The punching die is simple in structure, accumulated chips adhered to the punching head in the punching process of soft metals such as aluminum alloy and the like can be effectively reduced by changing the angle of the side face of the punching head, arranging the arc bulge on the side face of the punching head and arranging the lubricating mechanism in the female die, the influence of accumulated chip tumors on the precision of the hole is reduced, the times of replacing the punching head in batch production is reduced, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
