本发明涉及机动车尾气排放装置清洁技术领域,具体为一种柴油车SCR尾气后处理***清洗剂。
背景技术
随着中国大气环境污染问题已引起全社会的高度关注,针对机动车后处理排放的法规也越来越严格,自2017年1月1日起,全国范围已经开始实施国五标准的排放法规,到2019年7月1日,国六标准也将分步实施,选择性催化还原(SCR)技术是后阶段的柴油车后处理***基本配备,针对柴油车尾气排放中NOx的一项处理工艺,在催化剂的作用下,喷入的车用尿素在高温下发生水解和热解反应后生成NH3,在SCR***催化剂表面利用NH3还原NOX,排出N2,多余的NH3也被氧化为N2,该技术也被广泛应用于柴油机尾气后处理,从而达到节能、减排的目的,该项技术是中国和欧洲主流技术路线,欧洲长途载货车和大型客车几乎全部采用这一技术。
车用尿素是由成分为32.5%的高纯尿素和67.5%的超纯水组成的高纯度透明液体,有淡淡的氨水气味,如果溅出,水分蒸发并形成结晶,部分柴油车在使用过程中,在SCR催化装置中,会出现尿素结晶问题,需要进行清洗疏通,恢复SCR装置的正常工艺性能。
配合相应SCR清洗设备,本发明可以对柴油尾气处理SCR***进行清洁,用清洗剂分离SCR中的尿素结晶和碳黑颗粒,通过专业清洗方法或清洗设备去除SCR催化装置中的尿素结晶和碳黑颗粒,使SCR恢复工艺性能,满足再次装车使用的需要。清洗完成后,对柴油SCR***及贵金属无腐蚀,对整个尾气排放***不造成任何损害,不污染环境和水源,同时不能实现对柴油机尾气处理后的残留的有机物进行充分清洗干净,从而无法无法保证清洗剂的清洗效果。

为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种柴油车SCR尾气后处理***清洗剂,其原料按重量份比包括:清洗剂A和清洗剂B,且两种清洗剂根据要求配套使用,所述清洗剂A按照质量分数100%计包括有机清洗溶剂5-10%、表面活性剂5-15%、分散剂0.5-1%、去污剂0.5-2%、杀菌剂0.2-0.3%、消泡剂0.1-0.3%和去离子水80-90%,且清洗剂B按照质量分数100%计包括中和剂0.5-1%、杀菌剂0.1-0.2%和去离子水95-98%。
优选的,所述两种清洗剂根据要求配套使用是指在使用时,清洗剂A按照1:100-1:200的比例和自来水混合,作为清洗剂使用。清洗剂B在清洗剂A清洗过程结束后,加入清洗后的液体中。
优选的,所述有机清洗溶剂是由40-60%2-甲基戊烷、20-30%二氯甲烷、1-5%庚烷和5-10%乙醇配制而成。

a3、之后在容器内,将中和剂和杀菌剂加入去离子水,搅拌10-20min,达到充分混合,静置3-5h,分离杂质,再过滤后即可制得清洗剂B。
优选的,该清洗剂的使用方法包括以下步骤:
b1、首先将柴油车SCR催化装置拆卸下来,通过管路与SCR专用循环清洗设备相连;
b2、然后将清洗剂A按照1:100-1:200的比例与自来水混合,混合后的清洗剂A温度加热到50-65℃,循环清洗30-60min;
b3、然后再向b1的混合液中加入清洗剂B,再次循环清洗10-20min,即可清洗完成。

