本发明涉及轮毂轴承技术领域,尤其是一种新密封的汽车轮毂轴承,包括内法兰盘,内法兰盘的一端对称设有第一内圈套与第二内圈,第一内圈套与第二内圈的外侧套设有外法兰盘,第一内圈套和第二内圈与外法兰盘之间对称设有若干滚动体,滚动体的内侧均设有固定架,外法兰盘通过滚动体卡接在内法兰盘的外侧,外法兰盘与第一内圈套和第二内圈相接触的位置均设有组合密封圈,组合密封圈均固定连接在外法兰盘与第一内圈套和第二内圈之间,外法兰盘远离内法兰盘的一端设有外置密封件,外置密封件卡接在外法兰盘的一端,内法兰盘的一端插设有驱动半轴,驱动半轴与外置密封件相接触。本发明结构简单,实用性强,适合推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及新密封的汽车轮毂轴承技术领域,尤其涉及一种新密封的汽车轮毂轴承。
背景技术
目前,轮毂轴承单元工作环境***,伴随着各种路况会产生巨大的冲击载荷,在复杂的工况下运转,轴承的内外存在着剧烈地热交换,大量的轮毂轴承损坏源于密封失效和润滑脂的干枯,泥土、灰尘等杂质乘隙而入至轴承内部,极大地缩短了轮毂轴承的使用寿命。一般的轮毂轴承密封件(圈)是能够满足防泥沙要求的,但在更恶劣的工况下运转,密封件中橡胶密封唇容易老化和被磨损破坏;因此,如何提高密封件失效和防泥沙能力,是改进轮毂轴承密封结构的设计的关键。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中轮毂轴承单元密封件(圈)的一些不足,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种新密封的汽车轮毂轴承,所述内法兰盘的一端对称设有第一套圈套与第二套圈,所述第一套圈套与所述第二套圈均套设在所述内法兰盘的一端,所述第一套圈套与所述第二套圈的外侧套设有外法兰盘,所述外法兰盘活动连接在所述第一套圈套与所述第二套圈的外侧,所述第一套圈套和所述第二套圈与所述外法兰盘之间对称设有若干滚动体,所述滚动体的内侧均设有固定架,所述滚动体均通过固定架连接在一起,所述滚动体均通过所述固定架卡接在所述第一套圈套与所述第二套圈的外侧,所述外法兰盘通过所述滚动体卡接在所述内法兰盘的外侧,所述外法兰盘与所述第一套圈套和所述第二套圈相接触的位置均设有组合密封圈,所述组合密封圈均固定连接在所述外法兰盘与所述第一套圈套和所述第二套圈之间,所述外法兰盘远离所述内法兰盘的一端设有外置密封件,所述外置密封件卡接在所述外法兰盘的一端,所述内法兰盘的一端插设有驱动半轴,所述驱动半轴与所述外置密封件相接触。
优选的,所述外置密封件由骨架组成,所述骨架的一侧设有侧向主密封唇、所述骨架的一侧并位于所述侧向主密封唇的下方对称设有侧向辅助密封唇和侧向副密封唇,所述骨架的底部设有径向辅助密封唇,所述侧向主密封唇、所述侧向辅助密封唇、所述侧向副密封唇和所述径向辅助密封唇均固定连接在所述骨架上,所述骨架的顶部均套设有包胶,所述骨架的一侧固定连接有注塑橡胶。
优选的,所述内法兰盘上插设有滚花螺栓,所述滚花螺栓螺纹连接在所述内法兰盘上。
优选的,所述侧向主密封唇与所述侧向辅助密封唇均上斜与所述注塑橡胶结合连为一体,并处于所述注塑橡胶侧面上。
优选的,所述侧向副密封唇和所述径向辅助密封唇均呈下斜下处于所述注塑橡胶的底部。
优选的,所述骨架上所述注塑橡胶与所述外法兰盘外径过盈配合在一起。
本发明提出的一种新密封的汽车轮毂轴承,有益效果在于:结构简单,稳定性强,具有高效的密封性,增加外置密封件,与驱动半轴进行配合提升密封性能,已提升轮毂轴承的密封性能,解决在恶劣环境下,轮毂轴承的使用寿命。

参照图1-4,一种新密封的汽车轮毂轴承,包括内法兰盘14,内法兰盘14的一端对称设有第一套圈套9与第二套圈16,第一套圈套9与第二套圈16均套设在内法兰盘14的一端,第一套圈套9与第二套圈16的外侧套设有外法兰盘12,外法兰盘12活动连接在第一套圈套9与第二套圈16的外侧,第一套圈套9和第二套圈16与外法兰盘12之间对称设有若干滚动体13,滚动体13的内侧均设有固定架11,滚动体13均通过固定架11连接在一起,滚动体13均通过固定架11卡接在第一套圈套9与第二套圈16的外侧,外法兰盘12通过滚动体13卡接在内法兰盘14的外侧,外法兰盘12与第一套圈套9和第二套圈16相接触的位置均设有组合密封圈10,组合密封圈10均固定连接在外法兰盘12与第一套圈套9和第二套圈16之间,外法兰盘12远离内法兰盘14的一端设有外置密封件8,外置密封件8卡接在外法兰盘12的一端,内法兰盘14的一端插设有驱动半轴17,驱动半轴17与外置密封件8相接触。
