一种35kV电缆登杆平台全绝缘架空引下线组件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于配电网工程领域的35kV电缆登杆平台全绝缘架空引下线组件。
背景技术
随着城市化建设的加快,电缆终端的电线杆装置周边环境越来越复杂,例如:绿化增多(枝叶蹭擦)、与其他线路共用杆塔(需要穿越增设的低压电线)、临近新建建筑物(不规范的搭建造成安全距离问题,飘落杂物缠绕裸导线的风险)等,使电缆登杆装置暴露在新增的潜在隐患中。目前35kV电线杆装置户外终端与架空线的连接基本采用裸导线,在这种情况下,裸线易受上述异物影响而导致短路,影响配网供电的可靠性。目前,35kV电缆登杆装置很多用于更高一级变电站的35kV线路出站(电缆出站后登杆走架空线),这些外界干扰更会直接导致变压器出口短路,为变电站主设备的大忌。裸导线也可能造成人身触电事故,影响人身安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种5kV电缆登杆平台全绝缘架空引下线组件,能够消除电缆终端装置中裸露的带电导体,减少外力破坏或干扰,提高供电可靠性。
实现上述目的的一种技术方案是:一种35kV电缆登杆平台全绝缘架空引下线组件,包括架空绝缘导线、电缆登杆、登杆导线、并沟线夹、穿刺接地线夹和避雷器;
所述架空绝缘导线的结构为,在绞合的铜导体外通过双层共挤由内至外依次包覆导体屏蔽材料层和交联聚乙烯绝缘层,所述架空绝缘导线一端连接电缆户外终端顶部,另一端通过并沟线夹与电缆登杆上设置的登杆导线连接;
所述架空绝缘导线通过所述穿刺接地线夹与所述避雷器连接,进行分支接地。
进一步的,所述并沟线夹包括第一夹板和第二夹板,所述第一夹板和所述第二夹板上分别开设有架空绝缘槽和登杆导线槽,所述第一夹板和所述第二夹板的所述架空绝缘槽侧的材料为铜,所述第一夹板和所述第二夹板的所述登杆导线槽侧的材料为铝。
进一步的,所述并沟线夹外用防水绝缘贴片包覆。
进一步的,所述穿刺接地线夹的接地环用塑胶包覆。
进一步的,所述架空绝缘导线通过所述穿刺接地线夹与所述避雷器连接的穿刺连接处外通过塑料保护壳保护,再在外部覆盖防水绝缘贴片。
本发明的一种35kV电缆登杆平台全绝缘架空引下线组件,采用铜铝过渡技术的线夹实现电缆-绝缘导线***与铝导线的架空线的可靠连接,采用绝缘穿刺技术将导线的点位引接至避雷器实现接地保护。

