than TXPX, judging that the parking reputation of the user is excellent, marking the parking reputation grade of the user as a first grade, when the parking reputation evaluation coefficient TXPX satisfies that L2 is more than TXPX and is not more than L3, judging that the parking reputation of the user is medium, marking the parking reputation grade of the user as a second grade, when the parking reputation evaluation coefficient TXPX satisfies that 0 is not less than TXPX and is not more than L2, judging that the parking reputation of the user is bad, and marking the parking reputation grade of the user as a third grade; wherein L2 and L3 are parking reputation evaluation coefficient threshold values, and L2 is more than or equal to 0 and is more than L3;
integrating the users of the first level to generate a user white list, and integrating the users of the second level to generate a user yellow list; integrating the users of the third level to generate a user blacklist; the user white list, the user yellow list and the user black list all contain verification information of the user;
and sending the user white list, the user yellow list and the user black list to a data storage module for storage through the processor.
6. The internet-based intelligent park parking management system according to claim 1, wherein the login module is configured to complete a login of a user, comprising:
a user sends verification information to a registration login module through an intelligent terminal; the verification information comprises a user name, a user address, a user mobile phone number, an intelligent park number and a user license plate number;
connecting a database of a third party platform through a processor; the third-party platform is a management system of the intelligent park corresponding to the intelligent park number;
searching in a database through the user name and the user address to obtain a search result, and marking the search result as SJ; the value of the search result SJ is 0 and 1, when the search result SJ is 0, the result is not searched in the database, and when the search result SJ is 1, the result is searched in the database;
when the search result SJ is equal to 0, consistency analysis is carried out on the name of the user and the license plate number of the user, and when the license plate number of the user is not under the name of the user, a license plate number error signal is sent to the intelligent terminal of the user through the registration login module; when the license plate number of the user is under the name of the user name, judging that the verification information is successfully verified, marking the user as a temporary user, and generating a temporary account;