本发明提供了一种柴油车SCR尾气后处理***清洗剂。与现有技术相比具备以下有益效果:该柴油车SCR尾气后处理***清洗剂,通过在其原料按重量份比包括:清洗剂A和清洗剂B,且两种清洗剂根据要求配套使用,所述清洗剂A按照质量分数100%计包括有机清洗溶剂5-10%、表面活性剂5-15%、分散剂0.5-1%、去污剂0.5-2%、杀菌剂0.2-0.3%、消泡剂0.1-0.3%和去离子水80-90%,且清洗剂B按照质量分数100%计包括中和剂0.5-1%、杀菌剂0.1-0.2%和去离子水95-98%,两种清洗剂根据要求配套使用是指在使用时,清洗剂A按照1:100-1:200的比例和自来水混合,作为清洗剂使用。清洗剂B在清洗剂A清洗过程结束后,加入清洗后的液体中,表面活性剂是非离子表面活性剂,且表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和聚乙二醇中的一种,去污剂为柠檬酸、羟基乙酸、苹果酸和乙二酸中的一种或多种的组合,杀菌剂为氯酚类、异噻唑啉酮、季铵盐类和苯氧基乙醇中的一种或多种的组合,消泡剂为乳化硅油、聚醚和高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物中的一种或多种的组合,中和剂为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾和碳酸钠中的一种或多种的组合,分散剂为非离子型,有机清洗溶剂是由40-60%2-甲基戊烷、20-30%二氯甲烷、1-5%庚烷和5-10%乙醇配制而成,且分散剂为三乙基己基磷酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、甲基戊醇、纤维素衍生物、聚丙烯酰胺和古尔胶中的一种或多种的组合,可实现对柴油尾气处理SCR***具有很好的清洁作用,借助于清洗剂的分解剥离作用,使附着在SCR排气***里的尿素结晶和碳颗粒从载体上分离,达到恢复SCR原有功效的作用,对柴油SCR***及贵金属无腐蚀,对整个尾气排放***不会造成任何损害,不污染环境和水源,同时通过在清洗剂中加入有机清洗溶剂可大大增强清洗剂对有机物的清洗效果,使柴油机尾气处理后的残留的有机物充分清洗干净,制备方法简单,生产过程不会造成环境污染,十分适合规模化生产。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例提供三种技术方案:一种柴油车SCR尾气后处理***清洗剂,具体包括以下实施例:
实施例1
制作步骤:
a1、首先分别将50%2-甲基戊烷、25%二氯甲烷、3%庚烷和7%乙醇按质量百分比依次倒入混合容器内进行搅拌混合25min,即可得到有机清洗溶剂,然后在容器内,将制得的7%有机清洗溶剂、10%表面活性剂和0.7%分散剂加入90%去离子水,搅拌15min;
a2、将S1中的10%表面活性剂和0.7%分散剂达到充分混合后,再依次加入1.3%去污剂、0.25%杀菌剂、0.2%消泡剂,搅拌15min,静置4h,分离杂质,再过滤后即可制得清洗剂A;
a3、之后在容器内,将0.7%中和剂和0.15%杀菌剂加入96.5%去离子水,搅拌15min,达到充分混合,静置4h,分离杂质,再过滤后即可制得清洗剂B。
使用步骤:
b1、首先将柴油车SCR催化装置拆卸下来,通过管路与SCR专用循环清洗设备相连;
b2、然后将清洗剂A按照1:150的比例与自来水混合,混合后的清洗剂A温度加热到58℃,循环清洗45min;
b3、然后再向b1的混合液中加入清洗剂B,再次循环清洗15min,即可清洗完成。
实施例2
制作步骤:
a1、首先分别将40%2-甲基戊烷、20%二氯甲烷、1%庚烷和5%乙醇按质量百分比依次倒入混合容器内进行搅拌混合20min,即可得到有机清洗溶剂,然后在容器内,将制得的5%有机清洗溶剂、5%表面活性剂和0.5%分散剂加入85%去离子水,搅拌10min;
a2、将S1中的5%表面活性剂和0.5%分散剂达到充分混合后,再依次加入0.5%去污剂、0.2%杀菌剂、0.1%消泡剂,搅拌10min,静置3h,分离杂质,再过滤后即可制得清洗剂A;
a3、之后在容器内,将0.5%中和剂和0.1%杀菌剂加入95%去离子水,搅拌10min,达到充分混合,静置3h,分离杂质,再过滤后即可制得清洗剂B。
使用步骤:
b1、首先将柴油车SCR催化装置拆卸下来,通过管路与SCR专用循环清洗设备相连;
b2、然后将清洗剂A按照1:100的比例与自来水混合,混合后的清洗剂A温度加热到50℃,循环清洗30min;
b3、然后再向b1的混合液中加入清洗剂B,再次循环清洗10min,即可清洗完成。
实施例3
制作步骤:
a1、首先分别将60%2-甲基戊烷、30%二氯甲烷、5%庚烷和10%乙醇按质量百分比依次倒入混合容器内进行搅拌混合30min,即可得到有机清洗溶剂,然后在容器内,将制得的10%有机清洗溶剂、15%表面活性剂和1%分散剂加入95%去离子水,搅拌20min;
a2、将S1中的15%表面活性剂和1%分散剂达到充分混合后,再依次加入2%去污剂、0.3%杀菌剂、0.3%消泡剂,搅拌20min,静置5h,分离杂质,再过滤后即可制得清洗剂A;
a3、之后在容器内,将1%中和剂和0.2%杀菌剂加入98%去离子水,搅拌20min,达到充分混合,静置5h,分离杂质,再过滤后即可制得清洗剂B。
使用步骤:
b1、首先将柴油车SCR催化装置拆卸下来,通过管路与SCR专用循环清洗设备相连;
b2、然后将清洗剂A按照1:200的比例与自来水混合,混合后的清洗剂A温度加热到65℃,循环清洗60min;
b3、然后再向b1的混合液中加入清洗剂B,再次循环清洗20min,即可清洗完成。