具体实施方式
为了能更好地对本发明的技术方案进行理解,下面通过具体地实施例并结合附图进行详细地说明:
请参阅图1,本发明的一种35kV电缆登杆平台全绝缘架空引下线组件,包括架空绝缘导线1、电缆登杆2、登杆导线3、并沟线夹4、穿刺接地线夹5和避雷器6。
目前广泛应用的钢芯铝绞线,内部是钢芯,起到增加机械强度的作用,外部用铝线绞合方式缠绕在钢芯周围,主要起到传送电能的作用,导电体裸露。本发明的架空绝缘导线1的结构为,在绞合的铜导体外通过双层共挤由内至外依次包覆导体屏蔽材料层和交联聚乙烯绝缘层,达到较高的机械和电气性能(工频63kV维持4小时不击穿),以实现35kV线路的绝缘化。该架空绝缘导线相较全屏蔽的电缆,运行场强低,绝缘,同时对水气不敏感,很好地平衡了经济性、安全性和可靠性三者。架空绝缘导线1的绝缘材料采用耐候***流聚乙烯,材料本身有抗紫外线,防风,防蚀,防开裂等性能,大大提升了产品的使用年限。同时,因取消了外全屏蔽层、金属屏蔽、铠装层和外护套等,其造价远远低于使用普通交联聚乙烯电力电缆。
架空绝缘导线1一端连接电缆户外终端7顶部,另一端通过并沟线夹4与电缆登杆2上设置的钢芯铝绞线的登杆导线3连接。在本应用中由于并沟线夹4的一端为普通钢芯铝绞线,另一端为铜芯架空绝缘导线,普通的铝合金并沟线夹会在铜铝之间产生电位差,在长时间运行下会腐蚀铜铝之间的界面,另外铜铝之间膨胀系数的不同也会使长时间运行过程中热胀冷缩导致压紧力不够的情况,并最终由于接触不良或导电不良逐步发热烧蚀。请参阅图2,本发明的并沟线4的特征为,包括第一夹板41和第二夹板42,第一夹板41和第二夹板42上分别开设有架空绝缘槽43和登杆导线槽44,第一夹板41和第二夹板42的架空绝缘槽侧43的材料为铜,第一夹板41和第二夹板42的登杆导线槽侧44的材料为铝。不同材料间采用摩擦焊相互连接。本发明的铜铝过渡的并沟线夹4可适用于不同截面的钢芯铝绞线及铜芯架空绝缘导线之间的连接,铝与铝连接,铜与铜连接,这样可避免热胀冷缩或电位差对产品运行造成的潜在风险,实现铜铝之间的可靠连接。铜铝的并沟线夹4外用防水绝缘贴片包覆,让整个铜铝的并沟线夹4实现全绝缘且整体防水的效果。
为利用目前装置中的避雷器6,在不改动装置情况下,采用带绝缘保护的35kV穿刺接地线夹5,将架空绝缘导线1与既有避雷器6电气连接。穿刺接地线夹5适用于配电线路中架空绝缘导线1在不剥皮的情况下,实现跳线对接或者分支接地。在本应用中通过穿刺线夹来实现分支接地。请参阅图3,穿刺接地线夹5的整个接地环51整体用塑胶包覆,起到电气绝缘化,根据实际应用的场合仅留出一小段裸露的金属供带电作业拆搭装置连接。穿刺连接处52先通过塑料保护壳保护,再用防水绝缘贴片覆盖,起到整体绝缘化及防水的作用。
本发明的35kV电缆登杆平台全绝缘架空引下线组件安装步骤如下:
(1)将铜芯的架空绝缘导线2替换钢芯铝绞线,一端连接到户外终端7顶部,一端与钢芯铝绞线的登杆导线3通过铜铝过渡的并沟线夹4固定;
(2)架空绝缘导线2用穿刺接地线夹5与避雷器6连接,做分支接地,并连接原有的带电搭接装置;
(3)防水绝缘贴片(带)包覆特殊连接部位,起到防水绝缘保护作用。
基于上述操作,整个电缆登杆装置实现从裸线到全绝缘化的改变,大幅提升配网运行的安全可靠性。
本技术领域中的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施例仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围内,对以上所述实施例的变化、变型都将落在本发明的权利要求书范围内。

Claims (5)

1.一种35kV电缆登杆平台全绝缘架空引下线组件,包括架空绝缘导线、电缆登杆、登杆导线、并沟线夹、穿刺接地线夹和避雷器,其特征在于:
所述架空绝缘导线的结构为,在绞合的铜导体外通过双层共挤由内至外依次包覆导体屏蔽材料层和交联聚乙烯绝缘层,所述架空绝缘导线一端连接电缆户外终端顶部,另一端通过并沟线夹与电缆登杆上设置的登杆导线连接;
所述架空绝缘导线通过所述穿刺接地线夹与所述避雷器连接,进行分支接地。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种35kV电缆登杆平台全绝缘架空引下线组件,其特征在于,所述并沟线夹包括第一夹板和第二夹板,所述第一夹板和所述第二夹板上分别开设有架空绝缘槽和登杆导线槽,所述第一夹板和所述第二夹板的所述架空绝缘槽侧的材料为铜,所述第一夹板和所述第二夹板的所述登杆导线槽侧的材料为铝。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种35kV电缆登杆平台全绝缘架空引下线组件,其特征在于,所述并沟线夹外用防水绝缘贴片包覆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种35kV电缆登杆平台全绝缘架空引下线组件,其特征在于,所述穿刺接地线夹的接地环用塑胶包覆。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种35kV电缆登杆平台全绝缘架空引下线组件,其特征在于,所述架空绝缘导线通过所述穿刺接地线夹与所述避雷器连接的穿刺连接处外通过塑料保护壳保护,再在外部覆盖防水绝缘贴片。