外置密封件8由骨架5组成,骨架5的一侧设有侧向主密封唇1、骨架5的一侧并位于侧向主密封唇1的下方对称设有侧向辅助密封唇2和侧向副密封唇3,骨架5的底部设有径向辅助密封唇4,侧向主密封唇1、侧向辅助密封唇2、侧向副密封唇3和径向辅助密封唇4均固定连接在骨架5上,骨架的顶部均套设有包胶6,骨架5的一侧固定连接有注塑橡胶7。
内法兰盘14上插设有滚花螺栓15,滚花螺栓15螺纹连接在内法兰盘14上。
侧向主密封唇1与侧向辅助密封唇2均上斜与注塑橡胶7结合连为一体,并处于注塑橡胶7侧面上。
侧向副密封唇3和径向辅助密封唇4均呈下斜下处于注塑橡胶7的底部。
骨架5上注塑橡胶7与外法兰盘12外径过盈配合在一起。
内法兰盘14与外法兰盘12之间设有保持架11配有滚动体13,在轮毂轴承单元左端的外法兰盘12上,设有一种外置密封件;外法兰盘12与内法兰盘14两侧设有第二密封件9;在骨架5上注塑橡胶7,在注塑橡胶7上的唇与唇之间形成空隙或空间,组成外置密封件8。
外置密封件8为四唇结构,其中侧向主密封唇1配合在驱动半轴侧面a,而侧向主密封唇1与驱动半轴侧面a为过盈配合,用于阻挡泥水侵入;侧向主密封唇1与侧向辅助密封唇2之间形成第一空腔d,侧向辅助密封唇2和侧向副密封唇3之间形成第二空腔e;侧向辅助密封唇2和侧向副密封唇3,配合在驱动半轴端面b上。
侧向辅助密封唇2与驱动半轴端面b过盈配合阻挡泥水侵入,侧向副密封唇3与驱动半轴端面b过盈配合阻挡泥水侵入;径向辅助密封唇4与驱动半轴侧面c过盈配合,阻挡润滑脂泄露;在侧向副密封唇3与径向辅助密封唇4之间形成第三空腔f。

1.一种新密封的汽车轮毂轴承,包括内法兰盘(14),其特征在于,所述内法兰盘(14)的一端对称设有第一内圈套(9)与第二内圈(16),所述第一内圈套(9)与所述第二内圈(16)均套设在所述内法兰盘(14)的一端,所述第一内圈套(9)与所述第二内圈(16)的外侧套设有外法兰盘(12),所述外法兰盘(12)活动连接在所述第一内圈套(9)与所述第二内圈(16)的外侧,所述第一内圈套(9)和所述第二内圈(16)与所述外法兰盘(12)之间对称设有若干滚动体(13),所述滚动体(13)的内侧均设有固定架(11),所述滚动体(13)均通过固定架(11)连接在一起,所述滚动体(13)均通过所述固定架(11)卡接在所述第一内圈套(9)与所述第二内圈(16)的外侧,所述外法兰盘(12)通过所述滚动体(13)卡接在所述内法兰盘(14)的外侧,所述外法兰盘(12)与所述第一内圈套(9)和所述第二内圈(16)相接触的位置均设有组合密封圈(10),所述组合密封圈(10)均固定连接在所述外法兰盘(12)与所述第一内圈套(9)和所述第二内圈(16)之间,所述外法兰盘(12)远离所述内法兰盘(14)的一端设有外置密封件(8),所述外置密封件(8)卡接在所述外法兰盘(12)的一端,所述内法兰盘(14)的一端插设有驱动半轴(17),所述驱动半轴(17)与所述外置密封件(8)相接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新密封的汽车轮毂轴承,其特征在于,所述外置密封件(8)由骨架(5)组成,所述骨架(5)的一侧设有侧向主密封唇(1)、所述骨架(5)的一侧并位于所述侧向主密封唇(1)的下方对称设有侧向辅助密封唇(2)和侧向副密封唇(3),所述骨架(5)的底部设有径向辅助密封唇(4),所述侧向主密封唇(1)、所述侧向辅助密封唇(2)、所述侧向副密封唇(3)和所述径向辅助密封唇(4)均固定连接在所述骨架(5)上,所述骨架的顶部均套设有包胶(6),所述骨架(5)的一侧固定连接有注塑橡胶(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新密封的汽车轮毂轴承,其特征在于,所述内法兰盘(14)上插设有滚花螺栓(15),所述滚花螺栓(15)螺纹连接在所述内法兰盘(14)上。
