背景技术
一般正常情况下锦涤面料由88%的涤纶丝,9%的尼龙丝(锦纶丝),3%的氨纶丝交织而成。属于金属丝面料的一种。和金属丝面料一样表面有金属光泽,隐约闪烁,并随着光源的变化而变化。随着社会的发展、纺织行业的发展和人们要求的不断提高,对纺织面料的花色和品种的要求也日益增强。然而,由于原料品种、织造方法和印染方法等条件的限制,仅仅通过改变原料和印染方法很难大幅度推陈出新,并且若通过大规模的染色使面料产生花色的变化无疑会导致环境的严重污染。
因此,怎样提供一种锦涤异色一浴染色工艺,是目前所要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种锦涤异色一浴染色工艺;为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施方式提供了一种锦涤异色一浴染色工艺,一种锦涤异色一浴染色工艺,包括步骤纺纱、织造、染整,先纺JC11.6tex Z和T11.8tex Z单纱,再将两种单纱进行合股;经纱为锦纶丝与涤纶竹节纱合股竹节纱,锦纶丝与涤纶竹节纱的合股比例为15: 1;所述纬纱为精梳棉与涤纶混纺竹节纱,精梳棉与涤纶的用量配比为60%:40%;浆纱工艺中采用七单元传动GA308型浆纱机进行上浆,使用双浆槽双浸双压不分层压浆工艺;由于是棉涤交织织物,烧毛时布身温度要求低于180℃;采用碱退浆,碱退浆工艺用烧碱5~10g/L,润湿剂适量,80℃轧碱后堆置 0.5~1h,热水80~85℃冲洗,冷水洗;冲洗碱液及去碱箱温度不能高于80℃,丝光水洗后,出布时 pH值控制在7左右,丝光设备采用布铗丝光机;采用干热定形工艺,温度控制在聚酯纤维的玻璃化温度与软化点之间,以 210℃较为合适;为更好的突出两种纤维交织后的异色效应,采用单染棉纤维工艺。
