本发明提供了一种用于太阳能背板的双组分涂料组合物,由主剂和固化剂组成,其中,所述主剂包括如下组分:氟碳树脂、聚酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、羟基功能化不饱和聚烯烃树脂、钛白粉、二氧化硅、溶剂、润湿分散剂、流平剂、所述固化剂包括如下组分:异氰酸酯聚合体。与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:本发明通过在体系中引入可进行自由基交联反应的基团来达到无需表面处理的效果;本发明提供了一种太阳能电池背板用涂层,该涂层无需电晕/等离子体等表面处理技术即可与封装材料有相当的粘结强度,简化施工流程;通过本发明,在太阳能背板的生产过程中,可以缩减生产过程,降低生产成本。

Description

用于太阳能背板的涂料组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于太阳能背板的涂料组合物及其制备方法,属于太阳能电池胶黏剂技术领域。
背景技术
随着人们环保意识的提高,各种清洁能源的应用开始更加广泛,太阳能是其中重要的来源之一。太阳能电池板需要在室外工作20年甚至更久,故其所用材料对于耐久性的要求较高。太阳能电池背面的保护层一般为太阳能背板,该背板与电池片封装时需要对表面进行电晕/等离子体等技术进行表面处理来提高粘结强度。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种用于太阳能背板的涂料组合物及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明提供了一种用于太阳能背板的双组分涂料组合物,由主剂和固化剂组成,其中,所述A组分包括按重量份数计的如下组分:
所述固化剂包括按重量份数计的如下组分:
异氰酸酯聚合体:5~20份。
作为优选方案,所述氟碳树脂为聚偏氟乙烯、聚氟乙烯、聚四氟乙烯、聚三氟氯乙烯、聚六氟丙烯中的一种或几种;或上述树脂单体与其他可聚合单体的共聚物;或上述树脂单体间的共聚物。
作为优选方案,所述聚酯树脂的重均分子量为5000~60000。
作为优选方案,所述聚酯树脂为芳香族聚酯树脂。
作为优选方案,所述丙烯酸树脂为含不饱和末端的丙烯酸树脂。
作为优选方案,所述羟基功能化不饱和聚烯烃树脂为羟基改性聚丁二烯、羟基改性聚丁二烯丙烯腈、羟基改性聚炔类树脂中的一种或多种。
作为优选方案,所述钛白粉的粒径为100~1000nm。
作为优选方案,所述钛白粉的晶型为金红石型。
作为优选方案,所述二氧化硅的粒径为100~1000nm。
作为优选方案,所述溶剂为甲苯,二甲苯,醋酸丁酯,醋酸乙酯,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中的至少一种;所述流平剂为改性丙烯酸流平剂和改性氟碳流平剂中的一种或两种;所述润湿分散剂包括聚酯树脂类、聚氨酯类、丙烯酸树脂类中的至少一种;所述流平剂为有机硅流平剂、氟碳流平剂、丙烯酸树脂流平剂中的至少一种;所述异氰酸酯聚合体为脂肪族异氰酸酯聚合体,所述脂肪族异氰酸酯聚合体包括甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体或多聚体、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体或多聚体、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯三聚体或多聚体中的至少一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
本发明通过在体系中引入可进行自由基交联反应的基团来达到无需表面处理的效果;
本发明提供了一种太阳能电池背板用涂层,该涂层无需电晕/等离子体等表面处理技术即可与封装材料有相当的粘结强度,简化施工流程;
通过本发明,在太阳能背板的生产过程中,可以缩减生产过程,降低生产成本。

本实施例涉及一种太阳能背板的涂料组合物,配方见表1,该方法包括以下步骤:
1、将A组分所有原料混合均匀;
2、将A组分进行研磨,至粒度小于500nm;
3、包装。

由表2数据可知,相同的试验条件下,实施例的在初始强度上与对比样强度相当,附着力一致。经过双85湿热老化后,附着力没有明显差别,但未经电晕的对比例剥离力明显过低,实施例不经电晕也可达到对比例电晕过后效果。

1.一种用于太阳能背板的双组分涂料组合物,由主剂和固化剂组成,其特征在于,所述主剂包括按重量份数计的如下组分:

2.如权利要求1所述的用于太阳能背板的涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述氟碳树脂为聚偏氟乙烯、聚氟乙烯、聚四氟乙烯、聚三氟氯乙烯、聚六氟丙烯中的一种或几种;或上述树脂单体与其他可聚合单体的共聚物;或上述树脂单体间的共聚物。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于太阳能背板的涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述聚酯树脂的重均分子量为5000~60000。
4.如权利要求1或3所述的用于太阳能背板的涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述聚酯树脂为芳香族聚酯树脂。
5.如权利要求1所述的用于太阳能背板的涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸树脂为含不饱和末端的丙烯酸树脂。
6.如权利要求1所述的用于太阳能背板的涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述羟基功能化不饱和聚烯烃树脂为羟基改性聚丁二烯、羟基改性聚丁二烯丙烯腈、羟基改性聚炔类树脂中的一种或多种。
7.如权利要求1所述的用于太阳能背板的涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述钛白粉的粒径为100~1000nm。
8.如权利要求1或7所述的用于太阳能背板的涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述钛白粉的晶型为金红石型。
9.如权利要求1所述的用于太阳能背板的涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述二氧化硅的粒径为100~1000nm。
