一种组合式轮毂轴承单元密封件,其特征是:在内法兰盘与外圈之间设有保持架配有钢球,轮毂轴承单元左端的外圈和内圈以及防尘盖三者之间的空腔内设有第一密封件;外圈与内法兰盘右端根部设有第二密封件;在“7”字形骨架上注塑橡胶,组成第一密封件;在注塑橡胶上的唇与唇之间形成空隙或空间,其中侧向主密封唇与防尘盖内侧端面为过盈配合;侧向辅助密封唇与防尘盖内侧设有间隙,侧向主密封唇与侧向辅助密封唇之间形成第一空腔和第二空腔;径向主唇与防尘盖下端径向端面过盈配合,径向辅助密封唇与防尘盖下端径向端盖设有间隙;径向主密封唇与侧向主密封唇之间形成第三空腔,径向主密封唇与径向辅助密封唇之间形成第四空腔。

一种组合式轮毂轴承单元密封件
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车轮毂轴承单元的一种配件,具体地说是一种组合式轮毂轴承单元密封件。
背景技术
轮毂轴承单元工作环境***,伴随着各种路况会产生巨大的冲击载荷,在经常震动工况下运转,轴承内外存在着剧烈地热交换,大量的轮毂轴承损坏源于密封失效和润滑脂的干枯,泥土、灰尘等杂质乘隙而入至轴承内部,极大地缩短了轮毂轴承的使用寿命。一般的轮毂轴承密封件(圈)是能够满足防泥沙要求的,但在巨大的冲击载荷下,由于密封件中的密封唇是暴露在外面,橡胶密封唇很容易老化和被磨损破坏;因此,如何提高密封件失效和防泥沙能力,是改进轮毂轴承密封结构的设计的关键。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中轮毂轴承单元密封件(圈)的一些不足,提供一种组合式轮毂轴承单元密封件,该组合式密封件包括骨架及注塑于骨架上的橡胶;该组合式轮毂轴承密封件骨架边缘设有包胶,包胶与外圈之间通过过盈配合安装。防尘盖内径与内圈通过过盈配合安装,密封件(圈)设有四个密封唇,侧向辅助密封唇与防尘盖内侧面结构保持一定的间隙,用于阻挡泥水冲击;侧向主密封唇与防尘盖侧向端面过盈配合,用于阻挡泥水侵入;径向主密封唇与防尘盖径向端面过盈配合阻挡泥水侵入;径向辅助密封唇与防尘盖径向端盖间隙配合阻挡润滑脂泄露。
本发明的技术方案是:一种组合式轮毂轴承单元密封件,包括外圈(外法兰盘)、内法兰盘、内圈、密封件、保持架和钢球。
所述一种组合式轮毂轴承单元密封件,在内法兰盘与外圈之间设有保持架配有钢球,轮毂轴承单元左端的外圈和内圈以及防尘盖三者之间的空腔内设有第一密封件;外圈与内法兰盘右端根部设有第二密封件;在“7”字形骨架上注塑橡胶,在注塑橡胶上的唇与唇之间形成空隙或空间,组成第一密封件。
第一密封件为四唇结构,其中侧向主密封唇和侧向辅助密封唇的端部依次配合在防尘盖的内侧面,而侧向主密封唇与防尘盖的内侧端面为过盈配合,用于阻挡泥水侵入;侧向主密封唇与侧向辅助密封唇之间形成第一空腔和第二空腔;径向主密封唇和径向辅助密封唇,分别配合在防尘盖的下端径向内端面上。
径向主密封唇与防尘盖的下端径向端面过盈配合阻挡泥水侵入,径向辅助密封唇与防尘盖的下端径向端盖内侧面设有间隙,以配合阻挡润滑脂泄露;在径向主密封唇与侧向主密封唇之间形成第三空腔,径向主密封唇与径向辅助密封唇之间形成第四空腔。
在本发明的施方方式中,侧向主密封唇3和侧向辅助密封唇4均上斜与注塑橡胶结合连为一体,并处于注塑橡胶侧面上。
在本发明的施方方式中,径向主密封唇和径向辅助密封唇均呈下斜下处于注塑橡胶的底部。
在本发明的施方方式中,在“7”字形骨架上注塑橡胶的顶端与外圈过盈配合在一起。
,本发明的有益效果是,一种组合式轮毂轴承单元密封件,属于低扭矩式密封,通过增加内部辅助唇,阻挡泥水冲击其他侧向密封唇,避免侧向密封唇失效,增强密封性。通过对防尘盖结构的改进,加宽了间隙区域的宽度,能有效地阻挡大颗泥沙进入,侧向主密封唇与防尘盖侧向端面过盈配合,用于阻挡泥水侵入;径向主密封唇与防尘盖径向端面过盈配合阻挡泥水侵入;径向辅助密封唇与防尘盖径向端盖间隙配合阻挡润滑脂泄露;该密封件提高轮毂轴承单元使用寿命,增加了企业的经济效益。

具体实施方式
本发明实施方式如图1和图2所示:一种组合式轮毂轴承单元密封件,内法兰盘14与外圈6之间设有保持架配有钢球,在轮毂轴承单元左端的外圈9和内圈6以及防尘盖2三者之间的空腔内,设有第一密封件10;外圈6与内法兰盘14右端根部设有第二密封件13;在“7”字形骨架上注塑橡胶5,在注塑橡胶5上的唇与唇之间形成空隙或空间,组成第一密封件10。
第一密封件10为四唇结构,其中侧向主密封唇3和侧向辅助密封唇4的端部依次配合在防尘盖2的内侧面,而侧向主密封唇3与防尘盖2的内侧端面为过盈配合,用于阻挡泥水侵入;侧向主密封唇3与侧向辅助密封唇4之间形成第一空腔c和第二空腔b;径向主密封唇1和径向辅助密封唇8,分别配合在防尘盖2的下端径向内端面上。
径向主密封唇1与防尘盖2的下端径向端面过盈配合阻挡泥水侵入,径向辅助密封唇8与防尘盖2的下端径向端盖内侧面设有间隙,以配合阻挡润滑脂泄露;在径向主密封唇1与侧向主密封唇3之间形成第三空腔a,径向主密封唇1与径向辅助密封唇8之间形成第四空腔d。
在本发明的施方方式中,侧向主密封唇3和侧向辅助密封唇4均上斜与注塑橡胶结合连为一体,并处于注塑橡胶侧面上。
在本发明的施方方式中,径向主密封唇1和径向辅助密封唇8 均呈下斜下处于注塑橡胶的底部。
在本发明的施方方式中,在“7”字形骨架上注塑橡胶5的顶端与外圈6过盈配合在一起。

1.一种组合式轮毂轴承单元密封件,包括外圈、内法兰盘、内圈、密封件、保持架和钢球;所述一种组合式轮毂轴承单元密封件,内法兰盘与外圈之间设有保持架配有钢球,在轮毂轴承单元左端的外圈和内圈以及防尘盖三者之间的空腔内,设有第一密封件;外圈与内法兰盘右端根部设有第二密封件;其特征在于:在“7”字形骨架上注塑橡胶,在注塑橡胶上的唇与唇之间形成空隙或空间,组成第一密封件;第一密封件为四唇结构,其中侧向主密封唇和侧向辅助密封唇的端部依次配合在防尘盖的内侧面,而侧向主密封唇与防尘盖的内侧端面为过盈配合,用于阻挡泥水侵入;侧向主密封唇与侧向辅助密封唇之间形成第一空腔和第二空腔;径向主密封唇和径向辅助密封唇分别配合在防尘盖的下端径向内端面上;
