Description

Ejection device for a movable furniture part and piece of furniture
Technical Field
The invention relates to an ejection device for a movable furniture part, in particular a drawer, and to a piece of furniture having at least one drawer, comprising: a first ejection unit having a first ejector element which is pretensioned by the first energy store and can be locked in a tensioned position of the first energy store and, when unlocked, ejects the movable furniture part in the opening direction; and a second ejection unit having a second ejector element which is pretensioned by the second energy store and can be locked in the tensioned position of the second energy store and, when unlocked, ejects the movable furniture part in the opening direction, wherein the first ejection unit is synchronized with the second ejection unit via the coupling device with respect to the unlocking.
Background
EP 1314842 a1 discloses a device for opening and closing a movable furniture part, wherein two triggers and drive units are provided, which are coupled to one another via a link in order to unlock a second trigger and drive unit and to move the movable furniture part in an opening direction when one trigger and drive unit is unlocked. Two pivoting levers are provided for the synchronous movement, which are connected to each other via a connecting rod, so that the installation space required for the synchronization device is large. Furthermore, various components are provided, which complicate production and installation.
DE 102011001983 a1 discloses an ejection device in which a pivotably mounted lever is pretensioned in the ejection direction by means of a spring and can be locked by means of a catch mechanism when the spring is tensioned. The ejection device can be coupled to the other ejection device via a connecting rod, wherein the connecting rod is arranged in the region of the rotational axes of the two levers. Synchronization of the unlocking process can thus be achieved, but the space required in the rear region of the drawer is very large.
For a more compact construction, in the ejector device according to DE 102012112675 a1, an ejector device with two pivotably mounted ejector rods can be mounted on the rear wall of the drawer, which lever can be locked via a catch mechanism, wherein the unlocking procedure is synchronized by the two rods and the transmission. The ejector requires a relatively stable rear wall on the drawer and therefore cannot be used for all types of drawers.
Disclosure of Invention
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an ejection device for movable furniture parts which is compact and which enables simple synchronization of the two ejection units.
This object is achieved by a push-out device according to one aspect of the invention.
According to the invention, the two ejection units are synchronized with respect to unlocking via a coupling device comprising at least one pivotably mounted pendulum. Thus, the movement of the pendulum can be used to unlock one ejection unit when the other ejection unit is also unlocked. The position of the connection between the two ejection units can be optimally positioned by the pendulum, in particular also below the bottom of the drawer. Therefore, the necessity of arranging the drawer and the rear wall thereof at a position farther from the rear wall of the furniture main body is eliminated.
Preferably, each ejecting unit includes a pivotally mounted pendulum. In this case, the two pendulums may be connected to one another via a link, wherein the link is preferably connected to the pendulum spaced apart from the axes of rotation of the two pendulums. In this case, the rotation shafts of the two pendulums may be arranged above the link in the vertical direction so that the pendulums may protrude downward. This makes it possible to mount the pendulum on a housing which is mounted in the region of the pull-out guide. In this case, the pendulum protrudes downward enough that the link can be positioned below the bottom of the drawer. Furthermore, gravity may assist the unlocking process, since the gravity on the pendulum acts in the unlocking direction.
In this case, the pendulum comprises a swing arm which is pivotably mounted about a rotation axis. The coupling of the two swing arms by means of the connecting rods makes a sensitive system possible, which requires a short switching stroke and only requires a small force to be transmitted, since the length of the swing arms ensures a corresponding force transmission.
The attached pendulum preferably has a horizontal axis of rotation. The links of the pendulum move substantially parallel to the imaginary axis of rotation of the connected pendulum. Due to manufacturing tolerances or other construction conditions, the imaginary axis of rotation between the attached pendulums may deviate from horizontal.
In one embodiment, each ejection unit is unlockable by pressing the movable furniture part from the closed position to the overpressure position. In this case, the movable furniture part can be formed as a drawer, but can also be used in doors, flaps, sliding doors or other movable furniture parts. The unlocking can be performed by pressing the movable furniture part, and the unlocking can be performed by a push-open type buckle mechanism.
Each ejecting unit preferably has a housing on which the pendulum is rotatably mounted. In this case, a pendulum can be locked on the housing at the bearing receiving portion, so that the pendulum can be easily mounted. In this case, the actuator arm may be moved by the pendulum, which pivots together with the pendulum so as to unlock.
The pendulum is preferably connected to a slide guided on the housing, by means of which slide the catch mechanism of the ejection unit can be unlocked. Instead of a slide, a pivoting arm or another positioning element, for example a transmission assembly, can also be used for unlocking.
