本发明的一种西瓜凉糕,按重量计,包括以下组成成分:山药粉100-200g、西瓜汁50-100g、白砂糖30-50g、茯苓粉8-15g、甘草粉8-15g、琼脂适量、水适量。
本发明的一种西瓜凉糕,其制作步骤如下:
(1)锅中加水煮沸,下入琼脂和白糖熬化,用纱布过滤后,再倒回锅内;
(2)选取新鲜成熟西瓜去皮去籽,将果肉榨汁备用;
(3)锅中放入山药粉、茯苓粉、甘草粉和西瓜汁,熬开搅匀,倒入碗中;
(4)凉糕冷却后入冰箱镇凉,取出切成菱角块即可。
