为了如此对在权利要求1的前序部分中给出的类型的汽车用电池设备作进一步开发,使得所述电池设备在将构件的可实现性考虑在内的情况下符合高压安全规定,本发明提出,所述电池设备具有第二开关,其将第一电能存储器的负极与供电接头的负极连接。根据本发明,所述电池设备还具有第六开关,其将第一电能存储器的负极与充电接头的负极连接。所述电池设备还具有第七开关,其将第二电能存储器的正极与充电接头的正极连接。借助这个实施方式能够实现数个/多个可能的工作状态。此外,这样便能符合高压安全要求,因为能够实现各电压水平的电位隔离。这些开关例如可以建构为高压保护装置,其中这些高压保护装置可以整合至布线***中,故能够将高压驱动***中的构件数目减小至最低程度。这样一来,在本发明的这个实施方式中既实现高压安全性,也确保各构件的可实现性,故能以简单的方式实现汽车用电池设备。为了进一步减少构件,特别是可以将开关、尤其是高压保护装置的控制***一同整合至所述电池设备。
在一种优选实施方式中,在第五、第六和第七开关闭合时,能够切换至第一工作状态。这样便能以充电电压UL对第一电能存储器以及至少一个第二电能存储器进行充电,所述充电电压特别是可以为第一和/或第二电能存储器的工作电压的两倍。在第五、第六和第七开关闭合时,第一储能器与所述至少一个第二储能器串联。在串联中便能以双倍的电压对第一以及第二储能器进行充电。这样便能实现:
UL=2xU0
其中U0等于第一以及至少一个第二储能器的电压。借助增大充电过程中的电压能够提高充电效率,而无需增大充电电流。此外,无需在电池设备内铺设更粗且更昂贵的线路,或者,电池设备的各组件无需适用于更高的电流。这些电气组件例如可以是触点、所述电隔离装置、电池连接器、电子设备或者电池管理***中的一者。此外,在汽车自身中可以提供具有较低电压的基础设施,这有助于节约成本。通过以双倍电压特别是对第一以及至少一个第二储能器的进行充电,能够缩短充电时间,且同时能够在汽车自身中特别是针对用电设备提供更有利的电压基础设施。
根据一种优选实施方式,在第一、第二、第三和第四开关闭合时,能够切换至第二工作状态。在这个实施方式中,汽车特别是处于行驶状态下,其中借助第一以及至少一个第二储能器能够特别是为行驶模式提供电压。能够实现电气组件、特别是诸如汽车的电驱动单元的用电设备的运行。工作电压UB特别是可为诸如电动马达的电压,通过产生该电压对电动马达进行驱动。在这个实施方式中,第一与至少一个第二储能器处于并联状态下。故UB=U0。因此,借助并联能够在相同的电压下为汽车的电气组件提供更高的能量密度、特别是更高的电流。
根据另一优选实施方式,在第一、第二、第三、第四、第六和第七开关闭合时,能够切换至第三工作状态。在此情形下,例如能够以一倍的充电电压UL对第一以及至少一个第二电能存储器进行充电。因此:
UB=UL=U0
在这个配置中,第一电能存储器与至少一个第二电能存储器并联,且充电接头与供电接头并联。故能够通过充电接头以相同的充电电压对第一储能器和至少一个第二储能器进行充电,而同时例如能够在供电接头上提供相同的电压。因此,例如在采用汽车的400伏特基础设施以及充电接头的400伏特基础设施的情况下,能够相应地对第一以及至少一个第二储能器进行充电。
根据另一优选实施方式,在第一、第二、第三、第四、第六、第七以及/或者第五开关打开时能够切换至第四工作状态。这个第四工作状态实现全极电位隔离。借助这个实施方式,所述电池设备的所有组件能够相互隔离,进而能够确保高压安全性。这样便能实现全极零电位。

具体实施方式
图1为用于(在图1中未绘示的)汽车的电池设备10的示意图。电池设备例如可以应用在电动车辆、插电式混合动力车或者混合动力车辆中。其中,所述汽车特别是可以建构为乘用车、巴士或者载重汽车。
电池设备10还包括第一储能器12和至少一个第二储能器14。第一储能器12与第二储能器14特别是可以一起构成高压电池。电池设备10还包括充电接头16,其具有充电接头16的正极18和充电接头16的负极20。电池设备10还包括供电接头22,其具有供电接头22的正极24和供电接头22的负极26。此外,第一储能器12具有第一储能器12的正极28以及第一储能器12的负极30。第二储能器14同样具有第二储能器14的正极32以及第二储能器14的负极34。
在充电接头16上特别是可以馈送充电电压UL。第一储能器12和第二储能器14能够以电压U0运行。此外,在供电接头22上特别是可以存在电压UB
电池设备10还具有第一开关36,其将第一储能器12的正极28与供电接头22的正极24连接。第二开关38将第一储能器12的负极30与供电接头22的负极30连接。第三开关40将将第二储能器14的正极32与供电接头22的正极24连接。第四开关42将第二储能器14的负极34与供电接头22的负极26连接。第五开关44将第一储能器12的正极28与第二储能器14的负极34连接。第六开关46将第一储能器12的负极30与充电接头16的负极20连接。且第七开关48将第二储能器14的正极32与充电接头16的正极18连接。