An annular guide path for a control element can preferably be formed on the housing of the ejection unit, which control element can be locked at a catch receptacle of the guide path when the force accumulator is tensioned. In this case, the catch receptacle can be formed in a plurality of parts, with a first part, for example formed integrally with the housing, and a second part which is movable relative to the first part and has a positioning element for unlocking, in particular a slide which is movable by means of a pendulum. In this case, the positioning element can be locked in the open position of the catch receptacle. Therefore, the buckle accommodating portion has: a closed position for locking the control element; and an open position in which the control element can be guided through between the two parts of the snap receptacle. In this case, the movable part of the snap receptacle can be pretensioned by a spring in the closed position.
In a further embodiment, an ejector element is guided along the guide, which ejector element is pretensioned by the accumulator in the opening direction on each housing of the ejector unit. In this case, the guide can be aligned substantially perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the pendulum and can extend, for example, parallel to the longitudinal direction of the adjacent pull-out guide. Therefore, the mounting space adjacent to the pull-out guide portion can be used for accommodating the housing of the push-out unit.
The pendulum for connecting the two ejection units can preferably be pivoted through an angle of less than 90 °, preferably less than 60 °. During unlocking, the movement of the pendulum between 5 ° and 30 ° is sufficient to synchronize the two ejection units.
The ejection device according to the invention is preferably used in furniture having at least one drawer. However, use in a household appliance with a drawer is also advantageous.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1A and 1B show a drawer 1 which can be mounted on a piece of furniture or a household appliance and has a front panel 2, which front panel 2 is connected to two side frames 3. Each side frame 3 is provided with a pull-out guide 4, wherein each pull-out guide 4 is mounted on the surrounding body by means of a fixing element 5. The movable part of the pull-out guide is connected to the holder 6, and the holder 6 supports the bottom 50 of the drawer.
In order to move the drawer 1 in the opening direction from the closed position, a first ejection unit 7 and a second ejection unit 7' are provided, which are each arranged on one of the pull-out guides 4 on opposite sides of the drawer 1. The ejection unit 7,7' may also be arranged in the drawer frame. Here, it is known in the prior art to greatly change the arrangement combination of the pushing-out units. Each of the pushing-out units 7 includes a housing 8, and a guide path 9 is arranged on the housing 8 substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the pull-out guide 4. The ejector element 10 is guided on the guide path 9 to eject the drawer 1 during opening and to tension the accumulator of the ejection unit 7 or 7' during closing, the ejector element 10 being couplable over at least a part of the travel distance of the drawer 1 in the opening and closing direction. In this case, the direction of movement of the ejector element 10 is essentially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the pull-out guide 4 up to the angled end section at which the coupling between the drawer 1 and the ejector element 10 is separated.
The first ejection unit 7 is synchronized with the second ejection unit 7 'by means of a coupling device, so that unlocking of the two ejection units 7 and 7' takes place as simultaneously as possible. In this case, the coupling means comprise a link 40, the link 40 being arranged between the two pendulums 14 of the ejection units 7 and 7'. In this case, the link 40 is located below the bottom 50 of the drawer so that the rear wall of the drawer 1 can be disposed near the rear wall of the furniture body or the home appliance. The arrangement of the links 40 depends on the application. If the drawer is designed as a clip drawer or a trash-can drawer, for example, the linkage can be moved by means of a pendulum into the region below the rear wall, for example. If the drawer has a recess for the scent trap, the link 40 can be displaced by means of a pendulum to further forward under the bottom of the drawer. In a particular application, the link 40 may also extend above the frame by means of a pendulum.
The two ejection units 7 and 7 'may be formed mirror-symmetrically with respect to the center plane, wherein only the ejection unit 7 will be described below, since the ejection unit 7' has the same function as the ejection unit 7.
The ejection unit 7 is shown in fig. 3. The ejector element 10 can be moved as a drive along the guide path 9 on the housing 8. A cylinder 12 with an accumulator, by means of which the ejector element 10 is pretensioned in the opening direction, is located on the housing 8. The ejector element 10 can be locked with the tensioned accumulator by means of a locking mechanism, wherein the movable furniture part can be pressed in the closing direction in order to be unlocked, thereby moving the slider 13, wherein the slider 13 is coupled to the pendulum 14 of the ejector unit 7. The pivoting movement of the pendulum 14 of the ejection unit 7 can thus also effect unlocking of the ejection unit 7' by means of the link 40 which is held on the opposite side of the pin 15, for example even if the front panel 2 of the drawer is pressed in on one side only.
