西瓜为夏季之水果,果肉味甜,能降温去暑;种子含油,可作消遣食品;果皮药用,有清热、利尿、降血压之效。
凉糕是一种适宜在夏天食用的风味食品,在其中加入适当的西瓜和中药粉,可以达到强身健体的作用。

本发明目的在于提供一种西瓜凉糕。
本发明的一种西瓜凉糕,按重量计,包括以下组成成分:山药粉100-200g、西瓜汁50-100g、白砂糖30-50g、茯苓粉8-15g、甘草粉8-15g、琼脂适量、水适量。
本发明的一种西瓜凉糕,其制作步骤如下:
(1)锅中加水煮沸,下入琼脂和白糖熬化,用纱布过滤后,再倒回锅内;
(2)选取新鲜成熟西瓜去皮去籽,将果肉榨汁备用;
(3)锅中放入山药粉、茯苓粉、甘草粉和西瓜汁,熬开搅匀,倒入碗中;
(4)凉糕冷却后入冰箱镇凉,取出切成菱角块即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的西瓜凉糕质地细腻,营养丰富,具有润肺化痰、生津止渴、降低血压、增进食欲等功效。

选取新鲜成熟西瓜去皮去籽,将果肉榨汁备用;称量山药粉100g、西瓜汁50g、白砂糖30g、茯苓粉8g、甘草粉8g、琼脂适量、水适量;在锅中加水煮沸,下入琼脂和白糖熬化,用纱布过滤后,再倒回锅内;锅中放入山药粉、茯苓粉、甘草粉和西瓜汁,熬开搅匀,倒入碗中;凉糕冷却后入冰箱镇凉,取出切成菱角块即可。
实施例二:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种西瓜凉糕,其特征在于,其制作方法包括以下步骤:
(1)锅中加水煮沸,下入琼脂和白糖熬化,用纱布过滤后,再倒回锅内;
(2)选取新鲜成熟西瓜去皮去籽,将果肉榨汁备用;