Claims (10)

1.一种柴油车SCR尾气后处理***清洗剂,其特征在于:其原料按重量份比包括:清洗剂A和清洗剂B,且两种清洗剂根据要求配套使用,所述清洗剂A按照质量分数100%计包括有机清洗溶剂5-10%、表面活性剂5-15%、分散剂0.5-1%、去污剂0.5-2%、杀菌剂0.2-0.3%、消泡剂0.1-0.3%和去离子水80-90%,且清洗剂B按照质量分数100%计包括中和剂0.5-1%、杀菌剂0.1-0.2%和去离子水95-98%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柴油车SCR尾气后处理***清洗剂,其特征在于:所述两种清洗剂根据要求配套使用是指在使用时,清洗剂A按照1:100-1:200的比例和自来水混合,作为清洗剂使用。清洗剂B在清洗剂A清洗过程结束后,加入清洗后的液体中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种柴油车SCR尾气后处理***清洗剂,其特征在于:所述有机清洗溶剂是由40-60%2-甲基戊烷、20-30%二氯甲烷、1-5%庚烷和5-10%乙醇配制而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种柴油车SCR尾气后处理***清洗剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂是非离子表面活性剂,且表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和聚乙二醇中的一种,所述去污剂为柠檬酸、羟基乙酸、苹果酸和乙二酸中的一种或多种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种柴油车SCR尾气后处理***清洗剂,其特征在于:所述杀菌剂为氯酚类、异噻唑啉酮、季铵盐类和苯氧基乙醇中的一种或多种的组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种柴油车SCR尾气后处理***清洗剂,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为乳化硅油、聚醚和高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物中的一种或多种的组合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种柴油车SCR尾气后处理***清洗剂,其特征在于:所述中和剂为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾和碳酸钠中的一种或多种的组合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种柴油车SCR尾气后处理***清洗剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂为有机型,且分散剂为三乙基己基磷酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、甲基戊醇、纤维素衍生物、聚丙烯酰胺和古尔胶中的一种或多种的组合。
9.根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的一种柴油车SCR尾气后处理***清洗剂,其特征在于:该清洗剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
a1、首先分别将2-甲基戊烷、二氯甲烷、庚烷和乙醇按质量百分比依次倒入混合容器内进行搅拌混合20-30min,即可得到有机清洗溶剂,然后在容器内,将制得的有机清洗溶剂、表面活性剂和分散剂加入去离子水,搅拌10-20min;
a2、将S1中的表面活性剂和分散剂达到充分混合后,再依次加入去污剂、杀菌剂、消泡剂,搅拌10-20min,静置3-5h,分离杂质,再过滤后即可制得清洗剂A;
a3、之后在容器内,将中和剂和杀菌剂加入去离子水,搅拌10-20min,达到充分混合,静置3-5h,分离杂质,再过滤后即可制得清洗剂B。
10.根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的一种柴油车SCR尾气后处理***清洗剂,其特征在于:该清洗剂的使用方法包括以下步骤:
b1、首先将柴油车SCR催化装置拆卸下来,通过管路与SCR专用循环清洗设备相连;
b2、然后将清洗剂A按照1:100-1:200的比例与自来水混合,混合后的清洗剂A温度加热到50-65℃,循环清洗30-60min;
b3、然后再向b1的混合液中加入清洗剂B,再次循环清洗10-20min,即可清洗完成。