As shown in fig. 4A to 4C, the pendulum 14 is located on the bearing receiving portion 19 on the housing 8 and locked thereto. The pin 15 for fixing the link 40 is arranged spaced apart from the rotation axis 16, for example at a distance between 0.5cm and 2cm, so that only a slight pivoting of the pendulum 14 is required for unlocking. The link 40 may also be spaced a greater distance from the axis of rotation 16 depending on the use of the drawer.
As shown in fig. 4B and fig. 5A to 5C, the pendulum 14 can rotate about the rotation shaft 16, and the rotation shaft 16 is held on the bearing housing 19. The actuator arm 17 is coupled in a rotationally fixed manner to the pendulum 14, the actuator arm 17 engaging in a receptacle 18, the receptacle 18 being connected to the slide 13. The slider 13 is pretensioned in the opening direction by a spring 32. For this purpose, the spring 32 is supported on one side on a web 34 of the housing 8 and on the opposite side on a web 33, the web 33 being connected to the slider 13. By pivoting the pendulum 14 and the actuator arm 17 counterclockwise in fig. 4B, the slider 13 moves in the closing direction against the force of the spring 32.
The pendulum 14 may be integrally formed with the actuator arm 17 and a bearing, which may be locked on the bearing housing 19.
Fig. 4B also shows the support of an energy store 30 in the form of a compression spring, which energy store 30 is fastened to a holder 31 on the housing 8 and pretensions the ejector element 10 in the opening direction.
A snap-in mechanism is shown on the housing 8 in fig. 6A and 6B, by means of which the ejector element 10 is locked with the tensioned accumulator 30. The snap mechanism comprises a guide path 20 formed on the housing 8, which guide path is formed in a ring shape and comprises a first part 22 of the snap accommodation. On the guide path 20 a control element 21, in particular a tilting wire, is guided, which is coupled to the ejector element 10. In fig. 6A and 6B, the control element 21 is in the locked position, in which the second part 23 of the snap receptacle is closed together with the first part 22 of the snap receptacle. The second part 23 of the snap accommodation is formed on the slider 13 such that the snap accommodation is formed in a plurality of parts.
If the user wishes to open the movable furniture part from the closed position, the drawer is pressed in the closing direction and moved into the overpressure position. Consequently, the ejector element 10 is also moved in the closing direction and in this case also the second portion 23 of the catch accommodation is moved by the control element 21, as shown in fig. 7A and 7B. As a result of the movement of the slider 13 against the force of the spring 32, the actuating arm 17 on the housing 18 also moves and the pendulum 14 pivots in the closing direction. The link 40 is also pivoted, which ensures that the push-out unit 7 'is unlocked even if the push-out unit 7' does not perform an unlocking movement at the same time. It is thus ensured that both ejector units 7 and 7' are unlocked in any case.
Fig. 8A to 8C show that a gap is formed between the first part 22 and the second part 23 of the snap receptacle, through which gap the control element 21 can escape in the opening direction. The ejector element 10 can thus be moved by the force of the energy store 30 in the opening direction in order to eject the movable furniture part. In this case, the second part 23 of the snap accommodation is locked in the open position, wherein for this purpose the arm 24 is locked on the projection 25 of the housing 8 by means of the tip 28 resting on the projection 25. Thus, the second portion 23 of the catch accommodation remains in a position through which the control element 21 can travel.
If the movable furniture part is moved further in the opening direction, the second part 23 of the snap accommodation is unlocked, as shown in fig. 9A. The inclined end section 26 of the control element 21 acts on an entry ramp 27 on the arm 24, which entry ramp 27 is thus pivoted. This causes the arm 24 to pivot sufficiently to move the tip 28 away from the projection 25, so that the arm 24 now moves with the slider 13 due to the force of the spring 32. The arm 24 is now supported by the tip 28 on the support 29 as shown in fig. 10B. The support 29 is arranged spaced apart from the projection 25, wherein the displacement stroke of the arm 24 and the second portion 23 of the snap reception is in the range of 1mm to 3mm, providing only a small travel distance. If the tip 28 is supported on the support 29, the snap accommodation is again in the closed position, as shown in fig. 6A and 6B.
The housing 8 is shown in fig. 11 without a control element in the region of the guide path 20. The annular guide path of the first part 22 with the snap accommodation is arranged integrally with the housing 8, wherein the channel 35 arranged on the right side runs through in the opening direction and the channel arranged on the left side runs through in the closing direction.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the force transmission during unlocking is effected by a linearly movable slide 13. Instead of the linearly movable slide 13, a pivotable lever or another actuating element can also be provided in order to transmit the unlocking of the catch mechanism to the pendulum 14. Other snap-on mechanisms may also be used for the ejector unit 7 or 7'.
