本发明涉及一种橄榄果蜜脆,属于食品技术领域。
背景技术
橄榄果中含有较多量的水分、钙质、维生素C与尼克酸,并且还含有一定量的蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、磷、铁、维生素A原、维生素B1、维生素B2等。橄榄性味甘、平,偏酸。具有清肺利咽、生津解毒、凉血活血、止呕止咳止痢功能,因而对防治咽喉肿痛、河豚鱼中毒、酒精中毒、鱼骨梗喉、流感、百日咳、菌痢、坏血病、高血压以及孕妇妊娠呕吐等症,有较好的食疗功效。
本发明的目的是提供一种橄榄果蜜脆,本橄榄果蜜脆清肺利咽、生津解毒、护肝明目的功效,入口香甜,口味清新,口感甜而不腻,适于长期食用。