开关36、38、40、42、44、46、48特别是可以为高压保护装置。
通过充电接头16,特别是可以借助汽车外部的充电站对第一电能存储器12和第二电能存储器14进行充电。在供电接头22上特别是可以连接有汽车的用电设备,所述用电设备特别是可以为汽车的电驱动马达。这样一来,可以通过供电接头22借助第一电能存储器12和/或第二电能存储器14为所述用电设备供应电能。图1示出处于打开状态下的开关36、38、40、42、44、46、48。借此特别是能够实现全极无电位,其特别是用于实现高压电网中的安全性,尤其是针对特定高压标准的规定。这个电路特别是可以对应电池设备10的第四工作状态。
第一开关36、第二开关38、第三开关40以及第四开关42特别是能够确保供电电压UB方向上的电位隔离。第六开关46和第七开关48特别是能够确保充电电压UL方向上的电位隔离。第六开关46和第七开关48特别是可以用作充电接触器。第五开关44实现第一储能器12与第二储能器14的串联。由于第五开关44不承担电位隔离,第五开关44例如也可以建构为半导体构件(二极管、晶体管等)。
图2示出特别是处于电池设备的第一工作状态下的根据本发明的实施例的电池设备10。在图2中,第六开关46和第七开关48闭合。此外,第五开关44闭合。第一开关36、第二开关38、第三开关40和第四开关42仍处于打开状态下。故第一储能器12与第二储能器14串联。为了对第一电能存储器12和第二电能存储器14进行充电,可以在充电接头16上施加充电电压UL。这个充电电压UL特别是可以为第一电能存储器12和第二电能存储器14的电压U0的两倍。充电电压UL例如可以为800伏特。在此情形下,第一电能存储器12和/或第二电能存储器14的电压特别是可以为400伏特。因此,为了对电能存储器12、14进行充电,可以使用大于电压U0或同样大于电压UB的充电电压UL。通过更高的充电电压UL能够在电能存储器12、14的充电过程中实现更高的充电效率。还能缩短充电时间。此外,可以针对电池设备继续使用例如400伏特基础设施。
图3示出电池设备10的另一实施方式。在此情形下,电池设备10包括数个电能存储器12、14、50。为清楚起见,在此仅示出第一电能存储器12、第二电能存储器14和最后一个电能存储器50。借助这个实施方式能够提供数个电能存储器12、14、50,进而提供更高的能量密度,特别是用以确保用电设备在汽车中的运行。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于汽车的电池设备(10),具有:
第一电能存储器(12)和至少一个第二电能存储器(14);
充电接头(16)和供电接头(22);
第一开关(36),其用于将第一电能存储器(12)的正极(28)与供电接头(22)的正极(24)连接;
第三开关(40),其用于将第二电能存储器(14)的正极(32)与供电接头(22)的正极(24)连接;
第四开关(42),其用于将第二电能存储器(14)的负极(34)与供电接头(22)的负极(26)连接;以及
第五开关(44),其用于将第一电能存储器(12)的正极(28)与第二电能存储器(14)的负极(34)连接;
其特征在于,
所述电池设备(10)具有第二开关(38),其用于将第一电能存储器(12)的负极(30)与供电接头(22)的负极(26)连接;
所述电池设备(10)具有第六开关(46),其用于将第一电能存储器(12)的负极(30)与充电接头(16)的负极(20)连接;以及
所述电池设备(10)具有第七开关(48),其用于将第二电能存储器(14)的正极(32)与充电接头(16)的正极(18)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电池设备(10),
其特征在于,
在第五开关(44)、第六开关(46)和第七开关(48)闭合时,所述电池设备(10)切换至第一工作状态。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电池设备(10),
其特征在于,
在第一开关(36)、第二开关(38)、第三开关(40)和第四开关(42)闭合时,所述电池设备(10)切换至第二工作状态。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电池设备(10),
其特征在于,
在第一开关(36)、第二开关(38)、第三开关(40)、第四开关(42)、第六开关(46)和第七开关(48)闭合时,所述电池设备(10)切换至第三工作状态。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电池设备(10),
其特征在于,
在第一开关(36)、第二开关(38)、第三开关(40)、第四开关(42)、第六开关(46)、第七开关(48)和/或第五开关(44)打开时,所述电池设备(10)切换至第四工作状态。
