Abstract

本发明涉及染色助剂技术领域,尤其是一种涤纶织物的玫红色染色用分散剂的制备方法,配制以下原料,聚丙烯酰胺、古尔胶、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、葡萄糖、氢氧化钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、植物腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚、茶多酚、水,其中各原料的质量份数为:聚丙烯酰胺20‑25份、古尔胶5‑8份、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯10‑16份、葡萄糖3‑6份、氢氧化钠1‑3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2‑8份、植物腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚4‑9份、茶多酚3‑8份、水180‑250份;将上述各原料放置在罐体内部,抽真空后加热至45‑55℃,持续保温并搅拌10‑20min,搅拌速度控制在60‑70转/min。本发明所得到的一种涤纶织物的玫红色染色用分散剂的制备方法,得到的分散剂能有效提升对涤纶织物染色过程中染料的分散性能,从而确保染色的品质和稳定性。

一种涤纶织物的玫红色染色用分散剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及染色助剂技术领域,尤其是一种涤纶织物的玫红色染色用分散剂的制备方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,织物染色过程都是采用普通分散剂进行分散染色,但是对于涤纶织物而言,对分散剂的要求较高,尤其是玫红色染色过程中,极易出现色差、染色不均匀、色花等现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种能有效提升染色过程中染料分散性从而提高染色质量的涤纶织物的玫红色染色用分散剂的制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种涤纶织物的玫红色染色用分散剂的制备方法,配制以下原料,聚丙烯酰胺、古尔胶、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、葡萄糖、氢氧化钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、植物腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚、茶多酚、水,其中各原料的质量份数为:聚丙烯酰胺20-25份、古尔胶5-8份、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯10-16份、葡萄糖3-6份、氢氧化钠1-3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2-8份、植物腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚4-9份、茶多酚3-8份、水180-250份;将上述各原料放置在罐体内部,抽真空后加热至45-55℃,持续保温并搅拌10-20min,搅拌速度控制在60-70转/min。
作为优选,上述各原料的质量份数为:聚丙烯酰胺23份、古尔胶7份、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯15份、葡萄糖5份、氢氧化钠2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6份、植物腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚8份、茶多酚5份、水220份。
本发明所得到的一种涤纶织物的玫红色染色用分散剂的制备方法,其得到的分散剂能有效提升对涤纶织物染色过程中染料的分散性能,从而确保染色的品质和稳定性。

实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种涤纶织物的玫红色染色用分散剂的制备方法,配制以下原料,聚丙烯酰胺、古尔胶、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、葡萄糖、氢氧化钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、植物腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚、茶多酚、水,其中各原料的质量份数为:聚丙烯酰胺20份、古尔胶5份、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯10份、葡萄糖3份、氢氧化钠1份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2份、植物腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚4份、茶多酚3份、水180份;将上述各原料放置在罐体内部,抽真空后加热至45℃,持续保温并搅拌20min,搅拌速度控制在70转/min。
实施例2:
本实施例描述的一种涤纶织物的玫红色染色用分散剂的制备方法,配制以下原料,聚丙烯酰胺、古尔胶、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、葡萄糖、氢氧化钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、植物腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚、茶多酚、水,其中各原料的质量份数为:聚丙烯酰胺25份、古尔胶8份、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯16份、葡萄糖6份、氢氧化钠3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8份、植物腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚9份、茶多酚8份、水250份;将上述各原料放置在罐体内部,抽真空后加热至55℃,持续保温并搅拌10min,搅拌速度控制在60转/min。
实施例3:
本实施例描述的一种涤纶织物的玫红色染色用分散剂的制备方法,配制以下原料,聚丙烯酰胺、古尔胶、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、葡萄糖、氢氧化钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、植物腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚、茶多酚、水,其中各原料的质量份数为:聚丙烯酰胺23份、古尔胶7份、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯15份、葡萄糖5份、氢氧化钠2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6份、植物腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚8份、茶多酚5份、水220份;将上述各原料放置在罐体内部,抽真空后加热至50℃,持续保温并搅拌15min,搅拌速度控制在65转/min。

1.一种涤纶织物的玫红色染色用分散剂的制备方法,其特征是:配制以下原料,聚丙烯酰胺、古尔胶、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、葡萄糖、氢氧化钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、植物腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚、茶多酚、水,其中各原料的质量份数为:聚丙烯酰胺20-25份、古尔胶5-8份、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯10-16份、葡萄糖3-6份、氢氧化钠1-3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2-8份、植物腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚4-9份、茶多酚3-8份、水180-250份;将上述各原料放置在罐体内部,抽真空后加热至45-55℃,持续保温并搅拌10-20min,搅拌速度控制在60-70转/min。
