The device comprises:
the rail assembly is provided with a back plate, a rack and a sliding rail which are fixed with the back plate along the length direction;
the first opening arm comprises a gear meshed with the rack and a transverse moving part rotationally connected with the gear, the gear is coaxially fixed with a manual wheel, and the transverse moving part is fixed with a first support rod and a sliding block sliding in the sliding rail;
the second opening arm is provided with a fixed block, the fixed block is fixed with one end of the slide rail, and the fixed block is provided with a second support rod parallel to the first support rod;
the transverse moving part is detachably connected with the first support rod;
the transverse moving part is fixed with a rectangular block, the first support rod is provided with a regular dodecagonal groove, the rectangular block is fixed on the regular dodecagonal groove through any two opposite inner side surfaces of the regular dodecagonal groove, and the first support rod is fixed with the transverse moving part through a screw.

An upper slide rail 121 is fixed to the upper plate 120, and a lower slide rail 131 is fixed to the lower plate 130. The rack 140 is fixed to the back plate 110 along the longitudinal direction at a portion between the upper rail 121 and the lower rail 131.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, the first spreading arm 200 and the second spreading arm 300 of the present embodiment have the same structure, and thus only the structure of the first spreading arm 200 will be described in the present embodiment. The first distraction arm 200 comprises a traverse block 210, the traverse block 210 is detachably connected with an operation plate 220 through a bolt, the operation plate 220 is provided with a through rotating shaft 242 hole, the rotating shaft 242 hole is connected with a rotating shaft 242 through a bearing, one end of the rotating shaft 242 penetrates through the traverse block 210 and then is coaxially fixed with a gear 241, the other end of the rotating shaft 242 is coaxially fixed with a manual wheel 243, and the gear 241 is meshed with the rack 140.
In some embodiments, the blades of the first and second spreader arms 200, 300 are curved outwardly in an outwardly offset splay configuration.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the traverse block 210 of the present embodiment has two upper sliders 250 and two lower sliders 260 fixed to the side surfaces of the rack 140 by bolts. The two upper sliders 250 are respectively engaged with the upper slide rail 121, and the two lower sliders 260 are respectively engaged with the lower slide rail 131.
Through the above scheme, after the manual wheel 243 in the embodiment is shifted, the gear 241 is displaced relative to the rack 140, and the traverse block 210 can only be displaced along the length direction of the rack 140 under the cooperation of the upper slide rail 121, the lower slide rail 131, the upper slide block 250 and the lower slide block 260. The first brace 400, which is fixed to the traverse block 210, can be relatively far apart or close to the second brace. Because the gear 241 and the rack 140 are engaged with each other to have a certain self-locking feature, the first support rod 400 and the second support rod can support the conical section continuously and stably to provide an operation space for medical staff. Referring to fig. 4, the other side end of the operating plate 220 opposite to the second spreading arm 300 is provided with a pad 230 that is bolted to the traverse block 210. Elastic protrusions 160 are respectively fixed to the side plates 150 at both ends of the back plate 110, and the elastic protrusions 160 face the spacers 230. When the medical staff shifts the hand wheel 243 to make the displacement of the first distraction arm 200 along the rack 140 reach the maximum distance, the elastic protrusion 160 will prop against the cushion block 230, and the first brace 400 and the second brace are placed to excessively distract the taper joint, which causes injury to the patient.

Referring to fig. 7, transparent covers 430 are disposed on two sides of the first supporting rod 400, and the transparent covers 430 are used for sealing the wiring slots 410 and the light emitting holes 420, so as to prevent blood or human tissue from entering the wiring slots 410 or the light emitting holes 420, thereby causing unnecessary cleaning burden to medical staff.
The first stay bar 400 of this embodiment is disposed in an inward arc manner with respect to one side surface of the second stay bar, and an arc plate 440 bent outward is fixed to the other side surface. Then the arc-shaped plate 440 can peel away the human tissue in the direction away from the first stay 400 in the process that the first stay 400 and the second stay prop open the taper; the inner arc arrangement of the first stay bar 400 can enlarge the operation space for medical staff as much as possible.

The transverse moving part is fixed with a rectangular block 450, the first stay bar 400 is provided with a regular dodecagonal groove 270, the regular dodecagonal groove 270 is fixed with the rectangular block 450 through any two opposite inner side surfaces, and the first stay bar 400 is fixed with the transverse moving part through bolts.
In some embodiments, the operation panel 220 is fixed with a motor, and a motor shaft of the motor is fixed coaxially with the rotation shaft 242 instead of the manual wheel 243. Medical personnel can realize strutting and keeping the taper joint through external terminal driving motor then.
